The overall experience was phenomenal.  The plumber showed-up a couple of minutes early.  He was very efficient, addressing all four of my issues within an hour.  He did a wonderful job, explaining each issue and how he was going to resolve each item.  His pricing was about a third of the cost I was expecting to pay.  While everything I explained so far is enough to share, what resonated the most was the integrity aspect.  Rather than replacing an entire faucet, he spent time trying to fix the issue, which allowed me to return a brand new faucet (saving $85).  Additionally, we discussed the possibility of doing additional, non-urgent work.  Rather than taking the opportunity to start this work and make more money, his recommendation was to wait until I began a larger project and saved me a few hundred dollars in the long run.  

Matt is a great plumber and an even better person...!  I will definitely use this organization for years to come.

Prompt response, scheduled to arrive at 8:00 the following morning and techs arrived on time.  We were having problems with our water heater, only to learn there had been a fire within the safety valves.  The techs showed us the damage and quoted us to remove the old unit and replace with a higher efficiency model.  Within hours of arrival the old unit was removed and hauled away and the new unit was installed along with a new line to replace the previous flex line that did not meet code requirements.  Excellent customer service, knowledge and response time.

Absolutely fantastic service!! Been putting off replacing my 2 furnaces and 2 A.C. units for several years but finally did it and couldn't be happier with the energy efficient A.C. units and gas furnaces that they installed in my house!! The technicians busted their ass for 2 days straight to install 2 A.C. units and 2 new gas furnaces and came back on the 3rd day just to make sure I was happy and everything was working good!! Will be using this company going forward for all my HVAC and Plumbing issues!! Thanks again!!

Anyways..  Brian was great.  Found my water heater leaking and he came out the next morning.  Just quick and easy for me..

In hindsight, had we simply visited yelp and read all of the negative reviews, we would never have worked with Plumbsmart.  We had never dreamed that an AZ Licensed Contractor would require that we sign a damage waiver previous to work being performed, leaving us liable for the shoddy workmanship and damage which followed.

Plumbsmart advertise's that they are a discount Plumber, but nothing is further from the truth. They charges us $400/hour to perform a simple task.

Now they are spamming us with unwanted emails and texts.

I don't believe the one star reviews...they definitely sound like the same person with the same attitude. Anyway, we got a great deal on a new Trane AC unit from American Home. They were also able to come out sooner than any of their competitors. Wonderful customer service!

They recently did a bunch of work for me at my home. They replaced a water heater, rebuilt my kitchen sink as well as a couple minor jobs. I've dealt with quite a few contractors since moving here and most were terrible. Did a half ass job, left a mess, argumentative. Andy and his team were the epitome of professional, friendly, clean and they did really good work. A huge relief for me. I would highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Savon. Called them about a leak at my meter. Tom came quickly too check it out. He didnt end up doing any work and did not charge me for troubleshooting the problem. I WILL keep his number on speed dial for any future plumbing issues we have. Thanks Tom.

The 2 man crew showed up on time, and went right to work. Both wore masks respecting the COVID safety measures.

The price was fair and the men were very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in their services for us   They installed a new Faucet outside and cleaned out a slow drain in a master bath. They deserve 5 stars !!

A friend recommended Apache Plumbing for a leaky sink and washer valve replacements in my new [old] home. Robert showed up on time and was in and out in an hour. Great customer service from start to finish and will definitely use them again!

I will always refer anyone I know looking for a great plumber to call Rocco.  I had him come out to install some toilets and a new garbage disposal.  I almost wish it could have been a bigger job because he does great work and is extremely professional.  His pricing is excellent.  I will always call Rocco first for any plumbing issues I have.

Christian Olson has done all our plumbing work for the last 4 years. He does an excellent job, quickly, and for a reasonable price. I've had a lot of plumbing work done over the years and PV Plumbing is one of the best companies I've worked with. It makes a difference when one of the owners does the work! Highly recommended!

