Thomas O'Neill Plumbing & Heating LLC

Called Thomas O'Neil with a plumbing emergency.  They fit me in between other appointments and stopped the leak.  Clearly explained what they were doing and were very friendly and professional. Hourly rate is a little high but I am happy to pay it in this situation.

I used these people twice to fix things in my new house.
I thought they were very expensive and upselling, but they did the job.  THEN
I hired them for a repair on another property.  After being paid for the work they never returned my calls to come back finish the job.  I must have called 5 times over the course of a week and they truly vanished. I was foolish to pay them before the work was done.   My bad.  I would NOT recommend them.

I called and arranged for them to do several repairs. ONeil apparently bought the gelman and son business who were great. After confirming time in morning, never showed up. Similiar to the other review attempted to call and left a message and never called back. Very odd. If they do call back will update review.
