Mitch was super helpful and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and even called the city for me to tell them they needed to come handle the problem because it was on their end, which they did. I'm really pleased with the service and the speed in which they arrived. (It was an after hours call.) Mitch answered all of my questions and made me feel so much better about a stressful situation. Easily a 5 star experience if I solely based my review on service rendered once Fletcher and Devin arrived at my home. Both were extremely professional yet friendly. Fletcher was very thorough in his assessment of what was going on, testing several different scenarios before he provided his overall assessment and recommendations. I will admit, the mere fact that when they arrived and were pleasant and professional and the service was quick, it negated almost all of my negative thoughts about the company. I docked one star based on the initial dispatcher not being clear when she took my appointment around 8:30 AM. She stated that my appointment would be from 1pm until 3pm when in actuality 1pm until 3pm was the window of time the technician had to arrive. After a technician was not at my home by 1:15, I called back, explained my situation (the fact that I had a hair appointment in Greensboro at 4 pm and could not take another day off work to wait ALL day for them to arrive) and eventually they were able to get my call to Fletcher and Devin. Life was good!

Highly recommended! Called on Sunday afternoon, had appointment for early Monday morning 7-9am and the tech was 25 min early! Did a thorough job and made recommendations for more efficiency. Thank you!!!

Advanced Appliance was chosen by our home warranty company to provide repairs to one of our heat pumps that wasn't cooling our upstairs.  Their first visit out was the beginning of May and here we are going into August, and our heat pump is STILL not working.  They've replaced the condenser coil (then had to come back out and fix it because their technician cut corners).  They've cancelled 2 of our scheduled appointments back-to-back for a technician to read the dye they injected last time, and this is the 2nd time this summer they've had to inject our system with dye.  Every guy that comes out swears he's fixed it; then a couple days later our upstairs temp is back up in the high 80s/low 90s.  This company does not understand that we have jobs, too, so every time they miss their 5-hr. window, I miss an entire day of work.  They're not reliable, and I can't honestly say I think they know what they're doing.

Fantastic company. I always feel confident sending my clients to Aurora because I know they will be cared for and treated fairly.

On February 13, 2023 I contacted my regular HVAC service company regarding a problem with my zone system.  The technician arrived and spent just a couple of minutes diagnosing the problem and advised I would need to spend over $700 to fix the problem.  I was not confident in his evaluation so on February 14, 2023 I called Sutton Bros to get a second opinion.  Mark N. arrived in less than 2 hours. He was professional and friendly. After explaining the issue I had he began his diagnostics and determined the problem. I was impressed by his thoroughness and perseverance to evaluate all options.  He ultimately found a viable solution which saved me a significant expense to replace the zone controller board (my words not his.)

I am seriously considering cancelling my current service agreement with the other company and signing up for the Sutton Savings Club.

Where do I begin. I called and made an appointment over a month ago. My HVAC system went out. They came out and told me what they thought the issue was with my unit. Joshua Clayton suggested I get a new circuit board and told me it would be there by Tuesday, mind you it was Friday when he came out. The unit came almost two weeks later. 3 weeks later the unit went out again, same issue. However, I made an appointment 3 separate times for Mr. Clayton to come back out, he canceled each time due him stating he had a tooth ache. Mind you I have a 3 year old son and it was freezing. A receptionist named Alisha was the nastiest person I could speak with to get someone out. When he did arrive he stated it was the circuit board fuse, then stated the thermostat was causing the issue. He asked to repair the thermostat for $400 after I paid $500 for a new circuit board. I told them I would find someone else. When I found someone else they noticed Mr. Clayton had left the old circuit board in the attic, they noticed the fuse was still attached. The new company told me they had gotten over on me because the issue wasn't the circuit board it was only the fuse. The new company only charged $140 to install a new thermostat. Watch out for them, they will get over on you, I called several times for a refund, I never got a response back.
