*Kept me involved throughout the remodeling process

*Meticulous placement of all markings... He measured twice and only cut once.
*His drywall work is immaculate...seriously can't even tell where the repairs started/ended.

Doug arrived at his scheduled time and replaced a ceiling fan we couldn't get to work. He immediately realized what the problem was (a remote sensor was still plugged in) and we had a working fan in less than 30 minutes. He was professional and fast. I would recommend him and use his services again in the future.

I had been searching for a while for a local contractor to do my tub/shower remodel but had such a hard time finding the right fit. I was looking for a full gut on the tile, fixtures and tub and I also wanted a new sliding glass door to be installed. Thankfully, I finally got a word of mouth recommendation for Alex. I'm so glad I went with this small business. Alex is SO detail oriented - you can tell he has a lot of pride in his craft. He was very communicative about his schedule and arrival times. It's the only bathroom in the house and he was very thoughtful about ensuring the space was clean at the end of his workdays. If I had another shower to re-do I'd hire him again, but in the meantime I've been recommending him to all of my friends for their updates.

I've used Qualtire in the last 20 years for everything from very small plumbing fixes to complete bathroom remodels. Never received anything but impeccable service. This week my 80 year old house needed a little piping repair. Well, it's that holiday week between Christmas and New Year's. Wasn't sure what would happen. I had Arizona Maintenance Service come for the first time.  They removed my shutters to accommodate a new window installation the next day and then replaced them the day after the window was placed.  I worked with Jesus who was just a delight with a great personality.  He was timely, very neat with his work and respectful of my property.  He was extremely competent and I really cannot say enough about him and the organization of the company!  Highly recommend.
