So our shower head was leaking and leaking quite a bit, called leaks r us and got an appt by the next morning. Tim came out and did a great job. Not only professional but friendly and explained everything. I'll definitely use this business again!

Pilikia!!!!!!! Great customer service response to provide quote but uneducated estimate.  Needed a fence repaired, an estimator came out within 2 days of requesting quote. Quote was provided but not accepted as resolve was heading in another direction.  Brennan kept calling, we price match any service and would really like your business.  After a month's time and other options falling apart so we accepted HandyAndy proposal and paid the 50% down to get on the schedule.  Two weeks out but that's acceptable, on the day the job was supposed to begin I get a call that they can not proceed.  The estimate was incorrect, job can not be done for original quote of $4000.  Updated proposal $8500.  Needless to say we did not accept the second proposal and are still waiting a deposit refund.  It's only been 48hr.
