Fantastic company that did a whole house renovation within a reasonable budget. I had an idea and knew what i wanted but they brought it to life. Prices, turnaround and communication via text or phone were great. Zhuliyan focused more on solutions whenever a problem came up and there were many and there was nothing they couldn't handle. He has three contractor licenses and is fully insured and bonded with the city. Ive already referred him to my friends and they said hes great as well.

Only sore point was keeping his team on the timeline but with a few reminders we got back on track. Message me if you have any questions about pictures or need ideas. In the pictures tile design, layout, and paint were all my idea so i knew what the final look would be in my mind. It looks like a brand new house and kitchen on the inside. They even installed new countertops and cabinets for a really inexpensive price.

On 9/2/22, Express Home Services came to our home to provide an HVAC A/C tune up. The 2 Technicians (Mason and his assistant) were extremely polite, knowledgeable and prepared.
  They found 12-15 irregularities. They repaired all but 1, which they explained they were not authorized to repair. There was too much coolant in the A/C! (Who knew there could be too much coolant in an A/C unit?)
 We are EXTREMELY pleased with Express Home Services. The technicians were honest, helpful and a pleasure to have in our home.

I hired Ryan for a few repair around me house. Front door, shower and kitchen faucets needed repair/replacement. I called him on Monday to set up an appointment, and on Tuesday around noon he was there to do the job. Very professional, very personable, and he did a great quality work.

I supplied the parts and he supplied the labor. I would def hire him again and I most recommend him if you're seeking someone to do some work around the house etc.
