Best Refrigerator Repair in Glendale AZ

Called to make an appointment. $95. Told them it was a gas Kenmore dryer showing an F01 code. Thought they would be prepared for that. Guess it was too much to ask for. Guy arrives and didn't know what house it was. Comes in my house and starts searching the internet. He said he wasn't sure what it needed - really? Gives me a quote to replace a small part which is about $65 plus $150 for 20 minutes labor (1 hour minimum)  plus the $95 diagnostics fee (internet search). If you're a senior on a fixed income stay clear. I know gas is high and prices are rising but this is just plain price gouging.

They were very responsive friendly and upfront about their pricing as I had an plumbing emergency overnight we were able to get my issue fixed first thing in the morning within the price that was quoted to me ! Thanks!!
