Sam and his crew are very professional and always been able to assist with any plumbing projects.

I purchased a new stove and needed the gas line moved to accommodate the deeper stove. The crew of two arrived on time and the entire process took about half an hour. The price was reasonable and work was exemplary.

I had really high hopes about this company based on their online reviews, as well as their website.  After I put in a request online at midnight, I woke up to a VM saying they could fit me in even earlier.  Score!  (or so I thought)

I called back around 8 a.m. and wait for 15 minutes to a looped recording, then pressed '1' to have someone call me back.  Ninety minutes later, nothing.  No call.

I call the office again around 11:45 a.m. and finally, someone answers.  She confirms that yes, they can send someone out tomorrow, sometime after 12 p.m.

'Tomorrow' comes (that would be today, Thursday) and around 4:30 p.m., I reach out via online chat b/c no one has reached out and it's getting later and later. He says he can't help me, but that he will have dispatch reach out to me.  

I asked them to text me an idea as to when I can expect my tech?  Instead, they call...she says they run people all the way up until midnight, that my time frame is 12 HOURS, but rest assured, someone from dispatch will call me when they're on their way!!  I was like, 'You want us to sit at home and wait for 12 hours for one of your techs to come?'  Yes, that is what this company wants you to do.  She explained that technically, they don't want you to sit at home, that you can do other things, but you don't know if dispatch is going to call 90 mins or 9 mins before the tech arrives.  

I know it's hot, I'm sure lots of people are having trouble w/ their AC right now, but seriously, this company acts like it could give a d*mn.  

I go back online, tell dispatch to cancel my service, no need for them to call me back...and so after doing that, I get a call from dispatch around 5:30 p.m. saying they're going to send a tech!  I swear, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing w/ this company.  

I'm going to find a company that can actually schedule an appointment, or least give a reasonable time frame, for arrival....and hopefully, they answer their phone or maintain an adequate call back system.

I am 69 years old man.I am a veteran and I hate businesses that take advantage of the Veteran. My water company said I might have a leak because I used a lot of water last month I was recommend to call of duty and this gentleman name David said he was the owner and I believe it was his nephew Xavier came to my house and they said that they were going to charge me $1800 for a leak so I called my neighbor and he told me they were trying to rip me off not only ripped me off but they were smoking marijuana in my yard I was Purdy angry at the situation I told him to leave or I will call the police I don't recommend this company at ALL... customer service was the worst too they don't have patience for the elderly people they don't like to explain they just want to charge and get their money terrible terrible service

I called Walter at Discount Drain Cleaning and he responded quickly and diagnosed the problem immediately.  Walter gave me good advice about not putting egg shells and flushable wipes (they don't break down) down the drain.  He was very professional and showed me exactly what he was doing and why.  The price was very reasonable compared to the 1st Co I talked to.

I made the mistake of having another company, that drain cleaning wasn't their  main business, come out to access my blocked drain.   I wasted 2 hours negotiating prices with them and realized they instilled no confidence in their work.  He showed up not having any equipment on his van to do the drain cleaning job.  Their prices were 3 to 4 times higher that Discount Drain Cleaning plus they miss diagnosed the problem and charged $69.00 to do so.

I called them because my water heater was leaking Saturday at 12 noon. They said they can have someone come between 3-6pm that day. So I cancelled my plans for the day to wait. At 6pm, they called and said they can't make it, it will have to be Monday because no one is working Sunday because it's Christmas. I asked what is the 24/7 service is all about then? But they insisted on Monday. I said I would try to find someone else but others said the same thing too, Monday. So I called them back at 6:45pm, got their answering service and they asked if 7-10 am Monday was ok. We said 9am and they took the information down. They called back Sunday morning, we missed the call, I thought they weren't working on Sunday. Monday, no one showed up. We called them back and asked what happened. The girl said their answering service didn't give them the information just the phone number so there was no appointment. So they said ok, they can have someone come out at 11:30 am. We said okay that's fine.  Then about 5 minutes later, another girl called back and said they can't today, and it will be tomorrow Tuesday. I asked why?  She said she can't get anyone out to my zip code today, they route everything prior. I said I've been waiting since Saturday.  She said they tried calling us 4 times (she lied) on Sunday and we didn't get back to them and that their answering service wasn't clear on the appointment times. There was no way we weren't gonna call back if they've called us 4 time!!! So we checked our voicemail and they only called us 1 time and introduced themself as The garage Door Company umm...we don't have an appointment to do garage door... . So my water heater is still leaking. I'm waiting for them because they we're the one who installed the water recirculation. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing and we are stuck with leaky water heater still because they weren't professional enough to prioritize us from Saturday's list.

