Best Water Heater Repair in Henderson NV

About a year ago I used Vegas Plumbing Service to install a new hot water heater. My hot water heater went out on a Sunday and they had a man to my house Immediately. The new hot water heater is great.
When I bought my new Aquasana Water Filtration and Softener System Vegas Plumbing Service was who I called. They gave me a very reasonable estimate. And, Brice was here the next day. He installed the system in about four hours. I couldn't be happier with the job he did! I even asked him to put insulation tape on some outdoor pipes. It had nothing to do with the system. But, he willingly did that as part of the project. Thank you Brice and thank you Vegas Plumbing Service!!

I got a message from my tenant at 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday that there was no hot water, so I immediately called Cool Tech and he responded right away and sent Juan Carlos to save the day!  The hot water was taken away, replaced and my tenant was able to shower before 2:00 p.m.!

We really enjoyed our honest technicians! They thoroughly inspected the cooling side of our air conditioning unit, as explained without any unnecessary up-selling.  During their visit, we were shown where in our AC unit, to look for clues on what to consider saving funds for future repairs or replacements.  Something that was particularly impressing was their professionalism.  Our technicians showed and explained everything that they were doing, at the time they were inspecting.  In the past, we have not received hands on walk through of our AC unit, and what to be made aware of as a homeowners.  Alaskan brought to our attention where to look, what to look for, and how long to wait for having professional inspections of our air ducts, unit pressures, and temperatures. They are informative and detailed in all aspects of HVAC; we learned that this acronym stands for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, and is the technology of indoor [and vehicular] environmental comfort.  
We highly recommend ALASKAN for all your air conditioning needs! In addition they have great billboards, a cool mascot, and a company that values being involved in our community!! (we actually won a certificate of service during a local Boy Scouts of America event)

This is an outstanding company!  After having an emergency, suspecting a water leak in my home this morning before working hours, I left a message on their website and was immediately contacted upon their opening. The customer service rep took down my info and was able to give me a same-day emergency appointment.

Jason is a superstar! He came out promptly at the beginning of the appointment window,l. He was very professional, meticulous and knowledgeable. He quickly performed a thorough whole-house assessment with his detection equipment, discovered the problem and fixed it. I highly recommend this company!

Reliable and honest service!!  In the middle of a bathroom remodel, when of course something starts leaking!  Superior was out within a couple hours (others wanted days). Fortunately a quick and easy (for them) fix and we were back to the remodel within hours, without giving up and arm and leg!!

I had a major plumbing issue. My water shut-off in the garage blew up. Troy with Thor Industries was here in 15 min. We could not locate the water main and  had to call the city. Once the city showed up and shut the water  off to the community. Matt and Troy were able to help me replace the shut off. They saved my house from alot if damage. Thank you Thor Industries

I had a handyman replace an old bathroom faucet and toilet with new updated ones. Derrick showed up on time and the work is solid. Price was reasonable. I will call them again in the future if needed and would recommend him to others.

These guys are amazing! We had a horrible water break in the front and not only did they come in quote-wise lower than anyone else, but they also did a fabulous job putting everything back together!  They even let us borrow one of their tools to block the water until they were able to fix it, this saving us even more money! They were prompt, kind, tidy, and altogether a wonderful team! We are going to use them for any other water or gas issues!

Did a great job installing my remodel shower fixtures. David was not intimidated and took on the challenge of installing high end Hansgrohe Shower components.
Also installed hansgrohe faucets, japanese toilet, repaired a copper line behind the shower, flushed the water heater and replaced a valve on it. Spend a good day at the house completing the entire job. Thank you for your hard work!

I personally received a call from the owner of this company and I must say that this company cares about its customers and insuring that the customer is satisfied with the work of their employees. Thank you Robert for reaching out to me regarding my concerns.

If I could I give a 0 star review I would. This company is contracted by Lowe's. I purchased a hot water heater through Lowe's and they called to schedule the install. They came out, did the install, but the valve to have water flowing to the heater was broken. So instead of calling and asking if I wanted to pay to have the valve replaced so that I could have water in my house, they left.

I called them directly and they said they don't do valve replacements and also that they didn't have time today to come back and look at anything.

How does a plumbing company leave a job unfinished like that?? So now I have to call another plumbing company to come out and replace the valve so that the hot water heater that I PAID TO BE INSTALLED is actually functioning.

I contacted Lowe's and they advised that this company is only contracted for the install. Which is FINE, but this company could have fixed the issue and I paid them separately. But they chose to take the easy way and just leave, and not finish the job.

DO NOT PURCHASE HOT WATER TANKS THROUGH LOWES- and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The rental company that I leased my house from hired these guys to repair a broken water heater. The woman that does the scheduling called me and set an appointment up with me for 9am. I said that was fine. they seemed professional and courteous. So the morning of the appointment I'm getting my kids ready for school and I didn't hear my phone ring at 825am they were calling but i didn't see the phone call until about 840am. So I called them back several times but no answer. Then I waited and no one showed up. Finally at 10 am the woman answers and I ask her what happened. She informs me that she instructed the plumber to go to the next call since I didn't answer the phone. That I am going to have to reschedule for another day. I told her that I had not previously been told if I didn't answer that would happen and to please get someone out that day since my hot water had been out for about three months all ready. I didn't know they were going to be calling me at 825 am for 9am appointment or they were going to cancel. That is something you should inform your customers of at the time the appointment is made. I told her I tried to return the call several times with no answer. She starts yelling at me telling me that she had an appointment that she couldn't miss and that she is not sending anyone out today they didnt have time. I told her that I felt that was very unprofessional and asked for a manager she replied very rudely she was the only one there and if I wanted them to schedule me or not! I hung up and called the rental company who finished dealing with them. I would only recommend this company to people who like being treated rudely and unprofessional!

Rip-Off Artists!!  We used Butter Plumbing to buy a new water heater five years ago.  At the time I thought it was very expensive.  When our pilot light went out this week, we called Butter Plumbing again, figuring that was our best bet for an easy fix.  Our research had indicated it was a relatively simple problem due to a thermocouple issue.  The service man it was a problematic water heater and said they didn't have the part and it would take 3-5 business days to get one.  Of course no one can go without hot water that long.  We were busy or would have gotten a second opinion (they probably bank on that happening).  We ended up getting yet another water heater from them to the tune of $1,700.  Save yourself from being ripped off and get another plumbing company.

Horrible!  Rude tech!  Was rude to my daughter and then got on the phone with me and said he wasn't rude to my daughter.  He was being rude to me while he was telling me this!  Incredible! We hired another plumber who actually fixed our issue in one visit AND didn't charge us.  This dude came out twice and didn't fix a thing.
