Best Heater Installation in Irvine CA

We've had a couple of plumbing issues since moving into our house and being new to the neighborhood - we yelped of course. Prodigy came up in my initial search and we solicited a quote from them for a very large job - sewer backup. Ugh. We've also now used them to replace our shower/tub/drain/clean out.

For both jobs, we appreciate the timeliness with which appointments were scheduled, jobs were completed and the general courtesy. Almost every time we called, the people we spoke with were very pleasant. One time we called after hours and it seemed the woman was a little bit less pleasant, but by no means rude. We had similar experiences with both jobs in the way they were handled. Someone came out to give us a quote and we scheduled the jobs within a day or two both times. With each job, we had small misunderstandings and/or mishaps though. The first time, we had a misunderstanding about payment - but Prodigy did own the mistake and we worked it out. The second time, we had a misunderstanding about what was included in the service - we thought drywall was something that was included after they had to bust through a wall to replace the pipes per a phone conversation - but it was not. They did take $100 off and recommended a drywall guy who would complete the work for $100 - so again, owning the mistake which is appreciated. However either the plumbers or the drywall guy they recommended did break our toilet paper holder and neither said anything to us...not the biggest issue, but a little rude when you are in someone else's home. Also, the shower/tub job was not as thorough as we had to call them back to completely replace the tub as the piece that allowed us to turn the shower on broke within a few weeks. They did come out the same day and replaced it under warranty no questions asked though. Again - appreciated.

Overall - good prices for the work they do when compared against other plumbers in the area. Minor misunderstandings and difficulties with each job - but were able to work it out each time. Mostly had nothing to do with the actual plumbing job. So far, pleased with the work they have done and the care they take in the guarantee of their work after the fact.

MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

So, we badly needed maintenance on our furnace.  We've been in the house for 19 years and have never serviced the furnace! I know, shame on us.  My mother called Service Champions and scheduled an early appt Saturday morning.  Ugh! Early Saturday morning.  A knock on the door wakes me up. I open it and Joe H is there all smiles and ready to work. He was very considerate of the fact that it was early.  Big plus!  He explained what was wrong with the furnace (see, no service for 19 years) and explained the importance of regular maintenance.

What I liked most about Joe H was that he wasn't intrusive. Some service professionals will kind of take over the area of the house they are working in.  He didn't.  He was thorough and quick. Periodically during the service, he'd stop at times to explain what he did and what he is about to do and why. He was patient and answered all of our questions and we had quite a few.

After he left, my mother and I discussed the service and our experience with Service Champions.  She said that even the woman she scheduled the service call with was pleasant, patient and informative. Suffice to say, we're fans and will be looking to Service Champions for service in the future.  Keep up the good work!

Our house was built in the 50s and has the original plumbing, so we have had a lot of issues with clogs and backup. We've recently switched companies to Courtesy Plumbers. They've been great with the couple of emergencies we've had. They always arrive between the times they say they will arrive. The technicians that come have been friendly and knowledgeable.

Bob was absolutely professional hard working timely and wonderful. He stayed the entire day at our house and did not stop until we got hot water. When we called, he arrived swiftly. It was a pleasant and reasonable expierence. I highly recommend AA services plumbing/Bob!

Mike came over within a few hours to look at our shower, which had recently lost water pressure. He was very cautious with it, knowing it was our only shower and we couldn't be without it for too long. He explained as he went, tired a few things and got it working without having to replace any parts. He was very quick and the price was right. You could tell he wasn't going to try to upsell us or do crappy work. We will definitely call him next time we need a plumber we can trust!

I called, Matt answered, I explained I needed two drains snaked. He said he could be here within an hour. He arrived as promised, it took him about less than an hour to complete the job. He made sure that I was happy with the speed the water drains (it never drained faster).
The price was very reasonable and he gave us a very competitive quote for replacing the main water shutoff to the house. I love using YELP to find great local business's like Seashore Plumbing.

I love working with this company they are 100% professional, the communication was wonderful they text me to let me know when they were coming out and how far they were from my home and when they arrived at the house.  Once I answered the door the Gentleman name Bruce identified himself with the company and handed me a business card to show who he worked for SJ Plumbing.  Bruce, ask where the problem was I took him to my kitchen he payed out plastic under the sink and on the floor to make sure there was no mess.  Bruce, asked where the main was located which I showed him and he cleaned that out also SJ Plumbing was not at my home longer he was in and out and he cleaned up what ever mess there was and then he was on his way to another job.  The fee was very reasonable comparing it to my other plumbers that I have asked to fix the same thing.  I will always use SJ Plumbing for my house hold plumbing.

Phil with Revival Plumbing is a life-saver!  My kitchen drain was backing up as I was preparing for a dinner party for over 20 people.  I called Phil and he was at my house within an hour to fix the problem.  He was professional and friendly, worked efficiently, and even gave me tips to make sure the drain didn't get clogged again.  The thing I loved most was that Phil communicated clearly with me about when he would be able to come - and he came quickly as it was somewhat urgent.  I really appreciated that.  If you have a plumbing issue, I highly recommend giving Revival Plumbing a call!

I needed to get a new water heater as my old one suddenly quit on me. I reached out to C&C Plumbing and spoke with Cameron. He said he could come out 3 days out to do it. But when he heard I had no hot water he went out of his way to schedule it later the same day. It just shows how considerate he is. Their prices are very reasonable. His crew came out and completed the job and I had the hot water the same day. Cameron is very reachable with any questions you might have. Overall I had a very positive experience working with them. Jay is a fabulous contractor and craftsman. We could not be happier with the work that Jay did in our home and in our dealings with him. Being six months pregnant and going through a renovation may not be an ideal experience but Jay put us completely at ease, and actually made the remodel pleasant. We have an addition to our Long Beach ranch home that was put on by a previous owner, and was poorly laid out. We had to walk through a bedroom to get to another bedroom. Jay reconfigured the lay out and rebuilt a beautiful bedroom for us that we will now use as a nursery. He was able to close off the room we used to have to walk through, and build hallways and fabulous closets for us, making our home much more functional. He took down and rebuilt walls, installed new bamboo flooring, shaker style closet doors, windows, crown moulding, and more. He also does upgrades you may not expect. He made our floors seamless and gave us beautiful recessed lighting that was much nicer than what our previous contractor installed. Jay does not cut corners, and went beyond our expectations.

In addition to being an honest, reliable, and reasonably priced contractor, Jay is simply a pleasant person to be around and have working in your home. He is friendly and warm, hardworking, and a family man. We feel really fortunate that we found Jay and would love to hire him back for future jobs. Both my husband and I have jobs where we put in long hours. It was nice to have Jay in charge to fix any issues that came up and find the materials we needed to complete the job. It really put us at ease, and we trusted him completely.

It is with great enthusiasm that I write this review.

I Called Chris today at 11:30 and we set up a same-day appointment for 2:00 in the afternoon to install/remove a garbage disposer, install an RO system (both underneath the sink) and also look at a couple of issue with my toilets.  Over the phone Chris quoted a fair price, didn't ask for a non-refundable service call fee, showed up on time, wearing a mask, super nice, very professional!  After doing an awesome job installing the garbage disposer and Reverse Osmosis system, in record time (under 2 hours) he identified the issue with the first toilet and installed a new flow-valve, also at a very reasonable price.  He then proceeded to provide his professional viewpoint on rebuilding an old toilet and recommended upgrading to a new one based on the cost to rebuild.  I will definitely give him a call when it's time to install the new toilet.  Did I mention he also provides a one year warranty on his work?  He does.

I highly recommend Chris the Plumber, I will hire him again for all my plumbing needs.
