Best Gas Water Heater Installation in Henderson NV

This was the second time using Drain Bears. The first time was last year for main water line, this time was to repipe the entire house. They are quick to respond & get the job done right. Very polite & efficient. Highly recommend this company, will definitely use this company again if needed. Highly professional & courteous.

Reliable and honest service!!  In the middle of a bathroom remodel, when of course something starts leaking!  Superior was out within a couple hours (others wanted days). Fortunately a quick and easy (for them) fix and we were back to the remodel within hours, without giving up and arm and leg!!

Did a great job installing my remodel shower fixtures. David was not intimidated and took on the challenge of installing high end Hansgrohe Shower components.
Also installed hansgrohe faucets, japanese toilet, repaired a copper line behind the shower, flushed the water heater and replaced a valve on it. Spend a good day at the house completing the entire job. Thank you for your hard work!

I recently moved from California to Summerlin .I call Nevada Residential Service to Check out my Malfunctioning AC Unit.They were able to fit me into they're schedule same day,in fact 25 minutes after my Phone call. Tim and Varden showed up to my house and before walking in they put on shoe booties so they wouldn't track any dirt inside. They ask me a couple of questions to diagnose the situations and got right to work. Literally 8 Minutes into they're Inspection I had my Ac running on all cylinders. They found that my Ac Furnace in my attic was switch off due to recent home Inspection prior to me moving in to my house.They didn't not charge me for turning it back on . I'am super Happy that I made the Call to Nevada Residential it's so hard to find honest Ac Mechanics Now's a days.  Definitely calling them back for any future issues!

Larry was great! We had a cracked hose bib that was constantly running water. They came out and replaced it the next day. Super quick

Had a broken spigot behind the fridge, Matt and Fernando ensured a rapid response within 20 mins and had the repair professionally accomplished within an hour. 115 degrees and second day in our new home and air stopped cooling properly. Joseph Grande was sent out to fix it and for 2+ hours he worked non stop to find the problem which turned out to be several issues. Joseph was efficient, professional, and did not stop working until the air conditioner was working to it's best productivity. Highly recommend. Thank you Joseph for making our move cooler!

There is NO better plumbing company in Clark County, period! I have used Adaven three times (major bath remodel/relocation, water heater install, full house plumbing refit) and they have been EXCELLENT each time!

At 6pm on a Friday night, my garbage disposal just fell out from under my sink with water going everywhere. I tried a couple other plumbing companies and no one answered so when Kevin answered quickly it gave me hope someone would help me out. Sure enough within a few minutes he called me back stating a tech would be out in 30 minutes. Within 15 minutes Juan arrived, assessed the situation and had everything back up and running in no time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Plus the price wasn't bad either! Thank you guys!

Use another plumbing company! The only reason I am giving two stars is because the plumbers sent were pleasant. First plumber sent didn't know how to remove shower handle.  Said he had to bust the tile to get to the valve. To make a long story short, plumber twice never ordered the part.  No one ever calls you back to get an update on when the part will arrive.  I had to order my own parts from a plumbing supply company after waiting over a month for Pain in the Pipe to order.  Will call another company to install the part.

Scammers!  This company was assigned to me through AHS.  I submitted a work order for my kitchen faucet and bathroom toilet handles.   My kitchen faucet is leaking! And clearly covered under the warranty.. The technician came out and told me it was not covered because of a missing screw and when I submitted the work order - there was only one request to repair a broken toilet handle - so therefore they would only repair one for a $75 service charge..   I declined because - my toilet handle was literally a $10 part at Home Depot and could easily be fixed.. I've asked for multiple repairs in the past without incident.

AHS usually refers honest and reliable repair contractors.. We have used them consistently for the past 15 years..

These people want to do as little as possible and charge you the max! RIDICULOUS!!

When I called their office to complain and refuse the $75 service charge since work was NOT performed.. The operator basically told me - no refunds regardless.. He did not make any effort to work with me or the repairs..

A service technician (Shane) from Hawthorne PHC came out to the house at my request for a general inspection of my situation since I fired my previous company. I'm not certain I can say thank you enough in a review, but I'll try.  Shane inspected our A/C units, furnaces, and plumbing and then we sat and talked about his findings. Our prior company did the same a week earlier and said we needed some $10,000 in upgrades to our systems which are only 3 years old! Shane was more honest. We're in fine shape and our relatively new equipment is good just the way it is. The information Shane shared was eye-opening. I learned more about HVAC and my own system in an hour than I learned from my previous company in 3 years. I signed up for semi-annual maintenance visits and was told that since I am retired military, they would be free!  That's right. Hawthorne has a Heroes Program for military and first responders. But that's not even the best part of our visit. The best part is the knowledge and forthrightness displayed by Shane. He was here for some time and the service call was part of their Heroes Program. I am impressed. A week ago I was faced with a bill for $10,000 and today I am worry free now that I have Hawthorne on my side. I can't say thank you enough.

This company charged me $1,250 to replace two toilets!  These were the cheapest toilets they offered. Shame on me for not getting a second opinion but I had used them in the past and had good experiences.  I feel cheated and ripped off.  GET A SECOND OPINION BEFORE YOU USE THIS COMPANY!

I never met anybody so rude in my life this business should be reported to the better business burial! Guy hung up on me in middle conversation it wasn't even a dispute just ask for quote karma is a b !!
