Action Sewer

I trust this company. I have used them in the past on different drains. They do a great job, are honest and upfront, and don't charge an arm and a leg. I had them out to my house today and he had a tough job at task with our main drain from our utility troom, but he got the job done right even though it took a while. Give them a call

Had tree root problems. Doug came out and did-RIGHT what another company neglected. He was Super nice, respectful, professional, and helpful. Even took the time to call me, give me extra status on how the work was going. Made sure everything drained with a whole house water test. Very economical. Very above board without hidden fees. Mary in the office was awesome, taking time to listen and helping me schedule the service. Great crew all around.

I have used other drain cleaning companies in the past. Action Sewer was by far the most reasonable.  The service man was very nice and knowledgeable.  He told me exactly where the problem was.  He fixed the problem quickly cleaning up as he went. It nice to have my kitchen sink back so promptly. Highly recommend Action Sewer.

This company (owner) is a scam artist that takes advantage of the elderly.  He ripped off my mother charging her several hundred dollars for a 15 minute job.  When she called to inquire, he told her he didn't care and hung up.  Do not let this guy take advantage of you-there are too many honest plumbers out you can call. FTG

We have had to call Action Sewer our to our home several times over the past ten years thanks to tree roots and children and every time we have worked with them- they are awesome! Always courteous and respectful of the way they conduct themselves and the way they treat your home! They are incredibly reasonable and price and efficient. I was recommended to them from someone else who raved highly of them to me and now I want to pass it on. One of their employees Doug, was just at my home and did a great job- we always feel comfortable with them doing the job and the integrity of their work. Doug was no different!

I echo what I read here. I had three different jobs: 1) hook up dryer; 2) clean out three drains; and 3) replace traps, install new faucet and replace several valves. Three different service men. All were proficient and pleasant and cleaned up very well at the end of the job. The price was reasonable for the work done. I highly recommend this company.

We called with an issue on Saturday and the owner called and asked if it was an emergency, I said no and he said if it could wait till Monday he have someone over first thing. This was Memorial Day weekend so I said that would be fine. Doug called at 8:05 and arrived at 8:10. His work was done in 45 minutes and we were good to go. Excellent service, prompt and professional. Highly recommend.

Dear Owner.

Yes. This is accurate. Your employee was a middle-aged white guy that came that morning. He talks a lot and was supposed to install the heater but said he couldn't because you guys messed up the order (something to do with LOWES recommendation not working with our setup). Lowes was going to cover the installation fee when we complained about your terrible service - my husband was going to accept the offer until you or your employee told LOWES, as long as the guy that was there that morning is not there. Well, that guy happens to be married to another guy. This is the 21st century, gay people exist!

If you want a company to

0. Contact you to change the appointment the night before only to change the appointment when they arrive the next day.
1. Blame everything on the customer the moment they arrive.
2. Blame their co-workers and other employees for not able to complete his task that's scheduled for that day.
3. Tell's you his life story to justify his failures.
5. Have the audacity to tell you after they change the schedule the 3rd time that they will only come back and work things out with you IF YOUR SAME-SEX SPOUSE ISN'T HOME.
6. Does not care about public health and safety during the pandemic not wearing a mask.

This is the company for you. OR. Just call others.

How often do you hear good things said about a plumber? Not often, if ever! But I can't say enough about this honest and quality company. Back in April, I needed my duplex completely re-plumbed. Throughout the years, I always used Action Sewer to clear clogged up drains at my rental unit. When i realized that my 100 year old plumbing system HAD to be replaced, I called Action. They supplied me with a reasonable estimate, started work the time they said they would and spent several days completing the job...And what a fantastic job! They even went over-and-above what was agreed upon...No surprises or add-ons when the bill was handed to me. The invoice was the amount of the estimate.
