Found the service to be exceptional, quick and extremely informative. Jim Foley specifically made this a great experience and was extremely attentive to keeping me in the loop as he worked on taking camera footage, identifying the problem, and eventually with his technicians relining the cast iron pipe going to the city main. Communication was great every step of the way. Pricing was competitive. I would recommend Jim and Pristine Plumbing without reservation.

After installing new floors, I sent a requests via Yelp to reinstall my toilet.  Prolific Plumbing reached out within 10 minutes to discuss and offer solutions & quotes from the photos I sent. Options provided were install toilet on the old flange or replace flange, then seat the toilet.

Cody came out the next day and proved how the toilet would seat askew on the old flange (which was doable), but I opted for replacement. He also stabilized my pedestal sink at the same time. Everything was caulked and cleaned.

The price was extremely fair (I had 3 other quotes), his work was quick & neat and done to my satisfaction. He communicated at critical stages to confirm I was happy with the progress.

Called these guys out for a second opinion because another plumbing company said I needed a main sewer repair. They were able to locate and confirm the problem area and came in at half the cost of the other company. They got right to work and had the main sewer fixed and ready to use within hours the same day

Carlos and team did a great job in installing a water softener in my condo in a tight fitting area. The system works great so far and you can feel and see the difference. His customer service attitude is top notch and is ready to answer any questions you have.

Wow! Tim is awesome! We have been dealing with a slow leak under our sink for a while now and it finally got so bad we needed to get help. Tim was kind enough to squeeze us in last minute. He helped determine the root of the problem (there were a few but the biggest concern was the spigot for our RO water filter). He was very knowledgable and left everything looking way better than when he arrived. He was also patient with my barking dogs and screaming children. Will definitely be coming to him for future projects! I highly recommend him to anyone! A great company!

I can do a few plumbing jobs but one of them went wrong (the copper pipe broke off at the end when I tried to remove the valve). So I called and spoke to George, who gave me the best info he could over the phone. There was no way I could fix it myself so Jeff came out the same day (about five hours later, which was good) and did the job, and it was not an easy job. He needed to cut into the drywall, cut the end of the copper pipe (which was attached to a t-piece), solder a coupling and another piece of pipe on, and then put the new valve on. Sounds like it's not too hard but I watched him and it did take some skill to do it. If he hadn't been able to do it right the first time, it would have been alot more complex having to replace the t-piece.

But what impressed me more than anything else was the attitude and service. Jeff was as professional as any service person I've ever had in my home in 25+ years. He laid down a big towel to keep the area clean and vacuumed when he was done. I rent this place from someone so he also needed to navigate the landlord/tenant issues, which he did flawlessly. He also taught me what he was doing along the way and explained it in a way I understood.

Just a great experience and I will call them anytime I need anything done...and refer them to anyone who needs anything done.
