Ok, I called this am for help with a Water Leak and Pronto, they were there early.  Jessie did a great job and explained everything to me as he was doing it.  We did a walk thru of the house talking about other plumbing issues.  I have only one place to call with my plumbing issues and that is Sav On...

Great customer service! The technicians are friendly and efficient. Every time I call them they typically show up, diagnose the problem, and fix it all within the same 8 hour work day. Wouldn't hire anyone else.

Forget the rest, call The Aussie Plumber! I had a huge problem caused by a water leak in my kitchen. The first plumbers tried to rip me off, then called the restoration company who did incredible damage. I called in the Aussie Plumber... and you should too. Franz, came to my  home, and first pointed out the cracked vent stack (allowing sewer gas to come into my kitchen. The Restoration Company, using an unlicensed Plumber missed it. They would have just walled it back up, and left it to happen again. The Aussie Plumber, had to tear up some of the concrete floor, change the pipe and pour new concrete. Then the restoration company also broke the supply line to my refrigerator, put a cup on the floor to catch water, never said anything and left. By the time I found it, the cup had of course overflowed, drywall damaged, floor warped, and more. The Aussie Plumber.... again, first explained why it was not good to have a fitting like the other company installed in my wall, talked about alternatives, and finally ran a long flexible tube up the wall, through the ceiling and down to the sink connection and replaced the valves. Now when the refrigerator is moved out for cleaning or other needs, the tube is in the open and long enough to prevent damage again. If that wasn't enough, they had a finance plan to make it easier to pay for with 0% for a year! They might not have been the cheapest, but they were fair and solved the problem.
    Shortly after, I had another problem (which I will leave for good taste) and because it was the weekend, I called a different Plumber who said the problem was likely caused by the work of the Aussie Plumber. I called them and Franz came back. He went on my  roof, used a camera in the vent stack to find the problem, then fixed it. (It was not their fault or related to past work) On top of everything, he charged nothing for the extra visit or the work needed!
Enough said... Like I said at the beginning, call the Aussie Plumber and forget the rest! That certainly is my plan.

We had a couple damaged baseboards that needed to be repaired in a timely manner due to selling our home. Andrew responded immediately and was able to get the job done as soon as the next day. Andrew did a great job, was professional, and cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend Nichols Handyman Bros!

Great experience with everyone I've met here. Special shoutouts to Mike who has come out to our house a couple times for maintenance/diagnostics. Appreciated his fast response, timeliness, and direct answers to our questions. Also Devante who was very knowledgeable and honest. Had a clogged drain in guest bathroom which was causing water to backup in the sink when i turned the water on in my bathroom. I tried fixing it myself for a few hours even went out and got a drain snake. To no extent and a huge mess i could not fix it myself. Decided to give up and call a plumber. i google plumber 85028 and came up with Belsito plumbing along with plenty of great reviews. Contacted main number and scheduled a guy out next day. The plumber took a look at the issue and said he'd fix it no problem. I was quoted 110 and one hour later the job was completed with very little mess left behind after his cleanup and I was a happy customer.

Would definitely recommend to anyone especially since im a big fan of family owned businesses.

I called William's Handyman Service because my regular handyman was booked out for a week, and William's company had great reviews on Yelp.  William was able to come the same afternoon.  He was timely, professional, kind, and just perfect for the job!  He had a 2-hour minimum, so he changed out a kitchen faucet, figured out why my bath faucets were dripping, and installed a microwave.  He was there longer than 2 hours, but just charged me the minimum fee.  He was happy, engaging, and efficient at what he did.  As an owner of numerous rental properties, I am overjoyed that I now have a new go-to company the next time my properties need a great handyman.  Thanks, William!!  You rock!!

Spencer the owner is very responsive and responsible. Absolutely terrific communication and great work. He helped us replace a pressure vaccine breaker valve. I would highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

Jordan was amazing. He came out one day to fix a leaky hose fixture and he got me on the schedule the next business day to fix my sinks (I needed to buy new faucets before he could help me out with those). All around great service, fast response time, and very nice!

We are trying to sell a 2-story quadplex apartment unit... I get a text message at 6:30 am from one of the downstairs tenants that water is leaking through their vent from upstairs.  Really?  Who wants to get this news?  I call one guy and he isn't available.. then I call the realtor selling unit and he tells me to call Pete Phend and that he's awesome... uh huh... we'll see.  

So I call and explain the problem.  He indicates he or Jesse would be onsite by noon (3 hour response time) and asks if that is acceptable.  I tell him it is and hope to see by 4pm ;)

They call when they are 1 hour out and are onsite by noon (very nice!)  Jesse indicates he will need to cut a 2 foot hole in the ceiling and tells me he thinks it will be a drainage issue and a not a burst pipe issue.  I authorize him to cut the hole and sure enough... the toilet seal from upstairs is out of whack and the bolts are loose and flushed water is going over the wax ring (I won't give any more details about the flushed water ;)

He tells me what it'll cost to fix and that he can do it right now if I authorize.  I do and within a hour everything is fixed.  Water is back on... Tenants are happy and the pocketbook is lighter... but only a little lighter... it was a VERY FAIR and reasonable price.

These guys rock.  I will use them again if I have any problems or need anything installed!

Posted to get quotes and heard back within 15 min that P&L could come out in 30-60 min. The guys arrived earlier than 30min and were quickly able to diagnose and resolve our problem. Had the parts on the truck and including the time they gave the glue to dry, they were in and out under 2 hours.

My family and I have used Plumbing Medic many times for various repairs and AC/Heater check ups. Every person that I have talked to on the phone and every one that has come out to our home has been very professional, kind, quick and efficient! Most importantly, to me, is that they will talk to my 90 year old Grandmother and make her feel comfortable with them being in her home. Recently we have had Sam come out a few times and he is great. He gets the job done quickly and correctly, he is honest and pleasant to be around. I highly recommend this company!

