I had some minor issues that needed to be taken care of at my house, contact AHS they put me in touch with little big plumbing, very professional and honest people that work there all issues was resolved in a timely fashion, Well satisfied with the work

JBC told me initially he will use large plate to cover hole that has to be made on my bathtub shower (b/s) wall to replace the leaking mixing valve.  Every attempt was preceded by 1 month notice for water shutdown of the condo.  1st attempt:  JBC forgot.  2nd attempt:  Tenant forgot.  3rd attempt:  JBC made larger hole in wall to replace mixing valve and asked his mason to replace wall tile since he could no longer use the cover plate without letting me know.  Mason use plywood backer board, which will be great for mold and mildew and then cover the plywood with ceramic tile that did not match the existing wall tile without consulting with me.  Concrete board should have been used.  Now the shower wall looks very bad and I will have to replace the entire shower wall surround with the plywood backer board with new tile and concrete board, which I estimate will cost me $20,000 plus lost tenant rent.  The plumber sent bill of approx $980 for couple hours work and I also had to pay the idiot mason approx $500 for the lousy tile and plywood work.  JBC was questioned about the hours did not match the bill and he later reduced it by about $200.  Still a rip-off.  My property manager will no longer use this plumber on any of his properties and certainly will not use JBC on my property ever again.

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

Drain Daddy did an outstanding job for us on a short notice which was very much appreciated. Would definitely use him again. He came recommended by our neighbor and I like a guy who is honest and hardworking. He is the owner too.

At the end of 2015 when the Plumbers I contacted (including my regular Plumber) were booked totally solid through the New Year, Junior and Jay of Fast Rooter Plumbing astonished me by being able to come out the very same afternoon I called them to help replace a broken kitchen faucet, which was terribly inconvenient -- especially with our New Year's Eve party coming up the next evening!!! I had to leave voicemails for other Plumbers and they disappointingly called me back after a day or few.

Junior picked up the phone right away and set up an appointment with me later the same afternoon. As promised, Jay showed up and did absolutely stellar work in a quick amount of time . . . my wife and I just couldn't be any happier at all. This was the first time we tried Fast Rooter Plumbing and definitely won't be the last!

Martin and his team made it so easy to fix my issue. My parents had a plumbing issue and since they are not proficient in English, I agreed to take care of this issue for them, from +2k miles away from home. He was very communicative and responsive, explaining everything from what they had planned to do by looking at the photos we had sent, to the problems that occurred while his team were at the house, and finally compiling a detailed summary of the entire process, beginning to end. Since I was out-of-state, I was very appreciative that they kept me in the loop every step of the way and also had the patience for me to explain/translate it to my parents over the phone. I understood the pricing and felt it was reasonable, given the severity of the issue. I felt comfortable with sharing any concerns I or my parents had because of the awesome accommodation they provided. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing services. I emailed dan off the yelp app, He replied within 20 minutes!!  I needed to replace my garbage disposal,  he quoted me a price $125 if I buy the disposal or $250 if he buys the disposal (Badger 5) model.   I told him to purchase the disposal and we agreed to the $250 for the job .   He then asked what day and time would I prefer, opted for the following afternoon he promptly accommodated my schedule .   He came to my home that afternoon and finished the job in 30min and sent me a receipt via email !!!  No Fuss,  Hassle Free , Fast and efficient service!!!  Straight up tells you the price gets it done !!! What else can you ask for !!! FIVE STARS !!!

The first plumber I called (Banzai Plumbing) never showed for the appt. - and never called to let me know. I lost over half a day (and a hot shower) waiting for them.

Called Accurate the next AM, and they promised to be there by noon. Instead the plumber came several hours earlier and took care of my situation quickly and affordably.

Accurate will be my first call next time!.

This review is about 3 months late but still, I can't stop raving about Johnny. My wife and I were headed out on a trip on Memorial Day when the toilets started acting up. I thought that I would call a plumber and either diagnose the problem over the phone or at least schedule an appointment upon our return.  Johnny was the only person that answered on that holiday and was also willing to come to my house that afternoon after spending time with his family at the beach.  I was impressed by that.

My issues dealt with an old sewer drain that had years of neglect from the previous owner.  To make matters worse, we had no idea about the drainage layout or where the clean out was.  Johnny spent about 2+ hrs searching for the clean out and snaked the main house drain 2 times.  When he was done, he used a camera to scope the inside of the cast iron pipe to get an idea of the condition.  At the end of it all, Johnny's pricing was very reasonable and fair for the work he performed. I was expecting higher but was very surprised.

Johnny is way cool.  He's dependable, thorough, meticulous in his work, and very easy going.  I recommend him with no reservations to anyone needing plumbing work.  Read all of the reviews about him and you'll see the same pattern from all of us happy customers that have used his services.

Got an estimate for a hose bib the 3/4 90 was bent so wanted that replaced. They estimated $761. And change

What a ripoff

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
