James was great from start to finish. Was super quick to respond to our inquiry. Came over within a day to provide us with a super competitive quote compared to the BIG plumbing companies in Phoenix. We just added a kitchenette to our Airbnb and needed to connect our existing laundry room drain a few feet away in a separate room to our new sink along with bringing hot and cold water from a nearby source.  We saved money and got great service and excellent work. After moving in to a new house they went above and beyond to help add a water softener and a new water heater on the same day. The water heater was unexpected. Had no choice because we went through home warranty but the guy cam out looked took pictures and left didn't hear back for a week had to call them to make an appointment. Then they wanted me to pay a 215.00 bill they said warranty would not pay even befor they come do the work. I asked for an item receipt and they told me they dont give one out. I refuse to pay until I got one.lady said it was for mod work.
They came out about a week and a half later to replace water heater and they did replace it and two hoses . He reused the copper drain pipe  and reconnect it. It is not flush with the water heater and looks like crap. I am still waiting for itemized list because all he did was very minimal and warranty company already paid for water heater and work that was done and a extra(300.00) worth for mods that was needed . I will say the young man was nice and professional that did the work.

My cold water valve was leaking in my laundry room and Tom responded quickly and eased all my stressed. Great price and Great demeanor. Thank you so much Tom. I had difficulty sleeping last night with all the leaking water.
