Beware!  I've used them in the past and was very happy with their work but they have a new pricing system that is insane.  They bid each job separately and my two hour, or less, job was bid at $750, no parts needed.  If you have money to burn give them a call...

Williams installed a basement pump for me. Their work was shoddy and they would not stand behind their work when problems recurred. I would advise against using Williams.

I had a water leak near my water meter. Williams came out and charged $300 to Detect a leak. They came out on a Friday before Noon and did not seem interested in doing any work that day. They actually told me (before they even attempted to find the leak) We most likely won't even get to it today. It may be Tuesday or Wednesday. They proceeded to look for the leak. I was quoted over $2800 to fix the leak. This included renting a tractor to rip up asphalt, finding the leak(should have already been done for the $300), fixing the copper pipe and putting new asphalt down. I called Roto-Rooter(I highly recommend) to get a second opinion. They came out very fast. They actually did a little more digging around and found that it was in fact pvc pipe and that they could repair the leak without tearing up the asphalt. The job was done for $523. I am extremely offended at how Williams plumbing approached this problem.

The lady I called was so helpful and reviewed expectations. They were able to come out and fix my problem same day. I appreciated the call with a 30 minute heads up that the technician was on the way. It was great to get a text from the company with his picture to ensure it was the correct person. He quickly fixed the problem and was so nice!

My outside stem faucet kept leaking and I knew it needed replacing. I requested a service call online over the weekend for Monday since I didn't want to pay weekend/emergency prices but also wanted to get it fixed before it froze and they had someone come out MONDAY! Joshua did a great job and called 20min ahead of time as requested and completed the job quickly and for a reasonable price! I also had him clean out my bathroom sink faucet while he was here since it kept clogging up. I love that they e-mail you a picture of your technician beforehand as well! Extremely satisfied.

Called 4 places before the great people at Williams answered.  The lady answering was extremely polite and answered all my questions.  She explained it would be an after hours called by the time they could get to us.  Chris called and said he had the call and that it would be after 7:30PM before he could get to us.   That was a nice touch to help plan our evening, and to my surprise 40 minutes later Chris called back and said he had a cancellation and a no answer and he was on his way.  He arrived clean and well mannered, very personable, and genuine.  He answered all of our questions and got right to work.  An hour later we were up and running and he was on to his next call.  Great work Chris, you and Williams have life long customers now.

Horrible service. Had a leak and they drilled 2 holes through my stone floors in my home in completely different parts of the home and they still didn't find it. American Leak Detection found it on their first attempt and quoted a much cheaper rate. Poor pricing and horrible horrible service. Stay away.

Terrible Experience! We had two issues.  Our issues started with a pinhole leak in our hot water heater closet wall plumbing that was apparently leaking for a while.  Once we noticed, the water had flooded the hot water heater and that also needed repair or replaced. The plumber repaired the wall plumbing and said he could replace the gas control (instead of replacing the hot water heater).  This was the lower-cost option, so we decided this was our best option.  However, after repairing the plumbing issue, he left us with another (bigger!) leak because he did not tighten the fittings properly.  He came back the next day to fix his mistake and said he would have the part for the hot water heater control overnighted. 7 days later (and without hot water in our house!) he still didn't have the part and wasn't sure he could get it, so we were left with installing a new hot water heater. The Williams quote was about $5000 for a new hot water heater. After sharing this information with some friends, we realized this was a very high quote. I decided to request several more quotes using the Yelp app.  Yelp sent my info to 5 plumbers and 3 out of the 5 replied with estimates that ranged from $1800-$2200. After looking at our unit, the overall final price was a little higher but, we have a 'not so standard size/type' water heater (we understood the difference in the type we have in our home and we're reasonable people!)  Still, we still saved almost $2000. We also learned that the Williams plumber had actually installed another part of the plumbing incorrectly preventing our 'instant hot water' line from working properly.  This should have been a 'no-brainer' for the plumber as the part actually has an arrow to show how to properly install!  The other company repaired this for us and installed the new hot water heater.