Today was a contract AC check.  Leslie Citrone and Ricardo were here for a detailed and thorough check for my AC unit.  They both were very informative on their findings explaining terms that I did not understand.  My house is being inspected tomorrow for the sale and this scheduled visit was so timely. Pathetically poor customer service from the extremely rude FELICIA who answers the phone at Big G Plumbing.  Today when trying to confirm the time for their arrival and requesting a 30 minutes heads up for their arrival, Felicia told me to JUST BE THERE at the property address and that their technician would call me when he was leaving his prior job and that he would only wait 15 minutes before leaving for the next job if I could not make it to the appointment address (a rental on the other side of town from us, thus the request for a 30 minute courtesy call as we don't live there).  She totally talked over me, raising her voice - telling me that I NEVER asked her when the appointment was initially made (2 weeks ago) for a 30 minutes courtesy call - that I must be mistaken.  So she was calling me a liar.  So unprofessional. WOW~!  Then she promptly hung up on me.  So at that point I didn't know if we still had an appointment or NOT.  I called her right back but she did not answer the phone, so I asked her to call me back and that I felt she owed me a apology for talking over me and hanging up on me when all I was trying to do was obtain their arrival time window.  By the way - this was at 10:45 today and their arrival window today was between noon and 2:00 - so you would think my request would be easy to accommodate since we were so close to the time window.  She treated me like dirt.  Then the owner GREG called me and he said he was canceling our service today, he thought it was best to not service our property.  I'm not sure what his office person FELICIA told him but if he heard her side of the conversation he could only imagine that I was talking as abusively as she was, but I certainly was not.  I am a professional business owner and would immediately FIRE any of our employees who would treat a customer the way FELICIA did.  He chose to be weak and to side with his office person vs. asking me to discuss the situation.  I told him that we were so close to the job being done today, that I just wanted a 30 minute courtesy call, and that I was not understanding why he would cancel the appointment that we had waited 2 weeks for.  Suffice to say that at this point their company is OFF our radar for many reasons, they are a total disappointment for allowing a worker to talk to clients the way FELICIA did today.  I've never left a bad rating for anyone on this site before, but felt compelled to do so since the owner mauled this situation so badly.  Maybe this gal was having a bad day, maybe she treats everyone this way, but there is no excuse for overreacting to such a simple and common request.  So I'm glad to not be working with BIG G PLUMBING after all, as any ongoing warranty or service work would have been nightmarish for sure~!
So be warned people, these are not people you want to do business with.
By the way, this was warranty work through Landmark Home Warranty, and it seems they don't treat warranty calls with any value or respect.  Lesson learned on our end to avoid them at all costs. They don't deserve the one star rating, it should be ZERO.

Horrible service!! We had family friends over to help us deal with our water heater leaking and we were ALL counting on Roto Rooter to come help. They drove here only to help us out, and it is a 35 min drive for them to come to our place!
Called at 10 AM to get a quote. The lady, Samantha, who answered the phone asked for a good phone number to call and I gave her my number. She screwed up my phone number and then told me a technician would text me and be here between 2-6. Perfect, we can wait.
It's around 3 or 4, and I never received a text or a phone call. I call again, and the person who picked up found out that my phone number was put in incorrectly which is why I never got a text. I understand mistakes happen, so I say it's okay. He tells me that because they are very backed up, I should expect a technician between 4-8 and I will receive a text from them. I say okay, we can wait.
I get a call at around 6, but there is no voicemail and it was a different number than what I had been calling. Plus, I was expecting a text, not a phone call! If I should be expecting a phone call, please tell me so I can answer strange numbers!
I call at around 7, asking if I can expect a technician within the next hour. The person who picked up told me that somebody tried to reach me at around 6, and that they should've left a voice mail. Well that's funny, cause they didn't leave one! The person then tells me to wait for somebody, and I ask if I should call the phone number who had called me and he tells me I don't have to.
Despite this phone call, I call the number that had called me earlier. The guy who answered the phone talked to the technician and told me that I should expect a call within the hour since the technician is finishing up on somebody and we are next. He told me that I can definitely expect somebody to come tonight. It's around 7:15 PM now. Our family friends are still here, waiting for a technician to come.
Well, it is currently 9:20, with no phone call or any updates about anything. Our family friends wasted 10 hours at our house, waiting for this company to help us. They ended up leaving at around 9, driving 35 min back home empty-handed.
This company is a complete waste of time and has HORRIBLE communication skills. I've been tossed around and every single person I've spoken to has told me a different thing. Nobody in this company knows what's even going on. I wasted my only day off from work waiting for somebody to come help us out and being led on with empty promises. And not to mention, I was supposed to use this day to go take care of a loved one but instead I cancelled it because I thought I would be able to get my water heater dealt with! This is absolutely atrocious and extremely disappointing. Shame on this company.
