These guys came out and fixed a botched water heater installation done by the previous company in our rental.  They were sent by our property manager and also fixed a couple other items found on inspection of the unit.  Stoylan was very helpful and so was his tech Jason.  They did the job right and on time and went above and beyond.  I recommend this company now to family and friends.

Happy Mother's Day now that my A/C is working again. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The technician (TL) was prompt and professional, explained everything he was doing. I definitely recommend this company.

Did a great job installing my remodel shower fixtures. David was not intimidated and took on the challenge of installing high end Hansgrohe Shower components.
Also installed hansgrohe faucets, japanese toilet, repaired a copper line behind the shower, flushed the water heater and replaced a valve on it. Spend a good day at the house completing the entire job. Thank you for your hard work!

I would really like to know who were the techs at this company that all of you are giving these great reviews about! These damn people have been at my parents house since 9am and it is now 6:30 and they have cut a pipe in the attic it's hot as the freakin dickens and y'all say this is a great company!!  WTF! I wouldn't recommend this company to my worse damn enemy! It's 4 techs here and they can't put in one unit!
Whoever this great Chris person is he needs to be heading to Henderson to make a believer out of me becz as I live and breath this company SUCKS!!!!

If I could leave less stars I would. This company came to fix a plumbing overflow issue at my apartment complex. 30 minutes into being here a hose backfired and fecal matter/ water went flying in the air landing allllll over my vehicle which was properly parked in my assigned parking spot. I went outside to tell them I just watched this happen and an employee named Matt said no we didn't do that sweetheart, it's called rain water RAIN WATER? Suddenly it rains literal SHIT? I am outraged. Here are some photos of my vehicle which absolutely HAS to be a sanitation issue. Disease spreads via fecal matter and I have human feces all over my door handle, windshield, everything. I am absolutely furious at how their employees handled this situation. Not only were they rude but they left my car covered in human shit for me to handle it myself. Now I get to spend my evening trying to clean up their mess. Awful customer service. I have sent an email to their management, to the Nevada board of sanitation; and to my apartment complex. This is absolutely unacceptable. Today, I needed their expertise to determine if I had water damage from my briefly leaking water heater. They came out and informed me that I really didn't have any damage and it would dry just fine. Why was this so important? See below.

On yesterday, a company (Emergency Restoration Experts) came to my house and tried to convince me that I had $4000-$5500 worth of damage. They even pulled out the little scope and walked around telling me it showed the water inside the walls. Basically, it was a scam. Their colorful scope happens to be something I used in the military. It doesn't show water in walls and it cannot show you water in walls. Had I let them do the work, they would've gouged my insurance company. Then, they attempted to help me by getting my insurance company on the phone to file the claim. I put an end to that.

If I could give these guys 10 stars, believe me.. I WOULD DO IT! Was shopping around for a small-type problem regarding my shower faucet and got on the phone with Jerry. He was pleasant, quick and smart. Asked me a few questions and pretty much knew the problem and gave me an estimate right over the phone. All that was great, but not why they deserve 10 stars. The 10 stars is for their honesty. He told me how much the parts would cost, how long it would take and when he would be available. The icing??? After I told him the whole story of my problem, he suggested I call the manufacturer and tell them the problem... And that they might send me the parts for free! HE gave me the number, I called and BOOM! PARTS FOR FREE.. 3 other plumbers came before this call and all of them said parts are expensive and that they would have to charge extra for their time BLAH BLAH BLAH... These guys cut to the chase, hooked me up and made it look easy. Friends, do not use any other plumber in Vegas until you have called Adaven Plumbing. Honest and good service that is out to help, not take your hard earned money!

Called Larry regarding a leak in our bathroom sink. He came out to inspect the sink and advised it had to be replaced. On his recommendation, I went to a plumbing supply store and purchased 2  faucets. Upon checking online I realized I was overcharged by a considerable  amount. When Larry arrived (exactly on time) to install I explained what happened and he immediately called the store and I was given a credit to match the price I found. Larry did a wonderful job installing the faucets. In the 21 years I have lived in Las Vegas this was the most positive experience I have ever had with any kind of tradesman. He will be our plumber for any future needs and we will not hesitate recommending him to others. A true professional

Called Dignity Plumbing and Scott was in our home checking out our water heater within 3 hours.
He immediately identified the issues. Gave us all options and pricing.
We agreed to a full replacement and warranty. Scott ran to get a new water heater and replaced it all within less than two hours.
Also we brought up one of our baths not deliverling hot water for months.
Took a look and replaced and fixed within 30 mins.
Definitely will be using Dignity Plumbing again, just hopefully not anytime soon.

No being a big fan of plumbers I have CHANGED my opinion I needed plumber to repair my Hot water heater for the 3rd time, Well they sent me out a gentleman By the name of Junior Sension and he was the best, he explained to me what the water heater company needed him to do before they would warranty the part which I never had to do the other 2 times as it was having the same problem which was going to cost me a service call, Junior checked everything every faucet, shower in the house for temperature, he said the problem was as I had stated and he would call them in the am and order the part he also found a bad value in the master shower which he replaced on the spot as he carries parts, the next day they called and said they had the part and 20 minutes later he was at the door. It took him 20 minutes to replace the gas controller, The temp was back to were it was supposed to be. Rakeman Plumbing is now my new plumber when I need one. Junior was honest and a very caring person he also gets it done so you are not paying for wasted time. RAKEMAN YOU ROCK

I usually don't leave bad reviews unless I am really disappointed by the services. We used Action Plumbing for couple times and we were happy with their services for the first couple times until our recent experience with them.

