Ty was very responsive to our needs, as we live in another state and would only be in AZ for 2 weeks. He scheduled his time to accommodate us, starting the flooring job on our first day in town, and was done in 4 days. Our new Luxury vinyl plank floor looks great, and Ty and his crew were easy to do business with. His price was very fair and his work ethic was impeccable. He showed up on time every day, and cleaned up completely when done. Ty is very friendly and professional, and we will definitely call him in the future for any other projects we have. James was great from start to finish. Was super quick to respond to our inquiry. Came over within a day to provide us with a super competitive quote compared to the BIG plumbing companies in Phoenix. We just added a kitchenette to our Airbnb and needed to connect our existing laundry room drain a few feet away in a separate room to our new sink along with bringing hot and cold water from a nearby source.  We saved money and got great service and excellent work. Requested a quote today, he texted me to confirm everything and was out to my place earlier than quoted by about 25 minutes. Response was quick and he knew what the problem was right away. Had to get a certain type of pipe/valve connecter and was very prompt. Explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a price up front. Tyler from Trident Plumbing came out today to replace an exterior water faucet. Tyler quickly assessed the work and provided me with a reasonable quote. Tyler was communicative throughout the process and explained everything about the replacement/repair. Tyler's work was clean and expedient despite having to run out and get a part he did not have on hand. My experience with Trident and Tyler was great throughout, from my initial contact with Trident up through the completed work!! I highly recommend Trident Plumbing!! Thank you!!

First to review and for good reason!  I called 10 other plumbers and handyman services and no one could give a straight answer even though the job was a very straight forward job.  Everyone else was $250 to $300 plus for the base rate to install a single hole kitchen faucet, but they would have to come out and check the situation first...charging a service fee that would be deducted from the install if we chose them.  Chris at Highland emailed back a simple $65 to $100 price range for installation.  I understand it would have been more if other repairs were necessary, but they weren't.  We have a deep sink and a tight area behind the sink for the water lines.  Chris charged us $70 and came out same day!!!  He did a great job and was in and out in about an hour.  Get 'em while you can as I'm sure those prices will start to approach industry standard but, for now, what a great job and deal!!!

This review is long over due but I wanted to make sure I got this in because Mike is probably one of the best Handymen I've ever used.  A move from Phoenix to Seattle had us scrambling to fix up the house for sale and we needed all sorts of work done - we had quite a bit of dry wall that needed repair and also needed a corner of our kitchen cabinetry retouched.  After seeing the reviews here on Yelp, I called Mike at Copper State Home Maintenance and he was out the next day for an estimate.

Now, the estimate was beyond reasonable and Mike even picked up the supplies needed and just charged me for those at his cost.  He did all the repair work very quickly and everything looked AMAZING.  I mean - there was no way to tell there was a smallish hole in one of the walls originally.  I looked and looked to see if I could even see a seam.  The paint was matched perfectly and everything was so professionally done - I was one happy camper.  

I'm really picky about how things look and Mike is a perfectionist.  His prices are great and if you need anyone to do anything in your home in the Phoenix area, call Mike.  it will be the best call you ever made...

Arrived on time. Fixed some minor problems, drained our tankless heaters and checked our water conditioner. Also recommended some future repairs and did a thorough check of all our house plumbing. They were very polite and efficient. Recommend them highly.

Probably one of the competent AC companies I've ever worked with. They won't be the least expensive, but they'll do the job right, the first time.