ETA: We used this company again for some very extensive plumbing work and we were very pleased with the work. The whole team was great, but Kevin really went above and beyond for my family. He was wonderful to work with, excellent communication, it felt like having a family friend was there helping us out. I had never used this company before but I read their reviews and they were awesome. I had a lot of electrical work to be done. Sheryl, the Customer Service Representative, was very kind, caring, friendly, and helpful in answering my many questions before the job was started. I am a 71 year old U. S. Army veteran who has been in Customer Service for over 30 years. I know great Customer Service and this company gets a 5 + review. They sent Mikey and Walter to do the work. What an awesome team they made! They were very kind, polite, friendly, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. From the time they came to my home until the job was completed they never stopped working. They took down three floodlights from 20 years ago and installed three new floodlights, front and back porch coach lights, and four ceiling light fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. They did an exceptional professional job. Also they cleaned up every bit of debris, and it looked like no work had been done. I would recommend this company 100% with no reservations.

Bought 14K + 5 ton unit from them in 2019. Was not told that hey no longer sell proprietary units they built their reputation on. Instead I got a Goodman.  After installation, had a persistent roof leak. They finally called Gryphon roofing to fix 18 months ago. Just had strong monsoon storm and discovered another leak in same area as large mirror fell of wall when anchors failed in wet dry wall.
Additionally, previously  had problems with heater  failing last winter. Even though under warranty, Goettl charged $89 to come look at unit. Was informed that repair labor would be $2K, but the $500 part would be free. Called Wolfgangs. They bid  $1.3k for same work. Wolfgangs also pointed out that Goettl failed to inform me that unit was actually 2-stage and would be much more efficient if used. PaidWolfgangs $385 to install and has worked perfectly for last 4 months.  I grew up here and I went with Goettl because of reputation, and extended family used to work there. Now I will have to pay some one to trace down this new leak so unit cost is now going to be approaching $18K..  Would never recommend

May this be a warning to all needing plumbing services.

My wife and I called Plumbing Masters to solve a problem we were having with a new water heater. We felt the positive online reviews made them the best choice for a plumber. They politely answered the phone, which we liked. Then, we were told that we would have to pay $49.95 for someone to come out and diagnose our plumbing problem. Then we would be told how much it would cost to actually fix the problem. I asked the youing man to repeat back to us what the $49.95 charge was for. He did so. I asked if that charge could be applied towards the final bill. He said yes. I joked that might simply mean they charge me $49.95 more for the repair. He said they were very professional and would never do such a thing. Because we have had several bad plumbing experiences in the past, I asked him one final time what the $49.95 was for. He repeated it was to come out and determine the plumbing problem, prior to giving me a quote for the cost of repair. We agreed to the terms.

A young man arrived and spent five minutes listening to what was going on with our new water heater. He asked several questions and asked us to turn the main water on and off several times. My next door neighbor was also present during the work. The young man from Plumbing Master made a pnone call to his boss and asked a few questions. He walked into the alley so that I was unable to hear what he was saying. He came back and placed a Plumbing Masters bill in front of me. He had crossed out the $49.95 charge written on it and wrote in $175 just below it. He stated he did not know what the problem was yet but that I would have to write him a check for $175 in order for him to figure out the problem. I told him we agreed to pay $49.95 for him to find the problem, and that I was very specific regarding that fee. He said the $49.95 is merely the cost of him driving to my house and that we must now pay $175 for him to find the problem. I got upset and told him to call his own dispatcher and verify what I had agreed to. He offered to lower the price to $115. My wife was nearly in tears and I was furious at being extorted by this crooked company. We agreed. He was clever because he already knew what the problem was (a temporary plug was left in the new shower rough in and it was blocking proper water flow). He told me it would cost another $275 to fix the problem. We agreed and he removed the plug in the shower rough in. This took less than 30 seconds. He asked to be paid and wanted to leave. I told him just because he said that would solve the problem, he hadn't tested it out to see if hot water would now flow from the water heater. He complained but said he would reattach the lines and test it out. As he attached the first copper line, it snapped and broke. He looked at me and blamed me, saying I had weakened it before he arrived. He toild me he would repalce both the copper lines with new (cheaper non-copper) lines for only $100 more. We had no choice if we wanted hot water.

A couple days later we got a call from Plumbing Masters, asking us if we were satisfied with the service call. I told the woman that Plumbing Masters should give all their technicians handguns so they could more easily rob people, because we felt we were robbed and lied to. Later that day, a manager from Plumbing Masters called me to tell me he felt the technician bent over backwards to satisfy us and that he had given us discounted prices for the work done. Seriously, are you kidding me. What about lying to us and saying the $49.95 service call that we were told was to determine our plumbing issue? The jerk lied and said it was only to pay him for driving to our house. Even the higher ups, the managers of Plumbing Masters are crooks.

We have disputed the final bill with American Express and they are withholding paymeny until the matter is investigated. Our next call will be to the Better Business Bureau, to warn them about illegal business practices by Plumbing Masters. Maybe Fox 10 will do an undercover sting and catch them ripping off others.

Also, the manager made it sound as if he and his staff count heavily on consumer reviews, which he no doubt pads with positive reviews his staff post. Beware, be warned, Find yourself an honest plumber. Warn others that Plumbing Masters is a dishonest company.

I needed a chandelier taken down and a much bigger, heavier one put in its place.  Joe was on time and always very polite and accommodating.  He worked fast too and before I knew it the job was done.  I will definitely be calling them to come back for my next job.
