Prompt, great, professional and friendly service from Ozzie. Here showed me the camera image of where the problem was and suggested ways to  eliminate (or at least slow) the problem in the future.  Highly recommend.

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

I don't recommended Service Champions.  I was harrassed over and over about how I need to sign up for a monthly service. The minute he heard I wasn't going to sign up. The sales pitch recites over again from three of the sales men and that was just the first day.  So that was two guys to look at the a/c.  Another guy to come to double check the problem.  It would have been nice if they had the experienced guy come first.  I also had to ask them three times for our original document that states the warrenty on the parts!  Second day a different guy comes to fix our a/c.   So I walk in the door and he mentions how he did all the work by himself. It's interesting, yesterday their was three guys at our house to figure out the problem but only one to fix. Seems like if the guy who was fixing the a/c had an assitant. He wouldn't be so grumpy.  Btw, when I first called this company.  The lady who answered acted like she couldn't see when the a/c was purchased.  So I didn't make an appointment.  When my mother called, she spoke to someone else and actually got someone to come over to look at the a/c.

Awesome service. Corey is great. Professionalism is on point. The people in the office are friendly and helpful. The price is right. I highly recommend them.

Bob was amazing, he came out within a few hours, he went above and beyond to help me. He walked through the whole house to make sure I didn't have any leaks. I appreciated his knowledge about my water heater and pressure to the house. Her was very efficent with proposal and contacting me in case I had questions. Wonderful service!

Last week I had another local company come out to fix a leak.  Instead of sending a plumber, they sent an inspector who wasted an hour of my time telling me the thousands of $$ of work they could do for me!  WHA????  I asked for a price to fix my leak and he said $900.00!!  I showed him the door and searched Yelp (which I should have done first)!
Found Capistrano Plumbing with all high ratings...Lisa is very nice and Mike was great.
He fixed my leak in under an hour, and replaced all the old 1970's plumbing under my sink.  May I add it was all for UNDER 22% of the first bid!! I highly recommend them!

Arrived on time and got the job done. Very good work and very reasonable prices. Will definitely call Seashore again if needed.

Clogged sink pipes, toilet tank problems...these are things I know how to fix (thanks Dad). But when a shower valve needed replacing, I knew to bring in a pro.  I called Pipe Bros by a friends recommendation and this is why they initially stuck in mind: because she said He left my bathroom CLEANER than when he arrived!!

Steve answered the first time I called and arrived in the earlier part of the time-window he gave me.  He was sincere and friendly and didnt waste time getting to work.  He explained everything to me in detail before he started anything and outlined my options clearly. I felt more than comfortable having him take over.  He was very respectful of the space as well, which was very appreciated.

I have pretty high standards for service people, especially in regards getting work done in a property I own, and in this case, my friends recommendation proved right. Pipe Bros did a fantastic job, was super courteous and efficient, and my new go-to.

I first had an encounter with SJ plumbing two years ago. During escrow Tim came over to do a plumbing assessment for me and was able to provide honest feedback on the condition of the plumbing system. Two years later today, the original 15y/o water heater tank finally gave up. I was able to get a hold of John and he sent over Tim and Ernesto. They did an amazing job taking out and installing the new system. They laid out tarp and made sure to clean up after they were done. As much as I like working with them, I do hope I won't need them any time soon. But if Ido, I will definitely give SJ Plumbing a call for all of my plumbing needs.

We wanted to remove a wall between our kitchen & living room. Dave did a clean cut exploratory panel & found plumbing we didn't know about which would require a drastic increase in budget we didn't want to spend.
He sealed up the wall for us.  His smart thinking saved us a big mess and lots of cash.
He even cleaned the dry wall dust up!

First I had a problem with the shower drain for about a year and No one was able to fix it until I contacted FV plumbing. Frank came out to the property and knew exactly what to do.  He explained everything that needed for be done and why.  The price was reasonable and he fixed it!  Frank had no problem doing a full inspection underneath the property to locate the root of the problem and not once did he seem lost.  
Great service, very informative, communicates well, works around your schedule!
He gets it done!  

