They offered more services at a lower cost than any of their competition. Thousands less after I asked for additional items to be added to the contract. They were fast, efficient, thoughtful, considerate, and respectful. They kept me informed with email and attached pictures of their progress as they worked with subcontractors and permits along with my housing association to get the job completed correctly in the least amount of time. Everything was done honestly and open. No hidden agenda or surprises. Wish I was as successful dealing with contractors in California. While this review sounds like I'm in the family, this was my first time working with them but you can bet all my future contract work in Hawaii will be done by them.

So our shower head was leaking and leaking quite a bit, called leaks r us and got an appt by the next morning. Tim came out and did a great job. Not only professional but friendly and explained everything. I'll definitely use this business again!
