They were very responsive and quick to get back to me with all my questions. They went out of their way to get my plumbing fixed in a timely manner. I will be using them if I need help again.

Called for my A/C not running on Sunday. They arrived Monday morning on time at 8 a.m. Eric was a pleasure to work with. Informed me throughout the process. He took 2:30 hours to isolate the wiring (main) problem for the estimate. Eric also noticed a possible leak in my roof and brought that to my attention. You could not ask for a more honest company. Have used them in the past with the same type of attention to detail and honesty.

Outstanding service. Prompt repairs (had a new energy efficient air conditioning unit installed). They quickly and correctly diagnosed the problems with our old air conditioning unit, which we ended up replacing. Workers were polite, friendly, honest, and cleaned up well when the job was completed. Would without any hessitation fully endorse Hammond! Great job!

Terrible. Had a toilet not working properly. Guy shows up, doesn't even really look at it, and tells us we need a new toilet . That will cost $350, and he could do it in a week or so. When we asked if he could try to unclog it, he said he could ( for $189) but it would not fix the problem . I tell him we are not interested and pay the $39 service fee. Then go straight to Home Depot, bought a $30 hand operated snake, and had it unclogged in less than 5 minutes.
I would never use this company again for any services.

Mario was able to come out the same day I called. He provided an estimate over the phone after I sent a few pictures. Once he was here, he was very pleasant and professional. He was able to reinstall and repair my shower drain within an hour and his price was more than reasonable. I definitely recommend Mario's Home Improvement!

This is a mixed review in that their tech (Joe) was great, but their office organization was terrible. Our AC went out and we called for service, assuming our earlier contract had expired since they hadn't contacted us to schedule a checkup in a year and a half. It was only when I called that I found out we DID still have a contract with them but that they had just quit calling to schedule the maintenance services. But even worse was when they scheduled the appointment to have our AC fixed they never told me to turn our AC off so it doesn't ice up, despite the operator writing in their notes that they told me that. (I'm extremely detail oriented and no way I'd have missed that.) So after 24 hours when the tech came out he couldn't do anything yet as our system was iced over, leading to an unnecessary 2nd miserable night of 85+ inside temps.
Then when they came out the next day to finish the repair, it just got worse. After showing up at 2:30 for an 8-12 service window, it turns out their office had ordered the wrong part that didn't fit. (How can you not know what parts fit what unit when that is your business???) So not only could they not finish fixing the issue but we wasted yet more time waiting at home for them for nothing. We are trapped into using them due our contract, but I would strongly warn anyone else from doing the same.

I had a terrible experience with RS Andrews. I hired them to do several small plumbing jobs before we moved into a house we had just bought. The morning they were supposed to come, I was at work and missed their call. I called them back within 20 minutes. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, I got someone on the phone who informed me that they had given away my appointment time because I missed their call. I reminded her that there was a lockbox at the house to which they had the code and that when i scheduled the appointment, they agreed that I did not have to be there because they could let themselves in. The woman on the phone said that I had to sign a release and give her a credit card number right then if I was not planning to meet the plumber at the house. I gave her my credit card number on the phone and emailed her the release. She said they would call just to let me know when the plumber was heading over to the house. Two hours later, they called to tell me that they were not going to my house that day. They gave no reason for why except that the plumber we were sending was moving on to a job that was going to take him several hours. They left me in a lurch and were completely unapologetic about it. RS Andrews obviously cares nothing for customer service, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
