We needed same-day service on a weekend and Bumble Bee Plumbing was available. Being that it was last minute and on a weekend, we were blown away by the amazing service we were provided by Jeff. He was so nice and helpful! We could not have been happier with this company and its service. Highly Recommend!

These guys are amazing and saved me money while fixing my problem fast. I moved into my new home on Saturday and my movers said they couldn't hook up the clothes washer because they felt the taps may need replacing and the hoses to the machine were spewing water as well. I called Sav-on Plumbing after finding them on yelp. They came Monday as I requested and quickly said the taps and houses were fine and all I needed was a new small piece - one washer inside one of the hoses. I was prepared to have to pay two or three hundred dollars only to get this solved for fifty. I am happily stunned and impressed and will call these guys again.  Thank you!

Plumbers of Maricopa is awesome! The best plumbing service I've used in a long time. I was panicking because out of a sudden all the toilets, sinks and bathtubs were clogged in my house. I called a few places and this is the only place that could come in less than 24hrs and solved my issue within minutes. Dug in the yard to remove the blockage that was clogging my pipes and ny problem was solved.  They even came a couple hrs earlier because they understand how inconvenient it is to not be able to use the bathroom in your home.  Fast, reliable, knowledgeable and professional. Very friendly on the phone, willing to work with me, had an emergency leak in the front yard and they could have got me late in the day or next morning. I ended up digging and fixing myself but I'd recommend this place just cause communication was so good!

My recent experience with Gold Star Plumbing has been nothing short of exceptional, and I wish I could give them 6-stars instead of 5 and here's why. They were able to complete 3 separate plumbing repairs at my house in one day, but even more impressive than that was the professionalism, expert knowledge, and willingness to come up with an alternate solution that resulted in over a 30% savings from my original estimate. As Mike and Kyle began work on replacing a leaking copper main between the main water meter and my house, they realized that modifications to the original water supply lines which were made after the home was constructed to accommodate a soft water hose bib connection could be reversed back to the original configuration intended by the home builder which would save a significant amount of money. Mike and Kyle were able to provide a new, alternate estimate to return the connections back to the original plumbing configuration which saved over 30% from the original estimate and the work turned out looking great and much simpler than what a previous homeowner had done. I cannot thank them enough for their ability to treat customers in a way that builds trust and create cost-saving solutions. I have been a Commercial General Contractor for over 34 years and have been more of a do it yourself-er around the house for a long time, but as I get older and my personal time becomes more valuable, I rely on experts to do a project in a timely fashion and at a fair and reasonable cost and Gold Star Plumbing has lived up to that standard. I am so glad I took the time to read the many customer reviews found online for a variety of plumbing contractors, and when I came across the many positive references for Gold Star, I felt confident that I was making the right choice. And let's not forget about the great experience that Devin provided during the initial investigation and estimating process. He was very knowledgeable and quickly determined that the water line modifications made in the past were not put in per code and explained the process to not only fix the leak, but also to do so in such as way that meets current plumbing code and provides a 10 year warranty. Devin's attention to detail in writing up the cost estimate, taking photographs of the three separate areas of work I needed done and providing a reasonable cost estimate allowed me to quickly make a decision and sign the contract for work to begin the next morning. My wife and I are close friends with several of our neighbors who all have similar age of homes and we will definitely recommend Gold Star Plumbing to them for potential future work. Michael showed up professional and ready, right at the agreed upon time. It felt like I was inviting an old family friend over to help me with my plumbing. He quickly solved my problem, assured me that if I had anymore problems I could give them a call (so they could further investigate), checked my water pressure and was gone. I will always refer anyone I know looking for a great plumber to call Rocco.  I had him come out to install some toilets and a new garbage disposal.  I almost wish it could have been a bigger job because he does great work and is extremely professional.  His pricing is excellent.  I will always call Rocco first for any plumbing issues I have.

