Today I had the honor of meeting with Home Repair Dudes worker to discuss several projects I need done to repair my 10 year old house. Unlike the other contractors I had spoken with, he took the time to inspect each area, and fully disclose and discuss- the possible causes of issues I had, and then suggested multiple solutions to these. I felt like he not only wanted me well informed, but he genuinely cared about the outcome being the best possible to solve my issues. Whereas other contractors did not even inspect related aspects of the problem-he made sure to review them with me, so that I would fully understand.
