Recently, I had the opportunity to have Rago Rooter in our home to determine the cause of a water leak that was originating in the ceiling of our first floor bathroom. Without hesitation, Ownership identified the cause and proceeded to discuss the method in which the repair would be performed.
Following our meeting, Rago gave us a cost estimate that appeared very fair when considering the degree of difficulty involved in the repair which would also require the temporary removal of our upstairs toilet bowl to gain additional access below it. This repair, replacing the Lead Bend with PVC, required that Rago work within a very confined area above the ceiling line with not much accessibility.
Rago arrived on the date and time he agreed to, protected the area, and proceeded to work nearly simultaneously from below and above while removing the original, old section of pipe and replacing it with new pipe including all necessary fittings, seals and couplings.
As the home owner, I was quite impressed with the efficiency that Rago exhibited on the job as well as his attention to detail. During the work, Rago freely showed me the new piping components and fittings that he was installing which was welcomed. After completion, Rago carefully cleaned up all debris and left very little for the home owner to do afterwards. Rago then tested the flushing system of the toilet above, and checked for any residual leakage below; there was none.