It is important you understand the Williams service model because you will be nickel and dimed and may have to wait weeks for a complete fix. In my experience, Williams never has a full-service plumber. Instead, they have plumbers that only specialize in certain kinds of problems and repairs. When you first call, you'll get a basic technician that will cost $110. In my experience, that person can only fix the most basic of plumbing issues (clogged drain, clean a pea trap, etc). If the problem is at all complicated, that technician will not be able to fix it, and will have to call another plumber that will incur another charge (minimum of another $200). That plumber will be specialized and if the problem is not within their expertise, yet another plumber will have to be called (and you'll probably have to wait a week before they can show up) and that will incur another charge.
They will also try to get you to pay hundreds of dollars for repairs you don't need. When my kitchen sink was backing up, I paid for the basic technician ($110). He couldn't fix the problem and said I needed a water jet to clean the drain, but I would have to wait nearly a week for that service. Quoted cost for the water jet - $400+. When the water jet didn't work, I was told I needed a plumber with a camera (because for whatever reason the water jet plumber doesn't do cameras). The camera guy wouldn't be able to show up for *another* week and would cost an additional $200+. Williams said it was likely I had a collapsed sewer line that would cost thousands of dollars to fix.
I called another plumber who found and fixed the clog within 20 minutes and charged me $150 to fix it.
When I called Williams to complain, I was told a manager would get back to me. Over 24 hours passed with no call back. Only after I called back again was I finally put in contact with a manager. Completely unprofessional and poor service.

When I was living out of state and managing my rental property in Tulsa, I called around for quotes regarding a collapsed line in my backyard under a concrete slab covered by a wooden deck.  Williams not only gave me a competitive price (I don't recall exactly but it might have been the best price) but they were the only plumbing company willing to take out the deck gently and reinstall the boards when they were done. Now it's been 4 or 5 years and the house has a leaky drain in the crawl space so I will definitely be giving them a call.
At the end of the day, competitive pricing, nice final product, and they made working with them from a distance a breeze.

I have used Williams plumbing several times and they are very professional and knowledgeable about my house's old plumbing system. I just had my bathtub replaced and Bobby  was faced with a pretty tough challenge as the tub wasn't the average size tub. But he was like a bulldog with the issue and going to get it plumbed. He gave me options and kept me informed as how things were progressing. I would recommend Williams plumbing for any plumbing services but especially for the most difficult ones. As I feel they will get it done right the first time out which is comforting.

A $500+ lesson from a disappointing and unethical company. We used Williams based on a friend's referral. They could come out same day and it would cost $89 for the tech to let us know what was wrong. This took him multiple hours, time sitting in his truck waiting on his boss to come out to help determine the issue, etc. No problem...all of that was to be covered in the $89 service call. We were presented only 1 option. After completion, I received an unclear invoice of $1080. I called the office to ask for a detailed explanation of the charges. I was told this is the industry standard rate and it's a flat rate for the work....but the only explanation is that it included all the hours the tech was supposed to be working under the $89 fee. I asked for a manager to call me because the receptionist said she didn't know anything more about pricing. Days later, I received a call from our tech who was angry that I'd filed a complaint!! I had not complained about him at all and had not filed a complaint. I was still waiting for someone to explain the charges. When he called me at work he was rude, combative and disrespectful. After telling me he had bills to pay he hung up on my while I was explaining that I understand he doesn't set the prices, I'd just like clarification on the charges since I'd called other plumbers and asked them to quote me for the same work and received multiple quotes of $500 LESS than we were charged. I still have not spoken with a manager, despite multiple attempts. It's a poor way to run a business, I'll be sure to mention their name as one to avoid anytime someone wants a recommendation for a plumber!

We noticed a nasty sewer smell in our shower.  I figured it was a clogged vent causing the water in the p-trap to get sucked out, I didn't have time to deal with it so I called them to check it out.

Well they arrived on time, which is about the only good thing I can say about them.  My wife told him what I wanted him to do and he proceeded to explain, Oh I've seen this before and it isn't your shower it caused by the wax ring in your toilet.  He was so sure he told my wife he would bet her a 100 bucks that this would fix it.

So when I get home I find that he never looked at the vent pipes at all or even looked in the shower, instead he replaced a wax ring on a toilet and charged us $125 for what was a 6 dollar wax ring (i've changed those myself and 125 to do it is beyond obscene).  But hey, if it works and the smell doesn't come back I'll just accept it as an expensive way to avoid doing the job myself.

