Just wanted to update our post. It's been a little over a month now since we got the water heater replaced. Everything's been working great. :) Called the manager once when processing our check and he was super nice. Friendly service indeed!

And came across LV Expert.  from the beginning to the end this company took care of the issue, they were 100%, professional, reliable, with good prices for Sunday job. Not to mention, they arrived, and fixed everything the same day

I went on vacation and when I got home both showers weren't working.  I called them and they came over the next day and replaced the valves and new spout.  Cost was reasonable,  and both George and Tony were professional, knowledgeable ( as they explained exactly what they were doing) and efficient.  Love doing business with this company!  Will definitely call them.  While they were there they replaced the inner workings on my guest bathroom toilet.  I was very happy!

I called around a bunch of places in Las Vegas for quotes on water softeners and Serv-All had the best pricing! The lady on the phone was really nice and really knew her knowledge on the how the systems run. She didn't try to upsell me on anything as I just wanted the lowest tier. Not only was I able to get a good price on the water softener, but the product I decided to install also conditions and filters chlorine. They were able to schedule me quickly within a couple of days and the tech (Shawn) was so kind!! He was very professional, personable, and informative. He gave me the run down on my new water softener and made it so simple for me. This company also includes 2 bags of salt with the install and they hauled away my old softener free of charge. Payment was easy as the tech swiped my card after everything was installed.

Very pleased with this company! Also pleased with the warranty. 25 years and 5 years for labor (which most places do 1 year). Just shows how much they really believe in their systems. If you're looking for a water softener, try them first as they seem to be more reasonably priced than other water softener companies. They made everything so effortless for me. They do both residential and commercial.

I had a pipe bust under my sink and my wife was in need of a plumber immediately. She posted on Facebook recommendations and received many recommendations for Catania & Son plumbing by people in our area. We called them and explained our emergency and Helen who answered us was so helpful and friendly. We were in a panic and she was very comforting and assured us someone will be to our house within 20 minutes. Within 15 minutes Jerry and his son Evan show up like supermen and took care of our leak and replaced the part that broke. They were super helpful and also help us clean up the water in our kitchen which they did not have to do. There service with us was nothing less than exceptional. I would recommend Loyalty Plumbing to anyone that has a plunking issue. the technician that came to the house which was Tyler Mitchum was extremely professional and nice.  Tyler told me every step he was taking and what the cost of the repairs would be. We had a leak in the front yard, called our warranty company, and they sent someone out. Unfortunately it was the main water line and was not covered but they gave us a quote and let us know they would not repair the yard after the work was done.

We decided to get another quote from Resolution Plumbing after my husband had seen a post from the owner on our Silverstone community Facebook group. Adrian came out to give us a quote within a couple of hours that was much lower than the first company. He also told us when they were done, it would look like they were never there.

After we accepted the price, they came back same day to start digging for the new line, which they quickly finished the following day. After an inspection the next day, they came out very quickly to put everything back together and it looks great. I'm so happy we saw that Facebook post and were able to give them a call. They were very quick, competitively priced, and very friendly. I have already been recommending them!
