Our water heater went out and I called Plumbers United for a second time.  Owner Scott came out and discovered that our exhaust pipes were not up to code, there was carbon soot on our hot water tank and that possibly there had been carbon monoxide being released.  
I checked everything he told me on the internet and it all checked out as true.  
We now are owners of a remarkable hot water tank that has the ability to heat up 50 gallons of hot water in about an hour.  
I am thankful that the carbon monoxide problem was solved.  We have used many different plumbers over the years and none of them recognized the dangerous code violation.  I learned that he is a Master Plumber, which has more training.  
The entire job cost less than I had expected so overall I am a very happy customer!

It is true he beat everybody else's prices, but in my case all he had to do was cut a cast iron pipe and install a pvc p-trap for the shower drain and connect the water lines (I had already purchased the lines for the water and all of the fittings).

It started out by him swearing I had the wrong fittings, and although the packaging clearly said PEX-A and the pipe that I supplied also said PEX-A, but he wouldn't know that because he never looked at the supplied material.

As the work begins he started drilling without looking at where he is drilling and went through the top of my floor joist and conveniently never told me about it before he left for a break in the middle of the job or before he said he was done. To add insult to injury every thing has now been cemented into place without the taking into account the appropriate location of the drain or even asking for measurements. Now I have to go behind him and redo everything that he did with the drain, the only benefit is the cast iron is gone, I found the cast iron drain pipe sitting outside my crawl space door.

When he was finished he informed the price had changed  from what we agreed because he had to buy material without ever letting me know ahead of time. As I am trying to figure out how to pay him, he kept taking calls although in other reviews he references how it is rude to be on the phone in front of a customer

He asked me for a review and I mentioned he had drilled into my floor joist and he called me. During our conversation I asked about the joist and his response was Yeah and?I asked if he was ever going to mention it and he just insisted that my joist is not compromised and that I don't need to repair it. I never asked for anything I didn't have the opportunity to make a point prior to him getting defensive.

When I noticed where the conversation was going, I gave up and let him know I looked forward to the review. Which he responded so that's how it's going to be you p**sy a** mother f**ker and hung up on me.

I can't recommend his work for anybody who expects professionalism

I was extremely pleased by their professionalism and quality of service. Ben took time to explain the cause of my faucet leak and fixed it immediately. The price was extremely fair. I highly recommend this service. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing issues.

I had a outdoor water spigot that had an irrigation connector glued to it. Mr. Johnson came out immediately, had some apprentices with him, and all three were able to replace the spigot in a timely fashion. They went above and beyond the job. I told him that I had a dancing washing machine, and Mr. Johnson told me it needed to be leveled. Once they leveled the legs, the problem was solved. I told him that I'd like to try to do small repairs. I appreciated the fact that he respected my interest. Many people would consider that interference. He has made himself available to answer questions over the phone. I began replacing the complete innards of a toilet, but found that I could not work in the tight space. I called Mr. Johnson, and even though I told him it was not an emergency, he made an arrangement to come out almost immediately. While on the job, he showed me that the tank was cracked. I decided to replace the toilet. I asked him if he could pull it and if he had time to figure out why the sink faucet in that bath did not work. He said yes and told me the parts that I needed to purchase. I got pretty far with the replacement of the toilet and completed the installation of an aerator on the sink faucet, but needed him for one last step with the toilet.I  found out there was a leak under the sink, which was the underlying problem. Mr. Johnson graciously came out, cut the bolts to the toilet so they could be capped and fixed the leak under the sink. I've shared all of this to say that I would call him again and highly recommend him.

When they advertise emergency services, they don't really offer emergency services. I have an emergency and they only offered to schedule an appointment after the long holiday weekend during regular business hours.

Lonnie was extremely nice and professional.  I will definitely use him again.  Communication was top notch as well, very transparent.

If it were possible to give less than 1 star, I would. First, you have to jump through hoops with calls being transferred multiple times just to make one appointment. It applies to repeat customers, too.  Then if you don't answer the technicians phone call when he tells you he's on his way, he canceled your appointment. Did you ever stop to think that perhaps I might be on the phone or just can't answer?  Then, on other occasions when they do arrive, the technicians are snarky.  

As I need a replacement equipment, I thought I'd give them a second chance.  Again, the front office circus ensued. Even though the website says Book Your Appointment Online it does not function like the two other companies I worked with for competing estimates.  In those cases it took less than two minutes per confirmed appointment.  Instead, this is simply a request for an appointment.  About 30 minutes later, I got an email saying we look forward to your appointment. It was great speaking with you even though I hadn't spoken to anyone, nonetheless confirmed an appointment.   Then, when they did call three hours later, one person confirms the data that you've already submitted online before being transferred to another department to actually schedule the appointment. After being put on hold for 10 minutes before speaking with anyone, I hung up. Why do they bother calling you if they are not prepared to speak with you? As a paying customer, my time is more valuable than theirs, but the inefficient processes beg to differ.

It's not worth the frustration. Many companies jump through hoops to make clients happy and for better prices. Look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and 10 minutes on hold.

Robert with Delta Plumbing saved the day.  We had a closing scheduled for 2pm and found out we had a water leak between the house and the street at 10:30am.  Delta Plumbing sent Robert out with very short notice and he did a great job to quickly trouble shoot the problem and come up with a reasonable resolution.  We agreed on an estimate and he started the work right away so that we all felt comfortable proceeding with the closing.  The work was done by the end of the day and both the seller and buyer were impressed with Robert's drive and work ethic.  Thanks so much:)

We had to wait a while as they were so booked and now I can see why. Having someone this experienced to come out and do the job right was so worth it. We were so impressed and pleased by the work Byron did for us. We plan to use Heads from now on. They are a superior company!!
