We've had some problems with our heater and had a technician from another company come out who was in our house for 5 minutes and told us everything was fine, we had asked this same company to service our air conditioners at this same appointment and the technician told me I should wait a few weeks. We called Bumble Breeze and they sent out Louis, who was not only one of the friendliest technicians I've come accross, but treated me like I was a family member he wanted to take care of. He was incredibly thorough in his inspection, serviced our air conditioning units, and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was going on.
