They were very responsive and quick to get back to me with all my questions. They went out of their way to get my plumbing fixed in a timely manner. I will be using them if I need help again.

Was looking for a handyman to install  2 fans and my ring flood camera. I sent out a few requests to compare and immediately got a message back from them. They came out the next day and got all my fans and ring installed in just 2 hours. Emerson was very respectful Even gave me a great price! Called for my A/C not running on Sunday. They arrived Monday morning on time at 8 a.m. Eric was a pleasure to work with. Informed me throughout the process. He took 2:30 hours to isolate the wiring (main) problem for the estimate. Eric also noticed a possible leak in my roof and brought that to my attention. You could not ask for a more honest company. Have used them in the past with the same type of attention to detail and honesty.

Hammond's response to my elderly father's phone call was outstanding! There was someone there within 15-20 minutes to check out a leak under his house. Even though my dad lives in a double wide trailer, the technician had the problem assessed and fixed the same day! No waiting! So happy and thankful for how this company and it's staff treated my 75 year old father.  I will be recommending Hammond's to everyone!!!

Called this place in regards to changing a spicket or spout for my shower. Without seeing the problem he told me it could be 1400.00 for an issue behind the tile??? Sir the water does come out of the shower anymore. So, I went to Home Depot and bought another spout and screwed it back on myself. Cost me $8.00.

Came home to a hot house and realized I needed to get the AC unit looked at. Called Coolray and they sent out a Tech, who diagnosed it as a fan motor that needed replacing and quoted me verbally between $900-1000. While he was writing up the quote, I looked online and the exact part I needed was only $150. I asked him how much the motor was that he was ordering for me, he said he didn't know the exact cost of the motor but that the cost of motor and repairing together was $1050. After thinking about it, I told him I would call back if I needed their help. I found the part in Atlanta, $130 and it was literally attaching 4 wires together that took me 15-30 min tops from start to finish. So minus the part, they were wanting to charge me almost $920 for a tech to work 30 min. The dishonesty of my experience is enough for me to never use this company again and also let my friends know of my experience as well. I am only one small customer, but unethically taking advantage of people that trust them to do work will get around.
