If you're in need of a professional honest plumber we highly recommend Prodigy Plumbing! Had a plumbing emergency on Memorial Day ,of course.We called five other services and they were all closed. Called Prodigy Plumbing and  they returned our call within 10 minutes and we're here less than 45 minutes later. Our Emergency plumber was Matt and he was just  awesome!! MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

I can't say enough great things about this company. I was first introduced to them by my father-in-law who recommended that we get our heater cleaned and serviced by them. They did such a great job that I introduced them to my mother is now a client of theirs.

James was fantastic and knowledgeable about everything in my house. He took the time to explain what every part in my furnace does and explained why after years they turn a certain color.

Matthew who looked after my mom was very quick as just as clean as James. Even though he was still new and had to have his supervisor Ryan come visit and double check his work, he was still willing to take the time out to explain everything to my mom. After he was done he asked if there was anything else he could help out with. Taking out the trash, clean some high ceilings, or even double check the lights to make sure they're all running.

Although I know a lot about plumbing and have replaced several water heaters myself over the years, when my current heater showed signs of wearing out, I started to research installing a tankless system. I got mixed reviews about the expense, efficiency, etc., so I reached out via YELP to get bids from local Plumbers, on a Saturday evening. Bob, the owner of AA Services, responded to me directly within 15 minutes. What followed was a half hour conversation where he gave me a better education than I got from hours of my own research on the internet. Since he sensed I knew a lot about plumbing, he talked to me on that level (which I appreciated), and ultimately convinced me that tankless heaters are simply not worth the cost. Rarely have I met a contractor who didn't try to up-sell me, just to get the job. So, although he actually talked me out of an expensive installation that he was well-qualified to do, his honesty and knowledge made him my first choice for future jobs I might need. And, since I'm a real estate broker, I will be referring him to all of my clients in the future!

Our household had a plumbing emergency with our shower cartridge being stuck. We had called another plumber previously who wanted to charge us $280 an hour because it was an emergency. They claimed they had to cut a hole into our bathroom wall and replace the entire valve which would have been a 4 hour job.

Christian from the Pipe Bros fixed the problem within 20 minutes without having to do any invasive work whatsoever. My family really appreciated the honesty which is truly rare these days.

Though they weren't able to help with my small job in a short time frame, they were courteous to return my call within about an hour which I really appreciated.

Matt from OC plumbing heating & air conditioning did an A + job at out house today. He promptly and efficiently fixed the issues with our sink and toilet and was able diagnose, explain and fix the problem. We would highly recommend OC Plumbing and even more specifically Matt.

Is either very busy or not very responsive, as they took nearly 8 hours to respond, and an estimate was not given, so went with the lower estimate I did receive, and they had the service completed in 10 minutes, after getting the needed parts.

Update:  Frank, I gave enough info that anyone that knows plumbing basics and your price structure should be able to give a fairly accurate estimate - I had no trouble getting just that from 4-5 of 7-8 companies Yelp sent the requests to.

One company was not able to answer it online, but sent someone out for free to offer an estimate - They were the #2 company I might have gone with, as they were very close, however they tried to insist on replacing the whole fixture, not just the parts.

Most places have at least a phone rep. monitor the online requests, FYI.

Had it been an urgent request, you'd have been skipped anyway, because of the time it took to reply.

Revival Plumbing came to my rescue today. Phillip arrived to my home in a timely manner. He was very honest regarding the work that needs to be done and very professional. I will be referring my family and friends to Revival for their future plumbing needs!

Our toilet and tub backed up and I called Carlos on a Sunday and they came out within the hour. They were super knowledgeable, explained everything and prices were extremely reasonable. They came back over the next two days to complete what turned out to be a pretty big job because of the state of our pipes. We were very pleased with their service, honesty, and the quality of their work....not to mention how well they put the yard back together where they had to dig a giant hole. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them highly!

Justin did a fantastic job re-routing my plumbing vent pipe.  Very responsive.  On time.  Reasonably priced.  Honest and great service.

My wife and I have used Prostar twice in the past three months. Responsive. Dependable. Friendly. Great Service (we had a severely clogged kitchen drain and then a backed up washing machine drainage pipe). Robert did such a good job for us on the kitchen drain, we requested him to fix the washer drain and he had the clog cleared in about 20 minutes total. AND, he cleaned up thoroughly before he left both times. Really good experience with Prostar twice.

If you read all the five star reviews every word that you read is absolutely 100% true. Absolutely beyond professional, caring, clean, informative....absolutely fabulous... if you need plumbing service I highly recommend HHS Plumbing.

Anthony changed the faucets in both our bathrooms. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He wore booties and left the work area clean.
He suggested an additional change we might want to consider making. There was no pressure implied in his suggestion, but since it was such a good one, we will be calling Pristine back to fix that too. I highly recommend this company. Their prices are reasonable, it's easy to get an appointment and the woman answering their office phone is very friendly. This is the plumbing company to use. Call them!

I'm not sure how they guys have a 3.5 rating when it says they have 285 1-star reviews, out of 490 total reviews.  Must be the new math.  Should have checked this first and saved myself the hassle, but was trying to schedule this during work.  My own experience leads me to believe that these guys are in it to try to UP-SELL you what you don't need...and even that at a MASSIVE price. (Like think lawyer rates.)

My story, if you're interested:  We had a slow draining kitchen sink, so being a mechanical guy, I check the p-trap...clean...go to home depot and grab one of those drill mount drain snakes and run it 25' down past the p-trap, but with no success.  I figure I gave it a try, so time to call the professionals.

It started good.  Very responsive on the phone, willing to come out the same day I called, so I set an appointment for 2pm.  Albert Villavicencio comes out and takes a look in the sink.  He verifies the sink is slow, then goes to the out side of the house and says the clean-out is under the stucco, and appears to be leaking (a tiny bit of water did drip out), and it is going to be $3800, because he needs to saw cut out the stucco, and replace the clean out.  And by the way, they don't patch the stucco...he has a guy I can hire separately for that.

Hold on, I say, $3800 for what?  You just described 2 hours of work max!  (I'm a building manager, so I have a pretty good sense for this kind of thing.) He says its by the job, but he thinks it will take a whole day.  Even if that were true, he's asking for $475 an hour, considering he won't patch the stucco, and he's just replacing a piece of ABS plastic, so there's no significant material cost.  I told him we were miles apart on what I thought the job would take/cost, and he just said yeah, everything is expensive these days.  and offered a 20% discount.  I declined and told him I would have someone else take a look.

My neighbor ended up coming home early that evening.  He chipped away the stucco to reveal the clean-out...and a TINY bit of water, but most of the stucco was dry as a bone. (15 min)  We grabbed his much longer super-snake, and ran in down the clean-out.  Within 30 minutes we were done.  Tested the sink...no backup at all.  All done...less than an hour.  No further leakage from around the clean-out.

Rooter Hero WANTED TO CHARGE ME $3800 for what a responsible plumber could do in under an hour.  DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!!!