Second problem solved by frank as well.  Our water was horrible and we decided to get a water softener.  He has The Best pricing and no back order wait.  He installed it and explained everything well so We had a clear understanding on how it works.  The system installed is amazing and the family loves it.

Phil with Revival Plumbing is and incredible asset if your home owner. I had to use him twice in the last year unfortunately but he came through for me each time. First time with a clog in my kitchen sink and the second time my drainage outside in my backyard was clogged with roots and in danger of damaging my neighbors house. Phil was out there quickly and charged more than fair price. I refer him to all my clients and will always use him

After calling several companies in the Long Beach area at 11pm on a Saturday, SoCal Plumbing Service was the ONLY company that picked up and was available for a stat plumbing need. We explained to them that the hose connecting to the toilet had leaked earlier in the day and then exploded at night, resulting in a fire-hydrant like flow in our bathroom. Our whole house was starting to flood, and after turning the water supply off, the leak was still leaking.

Carlos was very clear about the costs of an emergency appointment, ($450) however, because of the speed of the leak and the potential damage, we did not hesitate to confirm. Carlos and Matt came by ~20 mins after our call, and fixed the issue within 10 minutes. While it was an easy fix on their end, we felt at ease knowing that it was properly taken care of.

Thank you Carlos and Matt for coming to our rescue. It's good to know when a company says they are available for emergencies, they deliver on their promise.

Had another great experience with C and C. Bad downstairs toilet leak (which had happened about 8 years earlier - seeping up through floor tiles) so I Yelp texted in the morning and Cameron said they were busy (day before Thanksgiving) but would try to be out between 2 and 5. Dan showed up at 2 and got to it right away and discovered the plumber from 8 years ago did not do a number of things that could have prevented the leak due to an uneven pipe flange. So he did the utmost to deal with it and prevent another leak. As always, great work, great attitude and reasonable price.

I used this company to clear a drain, fast service and a fair price. Always good to deal with a straight shooter instead of those big rooter companies.

I had an emergency Friday on the 29th of July and found these guys! Responded immediately , asked me to send a picture under my sink came and fixed it same day and earlier than said at that which was awesome! Super professional and nice. Fixed my  garbage disposal and explained everything to me. I definitely recommend! Super pleased.

Pristine plumbing is an excellent company. They are very professional. They are on time. Ready to serve any time you call them. Job is done complete and clean. They are pricy. If you want peace of mind you need to pay a bit more I guess. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

I am so glad I found a new plumbing company to keep for my future necessary services. I needed to repair squeaking, leaking bath faucets and a corroded kitchen faucet.  Kody's pricing & estimates were upfront, competitive and transparent.  He is courteous, professional and great with  communication regarding scheduling and appointment time. He is licensed, has a lot of knowledge and focused in his work. I am happy with the job he repaired. From reading other reviews and my personal experience, it seems that he takes every customer seriously, no matter the job big, small or in the middle. I can't thank you Kody enough for saving me a lot of time and stress.

I requested Chris to install a shower handle and bidet sprays in the bathroom and asked for advice on the bathroom sink pipe and laundry pipe. He was flexible and accommodating on the busy schedule, arrived on-time, and performed his work quickly and meticulously. His advice on the pipes were honest and well received stating that there were no visible issues and said I wouldn't need any repairs or replacements unless I experience any issues. He wasn't able to install the second bidet sprayer as the package was incomplete but said he'd work out a good schedule to complete it. His pricing is very reasonable and his attitude and workmanship was top notch. I will definitely request his professional assistance in the near future!

I had to see for myself, but everything you read in the 1 star reviews is true. All they are trying to do is upsell you, and lie about the nature of the issues and the solutions available. I had a reliable plumber come after their guy came. He took care of the issue in half the time and told me what I had suspected- that Rooter Hero had not been honest.
The only positive thing I can say is the Rotter Hero plumber who came out was very nice and polite. He should go get a job at a company that's not in the business of ripping people off.
