Mr Jones was amazing!! He communicated well, was prompt, very professional, and very courteous. He even looked at a couple other areas for us while here. I am 100% pleased with his service. Hightly recommend this young man!

So glad that we have someone that is caring, personal and honest good ol' southern guy! Had lost all hot water at our house, called to see if he could come out to find the issue since my husband was 600 miles away! He told me right away he was finishing a job at a school and would get back to me as soon as he could. He called me a few hours later and came out at 7pm at night! I have kids and a job, the hot water was important to us. Mr Bohannon showed up, was courteous and found out our problem in no time! Our heating coils had fried after the water company repaired a pipe and had cut off and on our water flow. He fixed it right away for us as he was concerned about us not going without. I had no problem paying the bill and his office staff was willing to wait until the next day for payment since hubby had the funds with him.

Stephen was a spectacular worker and a knowledgeable guest to have in our home. We called him in to redo our kitchen tile and backsplash and we couldn't be happier with his work. Always kind and willing to work with us, I fully recommend him for any future work.

Ethan helped us with our recent kitchen remodel. He is extremely professional and we couldn't be happier with the end result! He was communicating just about every day and ensured we were happy with every detail! We will be using Ironwood for all our projects. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience! We called JJ's yesterday evening as our pressure valve (thankfully located in the garage) had failed and was leaking.  James Joe (the owner) quickly called us back.  Since it was not an emergency - we scheduled JJ's for the next morning.  They arrived on time, worked hard and diligently to replace the valve and check out our system.  Pricing was very fair.  We strongly recommend them.

What I can say is they are very professional and kept in contact as far as arrival time. I also think they were very qualified. My boss didn't want to pay smh. I would call them again personally.

Avoid this business at all cost. My husband and I contacted this business for a bathroom renovation. We didn't end up going with him because response times were slow and we had a deadlines. But we did have a small project that we needed done that felt low risk. We needed new cabinet doors for our living room built ins. The quote was reasonable and we paid him and deposit. He took measured and took our old doors with him and we have no heard from him since months later. He stopped answering our calls. There is no where to leave a voicemail because the mailbox is always full. No one to take messages. What terrible business practices. Now we are moving out of the house that we originally contracted him to do work on and now have to pay someone else to complete the job that we paid a deposit on and never got the work done for. Avoid this business at all cost. He can not be trusted!

I bought a Toto Toilet at this store online, at the time I bought it I was told that will be shipped that same day or the next day, after 5 days I emailed the store to find out the status of the order and the next day I was informed by Ashley Crigger the
Office Manager,  that the order could not be processed as their credit card processing company deemed the charge as suspicious/fraudulent. I called my credit card right away to find out, and they say that the transaction was approved and is under pending status. I called again this lady and sent her several emails informing her what I was told by my credit card with no answer whatsoever, after the 3rd day of trying, she finally answered and told me the same excuse, I felt so bad, frustrated, so helpless with this lady, I have excellent credit, the name is the same as the credit card, same shipping address, same billing address I called from my phone, the same # the appears in the card, and this lady is keeping saying same excuse? What happened is, they did not have the item, they are selling something that they don't have physically in the store and they were not able to find the item anywhere at the price they sold it to me. That, I can understand, what is unacceptable is that she keeps telling me the same excuse and that she can't tell me why the credit department rejected as suspicious/fraudulent the transaction. Very bad, bad store service, I do not recommend it. Buyers save your time, don't fall into the same trap, and go elsewhere to buy, this store is a nightmare.
