Mark was super fast in responding and providing a quote. He also shows up on time and is very professional with his quoting process. We also appreciate his honesty when there was one job that he recommended further investigation into before he repaired it, to ensure the water damage would not occur again. He could have easily fixed it and we would have been in the same position later, when the water damage reappeared. But nope, Mark recommended further investigation, and that is why we trust him.