Uncommonly good experience.  Solid work too.  Very reasonable pricing.  So glad I hired Sound Plumbing to install the water softener I bought at HD.  They also had to install the Plumb lines as the house wasn't built to accommodate a water softener.

Our water heater conked out and leaked all over the floor. I called a friend who had just had his replaced and repaired by 1-800-Plummer + Air. He highly recommended them. I called and within 30 minutes my call was returned and within another 30 minutes they were at the house! Garrett was wonderful! No hard sell. Water heater was replaced same day. Could not be more pleased with this company!

Kitchen Sink facet replacement.  Came over late in the day and worked me in to his schedule.  Installed my pre purchased facet without a charge.  Performed the function efficiently with a good price.

Arrived on time. Fixed some minor problems, drained our tankless heaters and checked our water conditioner. Also recommended some future repairs and did a thorough check of all our house plumbing. They were very polite and efficient. Recommend them highly.

The problem was resolved in a timely fashion at my MIL's home. Grant arrived as he said he would. We are waiting for an estimate to deal with the sewers age related problem. He was polite, competent and resolved the problem.

We had slow drains obviously thinking snaking would work.  Entire drain failure with all drain and pipe being replaced from one end to the other.  Abdiel and Carlos (who ran the crews) were amazing.  I would recommend them for any job small to an old house finally giving out. They did bring in a water restoration company, Quick Restore, with them who probably pays referral fees to plumbing companies, and I will leave a separate review about them.  However wonderful Plumbing & A/C Medic was, QR does not have customer service, will not speak or keep clients informed and appears to be trying to add on a profitable restoration business on top of dryout which they are not qualified to do.  Plumbing & A/C Medic 10000 thumbs up.  If QR comes with them, find another company to do the restoration or at least get another opinion.

Being an out-of-state landlord can be stressful when you get a random phone call from your tenant saying the garbage disposal is gushing water. I jumped on CraigsList and found ad ad for PlumbSmart and gave them a call. Usually I call a couple different places but they were very nice on the phone and their price to come and replace the disposal on that very same day was very good (granted its my first go-round with a disposal).

The technician was late for the appointment, but he did give my tenant a heads up so I won't take away a star for that. Communication is key. He fixed up the disposal quickly and my tenant said he was a very nice guy.

I'll keep their number handy for any future issues I may have with my rentals.

On 6/12/20 called Roto-Rooter for toilet back up. They scoped plumbing pipes with camera determined pipes were badly needed to have epoxy coating to the bad pipes and install a bull horn style clean out with new ABS pipes and fittings. Same day they tried to put a camera down the kitchen pipes, but it was too clogged to inspect. Then on 6/16/20 they returned with a written estimate to do more work on the pipes from front to back of house and descale kitchen line and coat with epoxy 55' long. Estimate was $8250.00. On 6/22/20 crew started the work on the pipes. During this time occupants had to vacate home to hotel during work on the home. Work was completed in 1 day, I returned home after call from roto-rooter (Jason) work was completed. Around 7/28/2020 I called Roto-Rooter and spoke with Chris Specht (production mgr.) about invasion of Cock Roaches since the plumbing work was completed, job has a 5-year warranty on the coating and 1-year warranty on labor. Chis said he would have someone call to follow up. I waited 1 week, called spoke with Diana (Mgr.) she said the plumber Jason who did the work would come to inspect the pipes with camera. Jason never called or came. Had to hire an new company to replace their work and complete the job correctly. Filed a complaint on BBB.

Today was a contract AC check.  Leslie Citrone and Ricardo were here for a detailed and thorough check for my AC unit.  They both were very informative on their findings explaining terms that I did not understand.  My house is being inspected tomorrow for the sale and this scheduled visit was so timely. I received service on my garbage disposal about a week and a half ago.  At the time, I felt I was not given the sort of options I felt I should have been given and was disappointed.  However, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from the owner yesterday to address my concerns.  I genuinely feel he cares about his company and is aware there were a few unfortunate events that occurred and seems to be addressing them.  I really felt he wanted me to walk away happy and that is what he accomplished.
