Jean pier showed up 1.5 hours late, checked the AC unit, not sure what was, then recommended refrigerant at $125 per pound, he said I probably have leak, duh, so I asked where he said I he would need to do a leak test.  I said shouldn't you do that first, he said that's no our process, it was quickly apparent that he does not know AC units!  So I paid $99 for the service call and did not even get a new filter...  

Find the source of the problem.... I would not recommend this company for anything AC related!

From my phone inquiry to the septic service provided, I was duly impressed! I needed my septic tank pumped, did research on the internet and decided to call Aaron's septic. They quoted a price, came when expected and then found trouble left from the previous repair. The company who claimed to replace our baffles, did not do it. Arik and Matt took pictures, showed me how the previous company put a 3 PVC pipe in a 4 pipe, and put foam expander in. They didn't even touch the other baffle for which I was charged . They told me that my drain field had been compromised, but not yet failed. They drained it, treated it, replaced both baffles and took pictures of the before and after and sent them to my email. I was very pleased with them. Had to make a follow-up phone call because I had forgotten what my next steps were and they responded immediately, answering my questions very politely. I would recommend them.

I have used TE plumbing, electrical and heating and air.  All I can say is I have had no bad experience.  They have always been on time , very informative and reliable.  DeAndre Small, drain tech, came to my house because my drain was backing in the kitchen.  He was very professional and took care of the problem immediately.  I put a lot of rice down the disposal.  I will use TE in the future.

We recently moved and needed our washer and gas dryer hooked back up.  Seemed like it should be a quick and straightforward hook up - however we moved into a new construction home.  Matt our tech identified and had to get some additional gas line connection pieces we were missing when he came to do the work (which ended up taking him a bit longer and an additional trip back and forth to complete).  Appreciated his awesome attitude and great customer service getting it all done.  We'll definitely use their services again on our next plumbing issue!

Was looking for a handyman to install  2 fans and my ring flood camera. I sent out a few requests to compare and immediately got a message back from them. They came out the next day and got all my fans and ring installed in just 2 hours. Emerson was very respectful Even gave me a great price! Can't recommend enough will be my handyman for future projects. Thanks so much!

These guys replaced about 75 feet of drain pipe where I work in Peachtree City.
I saw the quotes before hand and Mike was much, much more reasonable than the Big Name Plumbing Co. They were in and out within 2 days and we were restored !
They did what they said they would, when they said they would do it.I highly recommend  MH Plumbing !

Prompt and polite, but not very effective and overpriced.  Too many other choices to use them again...

Waste of money. Call a real certified Plummer. Charges for absolutely no resolution. Should have been able to see and stop leak.

I got attentive, exemplary service from Heads. We had to repair our sewer line to the street (ugh) and they made it relatively painless for less than half of one quote we received. Torian and Ashley were great about communicating issues with me. They've got a customer for life!

I called for an estimate to install a garbage disposal.  At the end of the call, I asked if there was a charge, was told $40. I declined and within mins, I got a call back saying they would wave it.  I scheduled the appointment and the guy that showed up, professional and friendly.  He checked out my situation, saw that there was electrical wiring, but advised I needed to install an outlet, and then plug the new disposal in there.  He went to the truck and came back with a $395 estimate.  Well, all the you-tube videos have me encouraged i can do this myself.
