Our water heater decided to break late Friday afternoon. We called a few places and most didn't have any appointments and if they did, they would charge double to come out and possibly replace the appliance. Or we'd have to wait until Monday. Not only did Prime Plumbing have someone available, they came out within 40 minutes of initially calling, offered a free estimate AND a competitive rate. When we decided to replace the water heater, Jorge mentioned he could come back and install it within 45 minutes! He was back in 30! Jorge was not only knowledgeable but extremely personable and took the time to explain everything. He answered all of our questions. Definitely would recommend this company and looking forward to calling them for maintenance and ANY plumbing need we have. Highly recommend!

We thought we had a leak in the irrigation line and had requested a quote from multiple companies. Resolution plumbing sent, Alex, the owner/operator. Alex came out promptly on the scheduled appt time and quickly and correctly diagnosed that we had 2 leaks -- one in the irrigation line, as well as a bigger leak in the main line.