First incident, my rental property A had a clogging issue in our down stair bathroom. We called them and they came on January 2, 2017. They unclogged the toilet and run a camera through the toilet to the main sewer line. My tenant paid them $350 service fee at that day. We live out of state so we were not able to see the camera when they did that. I called their office to inquire the issues of my sewer line and I was not able to get any answers. I also asked the front desk lady if she can provide me the photos or video. She said she cannot guarantee because I did not request it at the beginning. Finally, Kevin called and he said he needs to review the video to determine the issues.On January 6, I received an estimate from them for $4,570. Basically, it says I need to replace the main sewer line. I asked them what are the issues of my sewer pipe. I really need an explanation before I decide to spend 5K on the repair. That's why I requested the camera service. I got no explanation! On Januarys 9, 2017, I contacted them again, ask if they can provide me the photos or video and asked them to tell me the issues. I got one simple email from their office pipe section that is bad is at front left hand corner of house. The pipe is damaged and has roots growing into the pipe. I emailed the lady again, I told her Kevin called and said he has the video and I asked her to send me a copy. She never responses back to my email. Yesterday, my tenant scanned me the invoice $350 she paid for me. I noted on the invoice it says found root grow up and dip on the pipe and nothing really bad. I was surprised by the description. What do you mean nothing really bad. You gave me an estimate for approximately 5K to replace my main sewer line and you wrote something down nothing is really bad! Do you know the issues or not . I think as a consumer, you owe me an explanation.

Story not over yet... within the same period of time,

My rent property B has a toilet leaking issue in my second floor bathroom. I called their office to check the problem. They told me they provide FREE estimate. They came to my property B on January 9, 2017. They did the estimate and told my tenant it will cost $500 to replace the toilet wax ring and put it back. I told my tenant to tell them to stop because I need a second opinion. Later, my tenant told me they charged her $175 for the estimate and my tenant paid for that. Again... if you don't provide free estimate, please don't tell me so. If you charge for additional service, you should ask my authorization before you start your job. This is such a shame and rip-off.

I have had the biggest headache with one particular toilet at my house for over a year. I have had it service twice with another plumbing company whom seem to only give it a quick fix!
Of course on a hectic Monday morning this toilet decides to make my morning so much worse! It starts to over flood like a darn volcano with no mercy !! I immediately called Jay's Plumbing and service in panic! Melissa was amazing and so calming on the phone. She had her technician Jerry come that evening!
When Jerry came the toilet seemed to calm down a bit but still was not draining. He was so sweet & explained his game plan to me. He was able to fix this troubled toilet within 1 hour! They were able to even make paying for the service so convenient!!
I will only be calling this place for future plumbing rescues! Thanks again Jerry and Melissa !

I have used this company a couple of times now and have been very happy with the service. They have come in a timely manner and have always been so helpful and never bothered by all my questions. Being a single income family I believe there prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them to everyone.

As you can see from my profile, I rarely write reviews but when I do its because I experienced a great service and/or product. Definitely a 5 star experience with Pure Plumbing. My real estate agent recommended this company and they are rated 5 stars on Yelp for a reason. Friendly staff, you receive a text message when the technician is on his way, he was on time, and product and repair done professionally.  

Joe Haiston was my technician and he did a great job. Fast, efficient, friendly, professional, and polite. He got the job done, offered if he could provide any additional services and repairs, and cleaned up after himself leaving my sink looking better than before. I would ask for Joe again if I need any other repairs.

5 star company for a reason.

Hawthorne is a great company. I had them replace two air-conditioning units that my home warranty company could not fix. They put me on their hero's Program for free due to the fact that my husband is an Army veteran. That's just the bonus. They came out today to give me an estimate for upgrading my thermostats to Wi-Fi, which they included in my air conditioning units' replacement last year.  There were two techs that were amazing- Shane and Eric. The company in all aspects Is knowledgeable, professional, nice, respectful, helpful, and reasonable in prices. They helped me in my time of serious need, when my warranty company left me high and dry by not fixing 2 ac units as they were contractually obligated to do. I have a senior citizen living in my home, two dogs, and myself- We all had to suffer at the hands of our warranty company until Hawthorne came in to save the day. Kudos to them for being an amazing company.  I strongly recommend Hawthorne!!!!!

I found their ad on a Church news paper. They came out 3 times to fix the same issues. Their business model is they charge $70 for service call unless there's an expensive repair in which they waive the $70. Long story short, I couldn't afford the $500 repair and was charged $70 for the issues. Consumers beware of the we are plumbers not sale people BS.

Whoever was driving this vehicle fails to yield to emergency vehicles. If they don't obey the law what kind of work will they do on your house? This person hauled ass passed an ambulance with lights engaged on lake mead  and Nellis. Tisk tisk.

After reading people's mean reviews I felt obligated to put my good review in here. Company responded to my home warranty call extremely quick, showed up on time and resolved my problem. Our furnace wasn't working and apparently only needed to clean the sensors which he did and change the air filters. Worker left some dirty footprints was the only thing otherwise all was good!