Flash forward to the next day and right after the shower the smell is back.  Clearly it wasn't the wax ring... fortunately it was Saturday so I had time to investigate the smell myself.  It turns out it is coming from the shower drain and after an hour on the internet looking up similar issues and using a flashlight to peer into the shower I find that it is coming from the drain pan under the shower.  The caulking around the shower drain had gotten old and brittle and allowed water to collect under the shower in the drain pan and that stagnant water was the source of the smell.  5 dollars worth of bleach poured in the crack and 3 dollars of new caulk to reseal the crack around the drain and the problem was actually fixed... no thanks to Williams Plumbing that didn't even find the problem and only performed work that I probably never needed in the first place... Oh and the toilet that they replaced the wax seal on is now wobbly so they didn't even do that job right.

I wouldn't recommend them to unclog a sink.

Price gouging at its finest.

We had water coming up through our LVP flooring in our kitchen. It was not obvious where the water was coming from and after I'd done all the obvious checks to make sure the water supply to the dishwasher and ice maker in the refrigerator wasn't leaking , or the dishwasher drain wasn't leaking or any obvious leaks from the sink drains etc, I determined that the leak must have been  originating in the wall, probably from either a drain pipe or water supply line.

I contacted Williams Plumbing and they sent out a two-man team to investigate where the leak might originating. The service call was $110 and I was fine with that. They had to create 3 holes through the drywall in 3 different areas of the kitchen, (behind the dishwasher, behind the refrigerator and in the wall beneath the sink) to see where the leak was originating. They found wetness, but it still wasn't clear to them where the leak was. It wasn't until I stuck my arm up into the first hole cut and discovered wetness above the hole thus leading me to think that the drain pipe from the upstairs was the culprit. They then confirmed my suspicions by using a camera probe. I should mention that if they had done the same thing I did before cutting the the other two holes they would have discovered the same thing and it would have been unnecessary to cut the other two holes. And of course their repair does not include fixing the holes they make. So that's an additional expense I have to incur.

They drew up a proposal to fix the leak and the quoted price was nearly $800. They required me to sign that in order to authorize the work. It seemed like a pretty high price but I didn't really know how much work was involved to fix this so I signed it. The next day the 2-man crew arrived and 30 minutes later the fix had been made. It required that they cut a small section of drywall out of the wall in the bathroom (yet another thing they don't fix after the plumbing issue is fixed) so that they could gain access then cut out the cracked Y-connector in the drain pipe coming down from the upstairs. Once that was removed, they replaced it with a new Y-Connector (about a $15 part) and three flexible couplings to connect the Y-connector to the three pipes (about $6 each). So do the math... 2 guys, 30 minutes and about $50 in parts = about a $700 bill.

I have no complaints with the quality of work but the pricing for this quick repair was absolutely outrageous. When I called the company to discuss this I was given no satisfaction but simply told that I signed the contract with full knowledge of what the repair cost would be. However I can assure you that if the repair contract had included the line the repair will take 30 minutes for which you will be charged $700 I would not have agreed to sign. Be forewarned, they do not charge an hourly rate. They charge a job rate and if the job takes a fraction of the time the book says it should take, you pay the full price.

I will never use Williams plumbing again.

Professional, reliable, attentive, competent and reasonably priced! I worked with Derek at Williams Plumbing and Drain Services to replace a main water line for a commercial building. It was a complicated repair that included boring under the parking lot.  They connected the water after store hours as not to interrupt business. Everything went smoothly.  I highly recommend this company.

