MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

A shout out to Henry Godina of Pierside Plumbing! Henry bailed me out of a real jam today. I had a refrigerator delivered a couple of days ago, and it was being sent back, before another refrigerator arrived. The refrig guys had to turn my water off at the main because they couldn't physically turn the frig water line off with the faucet beneath the sink - it was frozen.

So before the refrigerator got sent back today, I called Henry and yelled help! Not really . He made it over to my house in record time considering he had to stop elsewhere first, just so I wasn't without water half the day. The refrigerator had just departed when he arrived. A new faucet later and my water got turned back on. New refrigerator coming in the next few days, thankfully. (Original is now in the garage) Thank you, Henry, for saving the day! Great service!

Pipe bro's are awesome! I had great experience using them. I contacted them and they responded right away. I had emergency with sprinklers in our lawn and realized it was a pipe issue. They were super quick to come by and look at it and they fixed it and gave me pretty fair price. I would contact them for any other future needs.

I called Dave for some advice on repairs based upon a home inspection report and he emailed me a thorough list of his recommendations and cost estimates the same day! He also called to ensure that I understood everything and gave some great advice on further testing that we needed. I will definitely call upon Dave for future work to be done on our house. 5 star experience with Ixtapa. I needed some intensive remodeling in my kitchen and these guys managed to knock down a wall, cover a door and build another one in a matter of two days. Not only they were blazing fast, but the quality of their work was top-notch, all of that for an unbeatable price. Alex and Jay, on top of being super nice guys are also extremely knowledgeable and their tips and tricks while I was doing some renovation myself in other parts of the house were more than helpful. We are already planning on having them doing some more construction work in our attic and our garage that we want to remodel into a studio. You are in expert hands with Ixtapa, I strongly recommend!

In my normal due diligence, I interviewed four bathroom contractors for this project...a bathroom measuring approximately 9 X 10 feet.  I was presented with a lot of sales talk from three well-dressed bidders and numbers were thrown at me on the spot without due consideration of the age of the home or possible issues behind the walls and under the floor.  Since the home is over 100 years old, this gave me pause. Jorge Mora came in in his work clothes, looked under the sink and made several observations, I thought were quite insightful.  A week later, I received a bid, which while not the lowest, made the most sense.  The true surprise was the absolute top-notch quality of the work performed.  His team worked seamlessly together and completed the project within two weeks and I could not be more pleased.  I plan on recommending his services to friends and family and will most certainly use him in the future for other projects in our home.

When it comes to trying out new companies i am always nervous but once i met the technician Omar i felt relieved. He assured me that he would take care of the problem i was having as quickly and efficiently as he could. While working he explained what the problem was and how he would fix it, since his visit everything has worked great. now i recommend temperature control corp to all my friends and family.

Frank walked me through the steps of what was wrong with the tub diverter spout and explained what had happened to the galvanized nipple. He solved my problem by creating a bigger tub spout space and had access to make the repair. A previous repair had been done by a handyman.  I'm glad I used a plumber this time.

Showed up on time, on a Saturday -no extra charge, price as quoted.  Polite, clean, professional.  Couldn't expect anything better.  Far and away the best plumbing solution I have experienced. Would recommend him highly.

I was very impressed with this company I had a leak underneath the slab. I just wanted them to put a bandaid but I need knew eventually their will be more leaks in a few months so I had my property have a complete repiping job. It took 7 guys to complete the job in 4 days. They were professional as they minimize dust blowing everywhere by using plastic coverings. Most importantly the city building inspector was pleased with their work despite having to make some corrections.

Chris is such a great guy. Very knowledgeable about plumbing, and very honest. Last night my garbage disposal unit wasn't working, so I called Chris this morning, and he was here by early afternoon.
I thought I was going to need a new air switch for the disposal unit, but Chris easily diagnosed that the repair was much simpler than that, and got things working again in 5 minutes. I offered to pay him for the service visit, but he didn't want any payment from me.
So nice to work with a professional plumber like Chris who is honest, reliable, and really puts his customers first. Chris is the only plumber that I will call anymore. Frankly, he is the only plumber I've found who does great quality work at reasonable prices. I cannot say enough good things about him. He's the real deal.

We hired Repipe Pro to do a whole house repipe.  First, we were impressed by Art and he really knew how to talk.  He quoted us $1200 to replace the main water line from the street to the house.  He did the job and it was done on time.
We felt he was professional and trust worth.
Earlier this month, while we were out of town, one of our rentals had a leak in the water line.  Art went out and told me nothing could be saved and charged me $1400 for the job, knowing I was out of town and was not in the position to get another quote.  I felt he betrayed our trust.
After the job, his wife, Thelma, emailed us an invoice and we promptly scheduled a payment from our bank through online banking and texted him an imagine of the payment confirmation.
After we returned to the country, I got a text from Art that the check was not received.  Upon checking, he told us the business had moved and the invoice was written on an old letter head with the old address.
On a Friday evening, Art called three times telling us how he had been burned in the past, knowing we had texted him the imagine of the payment from our bank.
After spending one hour on the phone with our bank tracking down the check and stopping payment, Art sent me a text that he had received the check.
Instead shredding the check, he waited three days to call me and harassed me about picking up another check and wanted a personal check.
I would not recommend this business.  I have lost trust of the work they promised.  Art has no integrity.

My dishwasher stopped working and I decided not to invest any money into repairing it because it wasn't worth it for me...economically or energy wise. Instead I decided to put the space to good use and hired Bobby C's Handy 
Craftsman to build a cabinet unit for the space. I couldn't be happier. Bob built the unit to my specifications...3 sliding drawers, and the unit on casters for easy access when cleaning. I love my new unit and extra storage.

Slavi and his crew from OC Repipes were wonderful. They worked efficiently and effectively. They re-piped our entire house in one day, scheduled and completely handled the permitting/inspection, and re-patched up the drywall (also in one day). On top of that, they installed a tankless water heater and water filtration system. Everything works great and looks amazing.

The team was on time, prepped the house very carefully, were very polite, and cleaned up afterwards. Top notch!
