Best Faucet Repair in Irvine CA

I have been using Prodigy for around 10 years, since Mark started the company.  There's a good reason that they have grown steadily since: GREAT SERVICE EVERY TIME.

This time we called this morning because of a sewer smell in the bathroom.  I was told they would have someone here by 11:00 and Shane actually got here early. (how often does that happen when you have a problem)?

Shane couldn't find the problem mostly due to the lingering effects of loss of smell from COVID so a couple of hours later Ozzy showed up. After a quick inspection under the house (ive been there and it's super tight and incredibly hard to crawl to the bathroom area)  he discovered a dead rat.

I thanked him for his exceptional service and he told me to call when our 100 year old plumbing finally gives out. I sure will.

MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

Lim Pang was very thorough, clean and answered all my questions. When he took some picture of some potential problems on my unit, he was more than happy to show me and take a picture myself. I appreciate that transparency. He also noted similar write ups from the previous inspection but another technician.  Nice catch. This is the 3rd technician that I have interacted with and they are all quality. Nice consistent hiring practices Leland.

We like to give a company that tries really hard a second chance. We brought them back and we have to say that they did the work, at a reasonable price and were very professional. Great work and kept us informed throughout!

I needed a bunch of small repairs and fixes around the house as we were moving in. The My Handyman OC were professional, respectful, and did a good job around my place.

Bob was absolutely professional hard working timely and wonderful. He stayed the entire day at our house and did not stop until we got hot water. When we called, he arrived swiftly. It was a pleasant and reasonable expierence. I highly recommend AA services plumbing/Bob!

Mike is honest, reasonably priced, and local to SJC. And, I challenge you to find a cooler truck in the business.

Requested a quote on a Sunday morning for a leaking pipe under our kitchen sink.  He responded within an hour, didn't charge an extra service fee given that it was a Sunday and stated he could be at my house within the hour.  The leak only took a half hour to fix, his prices were very reasonable.  Super happy with his service and would use him again in a heartbeat!

After 3 months, I finally have a working sink again! I have had construction going on in my house since July due to a burst pipe in my wall. When I finally thought I would have my kitchen back, I turned on my sink and I stepped in a big pile of water! :'( I called Pipe Bros and they were so helpful about sending someone out as soon as I was available. They were able to communicate to me via text (which with my busy schedule and not always being able to answer my phone, was very much appreciated). They called to let me know when the technician was 15 minutes away, and he had perfect timing! Kevin was very friendly and helpful. He fixed my leak in no time! I will definitely be keeping their card on hand for any future plumbing problems I have. 5 stars all the way :D

We had this company do some repairs on our air conditioner.  It is a fairly new unit in the last 5 years but it has never really worked very well.  Tyler Plueger came out to do an estimate on it.  He was very honest with us and told us, we didn't need a new one we just needed to have some repairs done because the previous people did not install it correctly.  He also told us we needed to get the house insulated before it would be even be worth the money to get the air conditioner worked on.  He even offered up a company that could do the insulation.  We took his advice and got all the work done just in time for the heat wave this summer.  We are very please with the work and recommend the company to others.  Tyler was very professional and honest!

Frank was very quick with his responses. I needed a same day fix and he was able to respond and repair within the day for my store. The base price for his charge was very fair and we couldn't be more relieved.

Phil came out to service our tankless water heater.  He was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, professional, detailed and didn't leave any mess.  He explained to us what he had done, showed us the results from the flushing of the system and recommendations for keeping the unit in tip-top running condition. Highly recommend Phil.

Carlos did a great job at fixing our shower plumbing issue. He explained everything in detail and resolved it in no time. Will definitely recommend this company to family and friends. Price was reasonable also.

Based on good yelp reviews, on Saturday morning I called to see if someone could come out later that day for a drain cleaning.  The woman who answered the call was very professional and she connected me directly to Tom who said he would call me at 2:30 p.m..  When he didn't call, I called Prostar at 3 p.m. and the  person who answered confimed my phone number and checked with Tom.  She relayed the message that he was on a job and would call me in 45 minutes.  I didn't get a call the entire rest of the day.  Seems like if a professional says they will call, that is the least a customer can expect.  So I'm starting again to find someone to deal with my drain...

HHS has been the best experience we have ever had with a plumbing company!  We decided to be proactive since our water heater was getting up there in years and have a new one installed.  HHS was recommended by someone on our neighborhood Facebook page so I reached out via email.  I received a response almost immediately from Victoria with a few questions and a request for a photo of the area.  Once I sent in my response along with a couple of photos, I received a quote for the work!  When Giovanni arrived I was impressed with his level of professionalism and regard for our property.  When the work was completed we discussed a few things I noticed about our home's plumbing and he discovered that we had a blown water pressure valve so we had that repaired as well.  He seriously left our garage cleaner than before he arrived!!  HHS is definitely our go to from now on and we continue to praise their level of professionalism on the local Facebook page!!!

Great customer service and excellent work.  From the time I called to them coming out to fix my clogged kitchen sink was about 60-90 mins as promised.  Jim was clean and professional and went out of his way to fix my clogged sink with the least amount of damage to my pocketbook and the surrounding area.  All done in less than an hour.  Great work, reasonable rates (for small jobs - larger jobs seemed really expensive.), and great service.  I recommend!
