Sean has done a lot of work for me.  Different kinds of jobs and all done well at a fair price and with great communication.  He has repaired a ceiling that was water damaged from a leaking toilet that was above.  He installed a disposal that required a complete re-work of all the plumbing.  He also hung a giant heavy picture over our bed and that was no easy task, trust me.

I find him and his associates to be trustworthy, fair, polite, and eager to do a good job no matter what it is.

If you are looking to work with a clear headed, dependable and really fine craftsman, Rudy is your man.  Just today another contractor ( garage door repair person) commented on the quality of the work that Rudy did for us.  

I almost hesitated to give this review as he will likely be too busy next time....but it's important to share honestly and frankly.  We are grateful and thankful.

Wonderful company to deal with and I'm in California. Initial estimate for termite damage treatment and repair along with cabinet replacement had greater detail of required work. They offered more services at a lower cost than any of their competition. Thousands less after I asked for additional items to be added to the contract. They were fast, efficient, thoughtful, considerate, and respectful. They kept me informed with email and attached pictures of their progress as they worked with subcontractors and permits along with my housing association to get the job completed correctly in the least amount of time. Everything was done honestly and open. No hidden agenda or surprises. Wish I was as successful dealing with contractors in California. While this review sounds like I'm in the family, this was my first time working with them but you can bet all my future contract work in Hawaii will be done by them.

The team was great! They came in quickly and set up to help with water damage due to a water heater leak. They were able to identify the trouble areas and immediately got to work on drying them up to prevent any further damage. Everything was explained  in a way I could understand and answered all of my questions. Super friendly and helpful. They even dealt with the insurance company for me! Less stress for me to handle during an already stressful situation. The leak is fixed and everything is good to go. I would definitely reccomend them and I'll be using them again in the future. Ask for Tim, he was great!

I have a rental property the tenant called saying the shower was leaking. I had this contractor go take a look and told me that the whole shower needed to be ripped out and replaced and that it was going to cost anywhere 3-5K. I did some YouTube research and bought less than $50 worth if supplies from Home Depot. I was able to fix the leak in a hour. Beware.

They showed up on time not like others, was reliable, just was a little bit higher price than others.
