We have had an awful experience working with Jose. He jackhammered our floor for a job and said they could replace the floorboards after the plumbing issue was fixed. They replaced the floorboards but it was done very poorly. Jose promised to fix it but then made every excuse in the book not to come back out. Weeks later he sent Carlos to redo the floor. It doesn't look any better the second time so we hid the problem area with a bed. We then asked him for a rewritten invoice for the work he completed since the original wasn't legible. He is nice on the phone, super apologetic and has promised it to us at least ten times but doesn't follow through. He's exhausting to work with and it's been a disappointing experience all around.

I called for a quote and I had an instant reply and in less than an hour a technician showed up Hank was informal and fast to get to work very reliable and honest the best prices around the neighborhood for sure thank you for coming by and fixing our plumbing problem.
