My bathroom faucet was not running and I called Shawn who sent another worker. He did not use the right parts and so the faucet worked but made loud sounds when opened. The 'repair' cost $400. I felt that at  that price, the repair should have been done completely and satisfactorily. I called Shawn to have the faucet re-repaired with the right parts but he declined request so my my husband had to fix it which he should have done in the first place and avoided the charge. Quite disappointed to say the least.

We needed an emergency repair for our water heater which was leaking. Allen's plumbing was able to fit us in the same day. They went up to take a look at the problem, and called me with a quote. I was able to pay with my credit card and they emailed me the completed work order/bill.

The plumber and the office staff people are very service oriented, friendly and courteous. I'm keeping the card on file so that I can use them again.
