Best Water Heater Repair in Henderson NV

I called Vegas Plumbing Service at 8:15am and James was at my house at 11am. I was shocked how quickly they were able to send someone out to fix my hot water issue. James was quick and installed a new water heater in an hour. I highly recommend Vegas Plumbing Service!

I got a message from my tenant at 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday that there was no hot water, so I immediately called Cool Tech and he responded right away and sent Juan Carlos to save the day!  The hot water was taken away, replaced and my tenant was able to shower before 2:00 p.m.!

I did service last week pay about $500
And they're saying free of charge for week my sewer got clogged again and now  they're saying I need to do jet clean for almost $900 they were ripping me off

This was the second time using Drain Bears. The first time was last year for main water line, this time was to repipe the entire house. They are quick to respond & get the job done right. Gary from Superior Plumbing came out on our request to determine what was causing our water bill to be so high each month. Our initial cost per month when we had the house built in 2005 was around $70. but for unknown reasons the costs shot up between $350. to $400 per month for the last 6 months. After inspecting our water system he determined that the self adjusting water system for our pool was faulty. They have a 24hr answering service that you leave messages for and no response. I've left two messages two days back to back, and the answering service with his dog barking in the background says they will call when they have a chance?! I am having a water heater emergency and obviously there is NO LIVE PERSON to talk to but an answering service! Horrible customer service and I paid over 1400!!!!  They overcharge for labor and then quick to ignore your complaints

One thing you can tell immediately, is that Darrick is a pro. It's starts with the fact he was the first to respond to my quote request, continued with offering a fair price compared to all other providers, and finished with his availability and great job that he has done in our house. You can tell this guy knows what he's doing and truly care of his job and helping others. Oh, and of course, he arrived with a mask on, which is really important to me.

Great service, very communicative and answered all questions. Manager Derrick came out to properly check and diagnose issue and gave me the run down: the problem, what may have caused it, how long to fix, and when someone would be over to fix. Well, theb Eddie can right on over within stated time frame and did a great job. Also good service and actually finished a earlier than I was told.

Did a great job installing my remodel shower fixtures. David was not intimidated and took on the challenge of installing high end Hansgrohe Shower components.
Also installed hansgrohe faucets, japanese toilet, repaired a copper line behind the shower, flushed the water heater and replaced a valve on it. Spend a good day at the house completing the entire job. Thank you for your hard work!

My residential AC had gone out in 106 degree weather with higher temps on the way in a few days. Timur and Robert were able to come over and diagnose my system quickly and accurately! They arrived exactly on time as promised and maintained communication with me during the entire process. The capacitor had failed in my system and they recommended replacing it with a more efficient and durable part! I am grateful for their expertise and honest work.

Use another plumbing company! The only reason I am giving two stars is because the plumbers sent were pleasant. First plumber sent didn't know how to remove shower handle.  Said he had to bust the tile to get to the valve. To make a long story short, plumber twice never ordered the part.  No one ever calls you back to get an update on when the part will arrive.  I had to order my own parts from a plumbing supply company after waiting over a month for Pain in the Pipe to order.  Will call another company to install the part.

I would give less than 1 star if possible. Do not work with this company, they are criminals. I called them because they took over a company that installed my water heater so I was hoping they would have some sort of reputation.

It started with a busted pipe outside my house that my landscape person estimated for $150.  I called Home Depot and they estimated $59 for parts. I didn't want to install myself, so I called my landscaper but he was busy that day so I went ahead and called Hawthorne plumbing hoping to find reasonable pricing.

After charging me a $69 show up fee the plumber estimated $500 for repairing the busted pipe. I asked him how much it would take him to repair and he said 1 hour. That's when it started going downhill. I don't mind paying the show up fee (which I did), but to estimate an absurd price is insane.

Like I said, do not work with this company if you don't want to get robbed.

When we had a hard freeze on January 14, 2013, we called our buddies at RAKEMAN plumbing. I call them our
bubbies because they have helped us out before. This time our water softner loop/spigot to the outside of our garage wall gave in to the freezing temps. We called and they appeared. They must have been crazy busy, but they had a technician at our house in about an hour. Corky showed up ready to go to battle with the frozen pipes. Within minutes he had it narrowed down to the stub-out for the garden spigot. Fixed it pronto and charged us a very reasonable rate. Considering the amount of calls he had yet to answer and the potential damage, he could have charged us almost anything. Not Corky....we would have him back anytime. These are GOOD PEOPLE at RAKEMAN ! ! If you want it done right, done fast, and don't want to be over-charged, RAKEMAN is (are) the people you want to call.

I want to thank Jeremy, Margaret, and Sean from Butter Plumbing for the great work setting up appointments and installing plumbing and a gas heater. We have been dealing with an unethical company we hired to build a pool (our first pool). With no concern, they destroyed our beautiful backyard and installed the wrong pool heater for the Las Vegas climate (they installed an electric heater that works in a humid climate, NOT a dry climate) and in the wrong place/did not follow city plans.

Butter Plumbing has been picking up the slack left behind. We are still working on getting the backyard to its original beautiful stage. It has been a nightmare. Butter Plumbing explained the job in detail and no shortcuts, friendly and professional -- price upfront. They also offer military discounts.

Too bad there isn't a negative number because that's what they deserve!! They are the worst of the worst, bottom of the barrel, bad. The office staff, especially Brandon, have absolutely no customer service.  They are miserable at their job and it shows. Since my home warranty is paying them, they don't have to be courteous, I guess.
They gave me an outrageous, out-of-pocket amount for my repairs. The 3 times I had to call the office, I was on hold for 20 minutes.  When I did speak to someone, Brandon and a female, they were annoyed if I asked questions and would put me hold because of it for 15-20 minutes. When the technician finally came, he said it was a 5 minute repair. He didn't repair my issue correctly. I still had the problem. It's been 2 weeks. Communicating with them has gotten so bad that my home warranty assigned another company to correct and actually repair my issue!! Stay away!! Don't waste your time. You'll only be disappointed. The only way they are in business is because they are contracted with home warranties or they wouldn't have any business!!
