This was an emergency call, we had a room that we used for storage, no one had entered this room in a month and upon entering we discovered a ceiling leak!  I called City and Beyond Handyman at 7:00 pm and he arrived at 8:45 pm.  He was so professional and knowledgeable and instantly identified our problem and corrected the situation!!! He received a 5 star rating from our family!!!

Amin was quick to respond and scheduled an appointment first thing in the morning. He was able to assist my tenant with several repairs. I appreciate how he communicated all viable options to get the repairs completed with me. He is an honest hardworking guy. He definitely has earned my repeat business.

Mark was super fast in responding and providing a quote. He also shows up on time and is very professional with his quoting process. We also appreciate his honesty when there was one job that he recommended further investigation into before he repaired it, to ensure the water damage would not occur again. He could have easily fixed it and we would have been in the same position later, when the water damage reappeared. But nope, Mark recommended further investigation, and that is why we trust him. We will be using him and recommending him for future jobs!

The quoted price from Richard was  amongst the more reasonable ones.
He arrived timely and corrected the latching problem in a jiffy.
He also gave me reasonable quotes for other tasks I asked him about.
He tells me that he is licensed in HVAC, Electrical and plumbing.
He also does Remodelling.
I will call upon him again, when needed.

I had my garbage disposal installed by 365 Maintenance this past week. The installer, Chris, first made an appointment with me for Wednesday, which he cancelled at the last minute due to inclement weather. He rescheduled an appointment for Saturday. He came promptly on time. Chris spent 20 minutes installing my garbage disposal, but I did not realize that it was done improperly until I ran my dishwasher. He forgot to remove the dishwasher plug from the garbage disposal, leading to a leak in the dishwasher and the flooding of my kitchen. When I called to inform him of this, he came the next day to fix it. They are over-priced and amateurs. I should have just gone with Home Depot, who was offering to do the install for less than half what 365 Maintenance charged me.
