Gary came out twice for Vegas Plumbing Service and was professional, friendly, and extremely effective both times he came out. I was stunned that our new tankless water heater was having issues just a year after installation. He came out promptly, and he was able to work with the manufacturer of our tankless water heater, get a part shipped out same day, and came back promptly for the installation. After previous experiences with other companies, it will be an easy decision for me in the future to call Vegas Plumbing Service back and recommend them to any friend. I am very, very grateful for Vegas Plumbing Service keeping my hot water on in my house and for the courteous nature of the staff.

I called with a slab leak on a Sunday.  I got a live person, Plumber call me back in minutes.  They did everything they could for me, saved me money.  Very personable and professional.   This should be your first call.

Had a main water leak from the meter to the house.  I found LV Experts LLC on thumbtack where I was able to pull reviews and communicate with them directly while I received bids.  They were able to come out promptly to assess the situation.  Max and his coworker/friend, Suren,  found and fixed the leak in two days.  He was very honest with me about entire process and had competitive prices.  He did such a great job I hired him to replace broken water softener system from a Home Depot product to Novo.  He also took care of two valves and small fix on irrigation system.  Call him at 7024445856.  Will absolutely use him for all plumbing needs going forward as well.

Kurt did a great job installing my toilet.  Very affordable price.  Very friendly.  I would definitely recommend him.

Prime Plumbing is the best!  Our main water line sprung a leak and flooded our flowerbed and Prime Plumbing came to our rescue.  They came right away, same day we called; and went out of their way to accommodate my niece who is 8 years old on hospice care.  Highly recommend these guys - they were wonderful.

Helen was quick to respond via Yelp messenger and gave an estimated quote on what I was looking for. Majority of the plumbers I contacted said, We'll have to diagnose when I'm there and I don't have a price to give you until then. It's nice to at least have an idea on pricing, don't you think? I also needed someone to come out asap and she was able to get someone out to me the time I needed him to.

When Jerry arrived, he was nice and was able to fix one of the showers, and was able to tell me what was wrong with the other one.

Our downstairs toilet became clogged, I called and was immediately able to reach someone. I had someone out the very same day. They arrived exactly when they said they would and keep you up to date via text/email so you know who is coming and when. Friendly, professional and polite customer service from start to finish. Robert was great, professional and quick! He got the job done and I was able to carry on with my day without interruption. These days it's hard to find a company like this, I'm so glad I did!