Our toilet clogged upstairs, and with a little one running around I honestly had no idea what could have been flushed/stuck! With my crazy nursing schedule he was able to accommodate me and was able to help! It was an easy fix because he knew what he was doing, we had another guy come in (neighbors referral) and he said I needed a complete toilet removal and replacement! $$$$$ Dan came in, fixed and within minutes our toilet was up and running! No mess, and honest. Definitely recommend, fast and honest and saved me hundreds definitely recommend!

My water heater broke while I was on vacation.  I contacted this company and Israel was able to schedule a time to come replace it on a Sunday when I return.  He was on time and gave me a competitive quote.  I am glad I found them!  He even checked my water softener while he was out to make sure it was working properly.  I will definitely contact them again!

Quick service and our Technician (German) was very friendly and thorough. Would definitely use again!

Charged me $750 for a water line spot repair that took 30 minutes to complete. Franklin explained that they offered the lowest charge he could according to the Nevada plumbing price book and that he charged me the minimum. He continued that the price could go up to $1500 - $2500 if there's any obstruction. Needless to say I won't be calling them again. My tenant did say he was a nice man. Vegas plumbers who charge these prices must be living large. Who else makes that kind of money for 30 minutes of labor?

I had a water emergency on Sunday of course resulting in water completely cut to my house.  After calling several companies, Alaskan was the only company that was actually truly 24/7 and willing to come on Sunday.  The on-call plumber was Luis.  He was wonderful and came within 1 hour to fix my plumbing problem.  He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful.  Because of him, I will keep Alaskan as my plumbing and HVAC company.  Their prices are better than other companies too.

I called with a slab leak on a Sunday.  I got a live person, Plumber call me back in minutes.  They did everything they could for me, saved me money.  Very personable and professional.   This should be your first call.

These guys were so awesome! Solved my plumbing dilemma after hours, quickly, for less than any other quote, leaving no trace that they or the problem were ever there.

Highly recommend this company! Small co., but quality workmanship. I had issues with my drain at my business. I scheduled appointment the very next day he was there to take a look for the problem which he resolved. MIchael D. was very polite and informative, he also is very reasonable to work out the best prices compared to other co. I'm glad I've chosen this co. Honesty & Quality work is sooo satisfying after the job is done....Mahalo Michael.

Had a great experience with this company. We were leaving for a trip and our AC went out the night before leaving! Inquired through yelp late that night, and was hoping for, but didn't really expect a response. They responded that night within 30 minutes, and fit me in for an early morning call. Fixed the issue quickly and for a reasonable price the next morning. Check with these guys first!

Sent them to attend a clogged pipe, they ended up perforating (making a hole) in the pipe, which flooded the downstairs. they just packed up their stuff and left. called them several times. No answer. Damage is such that property owner will have to file a law suit against them.
STEER AWAY!!!!

Todd was referred by a friend and did a fantastic job. Is very courteous, professional, respectful and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem quickly and I don't feel like I was raked over the coals.

Buyer Beware of Butter Plumbing. They won't even come to your house unless you agree to pay $69 up front for them just to show up - and that fee is NOT applied to any services.

They charged me $270 for something I probably could have taken care of myself (change out a cartridge on a tub faucet handle), if I didn't have house guests coming this weekend - and that was on top of the $69 service call fee. The tech also quoted me OUTRAGEOUS prices for the other, very simple things I needed to have fixed (changing out 2 other cartridges in 2 sink faucets - $176 for EACH faucet!) He then said I should just get new faucets - which I could purchase myself - and he would gladly install them for me for $350.00 EACH! WTH?

If you live in the Summerlin area, please be aware that Butter Plumbing apparently thinks the area is spelled: S-u-c-k-e-r-l-i-n

Modest Proposal to ALL Plumbers: If there are over 100 YouTube videos showing how to replace a part that costs less than $20 at Home Depot, then you really should NOT be charging $339.00 for that service - especially when it only took 15-20 minutes!
