Best Reverse Osmosis System Installation in Irvine CA

This is my second review in as many months, and thankfully it's not for an emergency repair. Rather, I've been eyeing an upgrade to the master bath toilet to a Toto Washlet+, and after much research, landed on a one-piece, skirted toilet with the integrated Washlet+ S550e. It includes all the bells and whistles (auto open/close, auto flush, heated seat, bidet, air deodorizer, dryer, full/light flush, night light, etc, etc).

I immediately reached out to Tyler from Pristine about the toilet and installation. After confirming with him the price I found online was the most competitive, I ordered it and set an appointment with him and Brody for installation. The first part of the job was to wire a new electrical outlet near the toilet, which Brody did through the attic; it looks flawless. Brody also fixed the electrical wiring in the attic light fixture.

Upon removal of the toilet, Brody and Tyler discovered the flange, which connects the toilet to the sewage pipe, was beginning to fail (and actually wasn't installed correctly), so that had to be repaired and replaced. This added a bit to the installation bill, but it was perfect timing to do this upgrade given the likely catastrophe that was waiting to happen (and note, the toilet sits above the first floor family room). Once that was done, Tyler hauled away the old toilet and Brody remained to finish the installation, including setting up the toilet and all of its features. All said and done, it took about 6 hours. Brody mentioned he'd done numerous bidet installations, but none like the Toto, and while it was a little more complex, he did it flawlessly and made sure everything worked.

It's been about a week since the installation and I remain impressed with the professional installation by Brody and Tyler, and continue to be amazed at this stunning new toilet and all of its features. If you're looking to upgrade your toilet, especially one with a bidet/washlet, I highly recommend Tyler and Brody from Pristine Plumbing. They are honest, have fair pricing, and good communication.

Super quick and reliable service!  They got all of the info needed from repair request form and did not bog me down with asking me to call extra numbers.   Instead they texted me giving me some times they could do same-day repair or installation!  Super honest-- and they ended up replacing our garbage disposal and installing it.  Wonderful!!!

Tim not only got my RO system working again, he also taught me a lot about RO system maintenance, some of which is going to save me a lot of money in the long run. For instance, I had been replacing some filters every 6 months that he explained only need to be change once a year. He also taught me that the RO membrane, a very expensive part, which I had also been replacing every year, only needed to be replaced when it stopped functioning. That information will save me over $100 per year. He also installed a valve on the water tank, for less than $20 that will make changing the filters so much easier in the future, because I won't have to drain the entire system (and waste gallons of water). He even diagnosed that the shut-off valve on the RO system was not functioning and was constantly sending gallons of good water down the drain every single day. Again, the price for a new one is less than $20, and I can probably install it myself. So calling The Water Guy saved water, saved me money, and was an all around good experience. Tim is super personable, and more than happy to answer any questions you may have. You won't be sorry if you call.

Superior Plumbing is superior.  Jeff has done work at my house twice including the installation of a hot water heater.  Both times everything went perfectly.  What impressed me was not only the fine service and fair prices but the expertise.  Jeff explained everything carefully to me and even though two other plumbers had told me a wall would have to be opened to repair a shower leak, Jeff explained why that was unnecessary.  Superior Plumbing I am a customer for life.

Excellent, honest and affordable plumber!!  I've used Plumbing Installs for about a year now, to install my Aquasana system, replace toilets, and do some minor maintenance at my house.  But, LADWP called the other day and said that we had a major water leak.  Peter re-adjusted his schedule and rushed over.  As I was calculating the 10's of thousands of dollars that this was going to cost, to re-plumb the entire property, he quickly opened up the water meter, and showed me how to tell by looking at the meter, if we had a leak or not.  There was NO LEAK!   Crisis averted.  Thank you, Peter!  Now, on hold with LADWP....
