I was visiting my dad in Tempe when his AC went out. I'm definitely not accustom to the Arizona heat so that to me was my worst nightmare. He had heard about Goettl Good Guys from his brother and made the call. They were not only understanding of our needs but were some of the nicest guys I met on my trip. He came out, gave us a reasonable quote, and got down to business. I was so impressed I wish they had a shop in California.
