Excellent installation of a new kitchen faucet - had to cut away old faucet as it had rusted nuts, but completed the job efficiently and professionally.  Very professional and courteous - cleared away trash and cleaned before leaving - highly recommend Little Big of Kailua !

I called Pipe Masters because I recently had a clog and called out another business who basically told me if I they left my home on that day I wouldn't be able to use any running water until someone could fix the issue.  I felt like I had no other choice but to have them complete the work they suggested as if they left and no one else could come out right away I might not have any running water until someone could.  I paid for work which was extremely sub par and therefore I didn't trust them.  Then, I contacted Pipe Masters for an estimate on work the other company suggested.  Pipe Masters took the time to talk to me about what they offer and what they do, what suggestions they may have.  They go over the reason why they suggest the items they do and they really are patient.  I had a tech come to my home the next day to basically redo part of the job that the other guys supposedly did.  The two techs that came out were young men, but very sweet and very professional.  They too, took the time to explain what they did.  What really was a pleasant surprise was that not even a few hours later, I received a call back from the person the I had been speaking to l, to follow up with me and make sure I was satisfied and if I have any questions.  I can't remember his name but he is so pleasant and patient.

I called on a holiday and got service on the same day.  Thank you for coming out on the same day and fixing my leaky faucet. If u want fast, reliable and friendly service call Shaka plumbing!

I had something stuck in my shower drain and was told by 2 other companies that the only solution was to demo the whole shower and replace the plumbing, neither of which actually tried to remove the item. I called Aloha Drain cleaning and they were able to come out right away and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. They will be my go to Plumbers for now on

Our experience with JBC plumbing was 100% positive.  We called because we were unable to install our new washing machine as the supply valves had corroded and the old hoses were stuck.  My husband spoke with Matt and he was very accommodating.  He had originally scheduled to come home early from work and meet the plumber ended up running late.  Matt was kind enough to reschedule with us and came the next day (on his day off) at 7:00 in the morning.  He was able to replace the valves and hooked up our new washing machine (yay for clean clothes!).  He was even able to address additional issues that we sprung on him (broken toilet shutoff valve, leaking sink faucet).  We were very pleased with pricing and quality work.  Matt could've done the minimum to address the situation, especially since it was his day off, but he stayed to make sure everything was running properly.  We are very grateful and would highly recommend JBC Plumbing to anyone who appreciates quality work and great customer service at a fair price.

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

We've used Drain Daddy several times now. On one occasion they came in to unclog a drain. Two months later the drain clogged up again. They came back unclogged the drain without charge. Their word is good... good workmanship, reliable, and cost competitive.

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
