Marco amd Ozzy were on time and did a great job replacing my kitchen drain.  Did a good clean up too!

MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

I CANNOT say enough good things about Service Champions and Dan Tran.  Dan was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable and made sure we understood each step he took.  He fixed our AC at a VERY reasonable cost and gave us the confidence that it had been fixed completely and also gave us the confidence that Service Champions would stand behind their work with integrity.  We will never go elsewhere for air or heating issues.  Dan Tran is a huge asset to your company!

Called Courtesy Plumbers because I had a leak in my ceiling. Their super quick response was impressive - Rick arrived about 3 hours after I made the call. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and even passed the dog test. I don't trust anyone my dog doesn't like. Rick quickly found a pinhole leak and easily explained everything to me so I understood what the problem was and what was needed to repair it. I definitely learned something and feel smarter now - woohoo. The problem was minor and I probably could have found a handyman to repair the problem for less, but I don't feel cheated and am happy that I called Courtesy Plumbers because I know if was repaired correctly and there is a warranty on the work. Five star service. Two thumbs up! First time I scheduled with them and this is by far the best handyman services ever in my life. I used so many others in the past but all they wanted is to find out how to collect more money by fooling someone like me ho has no knowledge whatsoever about maintenance and repair. Their fee is beyond reasonable and kept their promises as expected. Prior to the actual appt day, they showed up after I cancelled the service due to my schedule; however, they apologized for showing up and said nothing bad against me. I knew right away that this company truly values customer satisfaction experience. I loved their attitude and work ethic regardless of their mistake and I had to call them in for other services. Quick and precise for all installation. One of our TVs was 75 inch and it was too big for one handyman to carry and all of a sudden the owner came in and helped him out then left right away. Not to mention that they did not charge me for that and nothing was delayed. How amazing they were. Cannot say nothing but the best about these guys. I am so thankful that I found them.

No one wants to be without hot water! After researching Yelp, Nexdoor and Google I found 5-star ratings for Bob with AA Services Plumbing. Bob and I spoke on the phone and he was at the in house approx. 1 hour. After inspecting the old water heater, it was determined a new one was needed. Bob explained the process of installation and had recommendations for different brands/types of water heaters.  I'm the type to ask questions, Bob was always pleasant when answering.

I had a late night plumbing emergency (backed up drains throughout the house) over the weekend.  I looked for local 24 hr plumbing services on Yelp and called Matt.  He said he'd be there within an hour and arrived as promised.  Less than an hour later, the problem was fixed, and we were good to go.  Thanks, Matt!  I will DEFINITELY be calling Seashore Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

Had to replace a gas valve for my dryer. Called a few places but no one picked up. Finally, I called Pipe Bros and they had Titus come in the very next day. Professional, on time, and got the job done fast. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We had a difficult dilemma with a previous homeowner making home alterations without city permits. Smart & Handy was hired to work help us return laundry hookups and relocate a water heater.  From the first point of contact, Smart & Handy was prompt and laid out a realistic plan of action and cost involved, especially given the degree of unknowns involved from previous renovations. Jay is such a professional! He remodeled our hall closet into our new bedroom and it is nothing but perfect!  He expanded our master closet and made a built in dresser. He painted everything and was soo careful not to damage our new carpeting. Can't wait until he tears into our master bath!

Had difficulty turning on the pilot for water heater after returning from vacation and got several quotes from plumbers who said either the igniter? Or the whole heater had to be changed at a cost of 525$-3000$. I knew that this wasn't the case because I turned off the heater and it didn't quit working. Heard about Chris and had him come over to take a look, he was able to turn it on and didn't even charge me for that. He taught me the right way to do if for future reference . Had him fix a leaky bathroom faucet for a very reasonable price. Would definitely rehire him in the future.

Called on a Wednesday morning about a broken garbage disposal. They tried to help over the phone and told me about a reset button and walked me through resetting it. Worked for a min, but died again. Said they had a new one and could be at the house within an hour. Arrived on time, installed the new one quickly, and cleaned the area prior to leaving.  This was the first time I used this company and was very happy with their service! Will definitely keep their information for any further plumbing needs.
