What a great experience. They got in contact with me within 10mins of me sending a request for a quote. They came the very next morning and was actually early for the appointment time. They didn't try and sell me something I didn't need.  This is the first time I have used this company and now I am a customer for life. The technician Mack did an amazing job doing a super thorough check of my entire AC system and did a great job explaining everything to me in a way I would understand.

Have used Sav On multiple times and have never been disappointed. On time. Do what they say and alway have multiple of option to fit my budget. Love Tom and Sav On

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

Our 30 gallon water heater went out last Tuesday May 16th, 2023. I called The Aussie Plumber after hours that same day and was told someone would arrive between between the hours of 8:00 AM-12:00 PM on Wednesday, the next day. I received a call from Franz the next morning and he arrived before 8:00 AM (prompt service). Franz was very professional and had us a new 40 gallon water heater installed in about 4 hours. The area of work was in a utility closet that also housed the air handler-furnace unit. Needless to say the work space was tight. Franz also replaced the old shut off valves with new quarter turns. I so appreciate the speedy response and Franz excellent talent as a plumber. Afterwards he replaced a leaky faucet on the backside of our house. If you have any plumbing needs (big or small) highly consider The Aussie Plumber. They're definitely my go to choice.

We had a couple damaged baseboards that needed to be repaired in a timely manner due to selling our home. Andrew responded immediately and was able to get the job done as soon as the next day. Great experience with everyone I've met here. Special shoutouts to Mike who has come out to our house a couple times for maintenance/diagnostics. Appreciated his fast response, timeliness, and direct answers to our questions. Also Devante who was very knowledgeable and honest. No upselling here; just an individualized common sense approach that you don't always get with other companies. He took into account several factors to recommend a product that fit our situation perfectly. Can't recommend these guys enough

They were quick to respond to my request and provided a reasonable quote. Like many yelpers, I'm always apprehensive when hiring a company with not many reviews, but I took a chance and I'm glad I did. The technician arrived on time and after a quick discussion of what I needed he got right to work. It was an easy job and he finished quickly (unlike some who try to take their time and milk it). Tech was friendly throughout the process.  I definitely recommend and will be hiring them again for my next project.

Our sink was clogged and the warranty company sent a service company that was unable to help, and noted that a big project was needed to install a clean out. Luckily drain tech came to the rescue. Spencer was able to assess the problem and clear the clog within 30 min! He was professional, prompt and went above and beyond in his service. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends!

Doug responded to our request for a quote quickly. He then came back after we accepted his quote and completed the needed repairs promptly, professionally and to our satisfaction. He is professional, knowledgeable and someone we would recommend and use again in the future.

We love Charity and Rigo!!! We had them come out for several plumbing issues.  Sure we could have had a handy man cheaper, but the attention to detail, fair pricing, better than any of the major big outfits, and they are local to Laveen.  We replaced toilets, updated sinks, and found the nasty beginnings of the dreaded sewer line clog.  Very personable.  Idea generating.  Truly awesome.  Rigo even recommended having an estimate from one of the other outfits (no need, as earlier, before we knew of them, we had some estimates from some of the big places for water softer/water heater replacement/issuse- and yes, those guys come in at 50% more)

Jordan was amazing. He came out one day to fix a leaky hose fixture and he got me on the schedule the next business day to fix my sinks (I needed to buy new faucets before he could help me out with those). All around great service, fast response time, and very nice!

Nothing like toilets overflow after moving into a new house! Pete came within 45 minutes. He is a great guy! Fixed all the issues right away! And his price is good!

Chris is great. Super straightforward and helpful. Prior plumbers we have had out to the house have been too busy to respond quickly and tough to get out to the house. Chris answered his phone right away and came by 3 hours later. He was very knowledgeable and had the tools to assess the problem and fix it quickly. We wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

AWESOME SERVICE!!!  I was beyond frustrated with 3 prior companies in regards to service for clogged drains:
1st company would never commit to a scheduled day/time
2nd company scheduled an appointment but didn't show up
3rd company came out but did not resolve the issue and subsequently came back within a week and still did not resolve the issue and basically said there wasn't anything else they could do (seriously for a clogged drain?).  

So 4th time is the CHARM, enter P&L Plumbing!!!  From the beginning Kevin responded right away, was very accommodating and came out the same day.  I didn't expect such quick service but was thrilled.  Kevin gave me a 3 hour window and followed up with a call when he was on his way.  Upon arrival he was masked and put on booties prior to entering our home and was genuinely friendly and professional.  I explained the situation and he proceeded to advise on what he would do to fix the issue an quickly and truly unclogged our drains the PROPER way.  Kevin explained potential next steps should the problem return (which it hasn't).  THANK YOU KEVIN!
Besides receiving exceptional service the pricing was beyond fair.  

I have worked in Customer Service for over 40 years from front line up to an Account Executive so I know and appreciate what it takes to deliver excellent customer service and Kevin and P&L Plumbing are exemplary.

This was the most unprofessional experience ever by far. The dispatchers set expectations that the technicians cannot meet. My technician was not only late but tried to only do a quote when they were scheduled for an actual job. He was not knowledgeable and gave me an unlabeled custom quote of almost $5000 for a job that cost less then half of that to do. He did not provide an itemized list for the job which made it feel like the company is full of scam artists. I waited hours for this man to show up in the heat for a job that was pushed and pushed. I do not recommend this company to anyone who is afraid of being taken advantage of.

Woah - Firstly, Plumbing Masters was able to get me someone pretty quickly, within about 1.5 hours of calling.  The first gentleman (Mike) was nice and realized the problem required one of their other technicians.  Jessie was dispatched and I cannot stress how amazing this man is and what kind of job he does.  He is 100% the same from the first moment he enters to the moment he leaves.  Jessie was at my house from about 1000 to almost 2100 and never once did he change his kindness or attention to detail.  The only concern was they also dispatched another gentleman to help Jessie who did not appear to have the same dedication or interest (Wilmin?) and left prior to finishing.  One other note, one of their Managers also came to check on the activity (Mike) who was somewhat abrasive and claimed they would help put things back.  While Mike helped move some items out, it isn't Jessie's responsibility to move items back to their original location that is unrelated to the repairs so making promises you aren't going to keep is not very helpful.  In addition, leaving Jessie to try and complete the repair alone while he already worked so many hours is unacceptable.  Jessie should be promoted as one of their regional managers and respected for his integrity and ability.  **Note: Plumbing Masters is somewhat pricey although they guarantee their work for about 10 years (both labor and parts).

We scheduled an appointment in advance and gave them a list of what needed done. They were scheduled to come out Friday between 9am-1pm. I get a text at 12:18pm stating that they have to cancel my appointment. They gave no reason as to why they needed to cancel. I had already set aside time from my day to be there to show the handyman what needed done. They were extremely disrespectful of my time that I took out of my busy work day and were not able to remedy the situation. I asked for them to please send someone else that day as we had so many things that needed done for our Airbnb but they were not able to send anyone out. I feel this is highly unprofessional to not even give a reason for the cancelation or provide a solution to the problem. I will not be using them again because of their disrespectful attitude towards my business and time. Poor customer service.