We had a leak and had a good idea where it was coming from. When I told the plumber this, he totally ignored me and said that can't be it. Then proceeds to cut a very large hole in my ceiling. He then tells me the leak is coming from outside even though it hadn't rained in days. I again tell him where I think the leak is. Once again disagrees and cuts two more holes in my wall. After he once again unsuccessfully locates them leak, he decides to finally listen to me and finds the leak, which required no holes to be cut. They offered no apology or offer to fix the three holes in my house. We called multiple times to speak to a manager and no one EVER returned our calls. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

I'm writing this on behalf of my father who called Williams Plumbing to fix a small leak in the boiler room at his motel recently. The plumber came to check the leak, he tells my father that it's going to cost over $500. My father thought it was too much for such task but said okay since he needed the leak to be fixed ASAP. The plumber then tells him he needed to go get a part to fix the leak. It took him an hour..not sure why it took him so long to get a part. He comes back, works for an hour. Then says he needs to go get another part, which takes him another hour to get! He also tells my father that he needs to charge him more because he needed to get that other part (which really costed $40-$50). He fixes the leak within an hour and my dad ended up paying over $1,000! I feel like since the plumber knew my dad needed it fixed right away, he decided to double the price..this is ridiculous and makes me think Williams Plumbing is greedy!!! I would never recommend Williams Plumbing! They will over charge you!

While the quality of the work seems fine there is a real disconnect with the customer. We have used Williams Plumbing previously so I thought it would be an easy go to get small kitchen sink repair of a new strainer installed and shut-off valved to the dishwasher.
The work was being done at my house where my elderly mother and father live. The tech did not review the amount with my father prior to completing the work and did cursory description of what he was going to do.
Work was completed in under 1.5 hours, including a run to the part store. Bill was $437.45!!! Tech as leaving said the amount seems high.... that is what the system says.
Immediately Phoned Williams to discuss the bill. The service assistant said all she could do was push it up the chain to management to review. They would phone me Tuesday. Have not heard from them yet.
The amount is double what I would expect. Was not informed of the amount prior to completing the work, and they don't seem interested in correcting it.
Very Frustrated!
UPDATE:
After two discussions with a account service staff the charges did not get resolved to my satisfaction. They would only remove the initial service charge of $110.
DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS COMPANY!

After a leak repair by someone else it was discovered that the main valve to the hot water heater was broken leading to no hot water pressure. I'm shocked that I'm even having to write this - but when a company isn't accountable for HORRIBLE service, there's a hope that a review will encourage them to change their unethical practices.  We have been going back and forth with Williams to repair plumbing issues in our new home, after multiple INCOMPLETE jobs where they said they fixed issues but clearly didn't, we had them come out again to finally repair what they claimed to have done several times prior.  During this trip, the plumber was caught leaving our house after improperly repairing our sink - where he replaced our high-end fixture with a $40 faucet and stole not only our original faucet but also the sprayer nozzle so now we have a gaping hole in our sink where the repair and ultimate theft took place.  When we asked him about the work - he became oddly belligerent, demanding money, which he received and when we asked for him to return our parts - he drove off without giving them to us.  We called Williams to resolve but they have yet to contact us.

We had a few minor issues to be checked out so I called Williams as we had used them prior. Issues: toilet making a strange noise and needed a part replaced, snake a shower drain, and lastly a kitchen faucet that kept dripping. Every repair was done well aside from the kitchen sink. The technician advised replacing the entire faucet and I knew there was a way to repair it to which he said we could replace a few of the parts inside and that would cost less, but that he could not guarantee the work...shady thing to say. Anyhow, he replaced some internal components and it stopped dripping for a couple of days then resumed dripping. I called Williams and they said they would probably need to send a more experienced person out. Wish we would have had an experienced person initially! Long story short, the technician (Josh, who was great) said all he would need to do was replace the handle and tighten a couple of fittings.

I would still use Williams in the future, but would request an experienced technician.

I understand that I will pay a premium amount during a holiday so I was willing to pay the $250 service charge when I called Williams Plumbing when my toilet was clogged over Thanksgiving weekend. The technician looked at the toilet for less than 5 minutes and said it would be an additional $110. I wanted it fixed so I agreed. After less than 5 minutes he  said it was flushing properly. So for less than 15 minutes, it cost me $360. I had tried to fix it myself before calling and had taken the tank lid off. It was still on the floor after he left. And the toilet was continuously running. When I called Williams back they said I had only reported a clogged toilet, and didn't request that I needed it repaired. So since the technician didn't  need to look in the tank, I shouldn't have expected him to replace the lid or wait around to make sure the toilet was totally functioning correctly. And to have the continuous running fixed would require a different technician and another service call. I think Williams plumbing has forgotten about good customer service over the $'s. I have used them for many years but will no longer use them after this experience.

