Called Gabriel late yesterday afternoon for work that needed to be done for a tenant in one of my rental units. Gabriel understood my desire to get this done quickly and although it was the Memorial Day weekend made a special trip to fountain Hills. After examining my wiring issue Gabriel suggestion was to contact the Internet provider direct as it would be more cost effective to do it that way although he was more than willing to accommodate me and do the work. I made an appointment and was given an 8 am - 10 am window. The window comes and goes with no update so I call in. I am told 1) the manager said there was nobody to go to my appointment today so it was cancelled and 2) this was marked down that *I* cancelled, so I got no notification. So yeah, if you like making appointments, taking the time to prepare, and then have them blow you off, this is your company!
