Best Electric Water Heater Installation in Glendale AZ

I called this company this morning and was assured they would be able to fix the issue today....I received a call at 12:45 this afternoon to inform me they would not be able to come today after all.

I won't be calling them again! If I had known there was a possibility that they would not be able to complete the repair today I would have moved on. However they didn't let me know that until it was too late to get someone else this day. I guess their policy is we don't let customers know we aren't coming today until it is too late for them to get someone else and then they will just accept the fact and we can work them in our schedule as we see fit for tomorrow. I definitely won't be calling them again.

If negative stars were an option I'd give them -10

We had many issues towards the end of the project. Including drywall, flooring, tile, cleanliness, & professionalism.

We are having to redo these, clean our entire home that had dust all over the place, & even have to move trash from our recycle bin into our trash bin.

I'm glad the company worked out great for other yelpers. Not sure what happened with us.

Tom was great. Came out and quickly helped resolve something that could have been a big problem down the road. Highly recommend.

I waited a few weeks to post my review on this company. Our hot water heater went out and we had some water damage to the drywall and it was an absolute mess. I called this company because it was highly recommended on Nextdoor. They came out, got the situation assessed, and got me a quote. They were not pushy, they were friendly, and they got hired on the spot. There was a relatively new technician with the company that did some less than great work when the job was done. I called, complained, and just about wrote a bad review. Gold star was able to turn things around. They answered my frustrated calls, there was always someone to answer the phone, they communicate effectively through text and phone call. They came out and fixed everything that needed to be fixed and did what it took to make sure the job was done the way they pride themselves in the work being done. It's beautiful.

We had a tub spout and the stem was damaged.  Larson came out and did a great job fixing the spout connection.  

Later not related to the spout that fixed, we experience a water leak.  We called them out to trouble shoot.  They did and they corrected a shower stem and installed a new one - $199.  They did a great job on the shower stem.  

They warned at the time that there could be additional issues and recommended accessing the back through the drywall in the adjacent bedroom - $300 more for a total of $499.  

My issue is the plumber appeared to be very impatient and rushed and didn't even bother to test out the first fix.  

Bottom line - I replaced the bathtub drain and installed a new cartridge - I tested and no more leaking.

I will not be calling Larson for any plumbing services ever again.  In my opinion their pricing is outrageous.

I had a gas leak in my outdoor grill. I called them this morning and they scheduled someone to come out the same afternoon to look at it. Gave me a quote when they arrived on site and got the repair done the same day. Brian was very professional and courteous and did a great job with the new gas pipe.

Amazing customer service from Somers Plumbers.  I used them for new plumbing installations and I highly recommend them. Very thankful to have found them through the Yelp bid request.

Mike and is team went above and beyond for me. During covid I was going through a divorce and the last thing I needed was this major plumbing issue I had. The team made it so easy to work through. I had a plumbing issue that required all the old cast iron pipes to be replaced under my house. It was disruptive but these guys have a machine that made the job much less invasive and were sure to update me through the process. I owe them my peace of mind now that all the plumbing is sorted out. I love these guys!!

My unfavorable review got the owners attention and all of a sudden they want to do the right thing and refund my money. Two weeks & two phone calls later I'm still waiting for a check. Guess you can add don't keep their promises to the review. Four weeks, by the way, since the 2nd company I hired to finish the job this plumber started & no more problems. So obvious it wasn't done properly by Plumbsmart to begin with, triple the cost or not.

Excellent service, on time, professional and efficient. Have had a water softener serviced, hot water tank replaced and RO system maintenance performed. Highly recommend this company and will use for all my plumbing and water needs.

Today was a contract AC check.  Leslie Citrone and Ricardo were here for a detailed and thorough check for my AC unit.  They both were very informative on their findings explaining terms that I did not understand.  My house is being inspected tomorrow for the sale and this scheduled visit was so timely. I had water leaking from my slab, and they came out fixed leaking that day and helped with the water damage. I did not have money at the time, so they financed me so I could get the whole house Repiped.

We have used Apple Plumbing for years and they have been solid but on their last visit they really outdid themselves.  I called at about 10 am with a concern for a sewer line backup, complicated by the fact that I was having a party in my home starting at 5 pm.  They got Kerwin out ASAP and he was diligent about working through the day to get the line cleared and the toilet re-installed in the guest bath, all wrapped up before my first guests arrived!  Bravo!

I would highly recommend Hansen Family plumbing. Our house was built in 1955 and we've had numerous plumbing issues in the 4 years we lived here. (Had all original cast iron plumbing) Finally found a plumbing company that is honest and not trying to rip you off. Huge shout out to Mark and Jerry for putting in WORK to replace our entire sewer lines. Mark was very responsive even though they had a busy schedule with customers. These guys busted ass to finish this in good time. Jerry was incredibly knowledgeable, hardworking and a nice guy to talk to. They cared about our comfort while our home and yard were torn apart which meant a lot to us.

They even followed up 3 weeks later to come finish up the odds and ends, including how they can help with our sprinkler lines that were dug up in the yard.

Brittany in the office was always extremely friendly and professional and understood my concerns. She took the time to explain everything to me and was patient even though I was admittedly frustrated dealing with all the moving parts of home repairs like this.

Will definitely use this company again.

Morgan was incredibly helpful and very professional! Fantastic service and fixed our clogged toilet.
