Hugo was on time, knowledgeable and very neat.  Had a door that would not lock due to an older home on a crawl space, Hugo knew exactly what to do! He was quick and verbally told me everything he was going to do. This is a handyman that I will definitely keep the number of!  Can't go wrong with this guy!

I am so happy I found a handy man that knows his stuff. I called them the day before thanksgiving, and he was able to come the same day, I had another appointment with someone else, and he canceled on me after my appointment time of 10 am. I searched on yelp, called, he answered straight away, and was over at 5. He took off his shoes, without me even asking, gold star there. Then after seeing what jobs I needed, quoted me, and got to work right away. He was so honest, his prices were very fair, and he took his time. I highly recommend them!

They  got here within the hour, made their repairs, cleaned everything up and were on their way. No fuss, no mess, very pleasant.

The quoted price from Richard was  amongst the more reasonable ones.
He arrived timely and corrected the latching problem in a jiffy.
He also gave me reasonable quotes for other tasks I asked him about.
He tells me that he is licensed in HVAC, Electrical and plumbing.
He also does Remodelling.
I will call upon him again, when needed.

I had my garbage disposal installed by 365 Maintenance this past week. The installer, Chris, first made an appointment with me for Wednesday, which he cancelled at the last minute due to inclement weather. He rescheduled an appointment for Saturday. He came promptly on time. Chris spent 20 minutes installing my garbage disposal, but I did not realize that it was done improperly until I ran my dishwasher. He forgot to remove the dishwasher plug from the garbage disposal, leading to a leak in the dishwasher and the flooding of my kitchen. When I called to inform him of this, he came the next day to fix it. They are over-priced and amateurs. I should have just gone with Home Depot, who was offering to do the install for less than half what 365 Maintenance charged me.