I've used Williams Plumbing multiple times now and what has always suprised me is the quickness in which they are willing to come out. This last visit they were willing to come out to unclog a drain as late as 4:45pm with out charging me overtime. They ended up getting to my house at 5:10pm and was still charged a very reasonable day rate. Larry came out and tackled the problem in 20 minutes. He was very respectible and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to have Larry come out for any future drain clog i have.

Always on time. Helpful people. Quality workmanship. We have used them for our plumbing problems for years. They just took care of a slab leak for us. They did a good job

I was charged for new parts and a service call to repair my leaking faucet
The faucet leaks a lesser amount of water  now...but still leaks
After installing the new parts the plumber highly recommended that I do not use the faucet at all until I have the entire system replaced
So basically I spent a couple of hundred dollars for nothing!
Williams will not apply that dolllar amount towards a new system nor would they provide a warranty for their recent work
I would not recommend using Williams Plumbing & Drain Service for any home repairs

They were able to fix one of my two pretty minor issues for their standard service charge of $110.  And this was on top of coming out several hours after the originally stated window they gave us.  It came to about 15-20 minutes of work.  It's my fault for not checking what their service charge was and I'll be shopping around next time.

Showed up in a mask, very courteous. We had multiple drain issues with tree roots and old cast iron pipes. Our technician, Derek, did a great job explaining our best options as well as spelling out big picture and what we'll be facing down the road if our cast iron pipes aren't replaced soon. He was realistic, yet did his best to get our drains working for now. Poor guy spent hours at our house and had to pull tree roots out of our drain from the roof vent. It took a lot of muscle and patience. We'll be calling Williams in the future for our plumbing repairs.

During flooding in Tulsa, I got water in my basement.   At first I thought my gutters had stopped up and caused water to get in my basement.  Then i saw the lawn guys had made the downspout drain to my basement.  I called and within 30 minutes someone was at my house helping me.  The leak guy got the unstop the drain out and my immediate water problem is solved.  They gave me an estimate for a new hot water heater, but told me to let my hot water heater dry some more and maybe it would work again.  The unstop the drain guy gave me advice on keeping my basement drain healthy.  All three guys couldn't have been nicer.  They are not cheap, but the fave me pricing prior to doing anything.

Long story, but I summarize. Complete ripoff. I understand that it can't always go right but it is impossible to get in touch with a supervisor or anyone with authority. Always told they are out of town.

They do not stand behind their work and had me pay several times to fix their problems until I gave up and called a different company. Interesting, the new company guarantees all work for two years and didn't charge as much.

I feel sorry for the employees.

Bobby came over and worked hard to fix a issue we all thought would be easy.  After a couple hours, it was completed and is now working great!  Thanks for your hard work Bobby and thanks Williams Plumbing for such hardworking,  and dedicated employees!

Plumber did not show up wearing a mask. Wanted to install a garbage disposal that I wouldn't be able to put food in. I didn't feel comfortable with that plumber, so I contacted the office to tell them why I didn't have the disposal installed by that plumber. They never called me back and didn't try to resolve the situation. Guess I'm done using Williams.

I am very disappointed in Williams plumbin service I'm appalled that they would take advantage of a 91 year old man the way they did.  The plumber that came to his house was rude and a real know it all. He guaranteed that the lateral lines were stopped up after digging up the lines yourself it was discovered that it was not clogged up therefore we spent 300 dollars pumping out septic tank pumped which it did not need it had been done 2 months previously soo I would definitely not recommend. Using williams plumbing for any reason what so ever large or small then when trying to resolve problem they were of no help actually very rude they got their money plus cost us alot of extra money to the tune of 360 dollars. Do not use williams plumbing for anything they don't stand behind their word they do not deserve five star rating not even a one star very dissatisfied customer I give them half a star rating

Scheduled an appointment 4 days ago. Was given an 8 hour window, from 8 am until 5 pm. I contacted the company at 1:30 pm to check status and was told I was next on the list.
The plumber called me at 4:30 to say he had 2 more jobs ahead of me and might possibly make it between 7 and 8 tonight.
I canceled.
