The clog wasn't removed. It was only pushed further down the pipe. So when running water to confirm that it was not clogged, It only let in more water, but still did not drain.

I contacted the company a few hours after services. They were not receptive. They claimed that it was a new issue. Refusing to return to finish the job, and refusing to refund my payment.

I have filed a police report for theft in the 4th degree which is theft by deception.  I will take them to court. I very much recommend a different service.

I had a plumbing emergency and I could not use my shower or toilet.  IMUA Plumbing to the Rescue!  This guy is a hard working professional that put in the time (despite his busy day) so I could get my bathroom up and running the same day.  Kelii came and went above and beyond the call of duty. He responds to his calls quickly and as I was telling him the problem over the phone, he was able to diagnosis the problem and knew exactly what had to be done.  He also contacted my resident manager told him the problem & got authorization to do all necessary repairs.  I called late morning and my early afternoon, my problem was fixed.  His customer service is outstanding!  He kept me up to date when he would arrive, he explained step by step what he was doing & he's a very honest/respectable guy.  For any plumbing needs I highly recommend Imua Plumbing!

So happy to find JGR through other positive yelp reviews, that I felt compelled to add my own. I researched and called around to various plumbers, but based on reviews and our texts, I felt that the owner Jaren was the right person for the job.

3 issues:

1- A kitchen sink that was not draining after several hours
2- A toilet that was running
3- A bath tub that was slow to drain

Jaren asked for photos of my toilet to assess needs before coming out. He explained that his call out fee was $25 and that he could come within the hour to give an estimate, even though it was 5pm.

Jaren arrived on time and gave me a reasonable quote (more affordable and quicker than other companies) with a few options on the spot and was able to fix everything in an hour. He was also very personable and easy to work with.

Based on my experience,I would recommend JGR as knowledgeable, experienced, and trustworthy for your plumbing needs.

Shayne was very fast to respond to my request. He came out on a Friday evening and helped snake a clogged drain. Affordable prices and quick to respond! Thanks Shayne!!

The guy that came out was actually from Shaka Plumbing. He fixed a leak and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Would recommend.

This is the second time  I have dealt with the JBC team, and as always very helpful, quick response, on point, and on time!!

I had an issue with a running toilet, and my home warranty failed miserably at getting a vendor to my residence.  I was left with the option of finding my own who would diagnose and repair the issue.  Not too many companies were eager to diagnose even though we said we would pay upfront.  

JBC not only stepped up, but helped with the process required for me to put in for a reimbursement claim with my home warranty!  Also repaired the issue with my running toilet in 15-20 minutes!  Always great service!!!  

Side note:  the Receptionist went above and beyond explaining the warranty process to me, and went out her way to get me the quickest appointment possible!  Extremely helpful and full of ALOHA!

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

Virtues was recommended to us by a friend, and we would gladly recommend them to anyone.  Knowledgeable, courteous, and very patient answering all our questions.
When problems arise due to our old equipment, they are able to improvise and fix those things without gouging.

Dan was called by my flooring installer completely last minute to not only pick up...but install a new Toto toilet. (One days notice) He was super responsive, on time and worked quickly to pick up, deliver, haul it upstairs and install the new toilet. He was polite, got the job done, gave me the directions of not to use it for 24 hrs. etc then explained how to use it then disappeared. Exactly what I liked about this contractor. Fast, polite, simple, quick.

Honest and responsive woman owned business.   Emailed my request for a quote in the morning and got a quote that same afternoon.  The plumbers came early to check out what repairs were needed and provided excellent follow up showing me what to check for when the water service came back on.  Highly recommend this business for your plumbing needs.  Thanks Accurate Plumbing!

Johnny gave me excellent service and workmanship.  My old water heat was a solar hook up that no longer existed.  I had switches for pumps, gauges for reads the works.  JR Service & Repair not only installed my new water heater but took out the old switches and gauges that no longer was need.  He is the best!  Very happy and it is really great to have my hot water back.

I decided to join yelp to review this business.  On Friday morning I called Tony to fix my leaking toilet and to my surprise he said he would be able to come to my apartment at 5:00 pm. At 4:30pm I received a call in which he said he was really busy that day and if it was okay to reschedule to Saturday morning at 9:00. No problem...

So Saturday morning 9:00 comes he calls me saying he is at the store to buy supplies and will be there at 9:30. Then 10:00 comes... still not here, no messages, so I cancelled the appointment.  

I'm sure he is good at what he does judging by the reviews but if I'm paying for services, punctuality is important.

Needed my hot water heater replaced. the plumber was on time and did the plumbing work well. when he wired the heater to the power source he claimed there was no power going to the water heater. he just said I needed to call an electrician and he left. I called an electrician who said it would be very expensive to come out that day and advised me to try and troubleshoot the problem myself. when I took the wiring panel off of the water heater I could immediately tell the thing was wired wrong. the black and red heavy gauge power cables were wired to some thin gauged sensor wires. they weren't even wired to the water heater power wires.

when I sent a picture to the plumber he admitted it was wrong but then asked me if I just wanted to fix it myself. when I said no he sent his apprentice out and had him fix it while the plumber was telling him what to do over the phone. this service was expensive. I will never go through these guys again.

I just needed a simple rewiring of a 220v outlet to 120v. Well, not quite so simple, considering the washer/dryer in front of the outlet had to be moved out of the closet first.

Alex looked at the outlet (behind the washer) and gave me a quote within minutes. Since his company did work in the building before, I didn't have to go through the hassle of submitting the license and insurance required by building management. Alex and his team completed the work within an hour the same week, at a reasonable price (neither the highest or the lowest).

I'm happy to discontinue using an extension cord for the washer/dryer unit.

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
