Long long long story short, I wasn't feeling confident in the technician/plumber that was sent to complete the job at my house, so I asked them not to go forward, and to bill me for the SERVICE CALL rather than the work quoted (which was not performed). I spoke with the apparent supervisor the following day and he wanted to make it right, which was admirable, but I was confident in my decision to go another way. He said I would NOT BE CHARGED the quoted amount for the work that was not done. I was charged. The complete amount. I have called back 6 times. I am told the supervisor will have to look into it and call me back tomorrow. It's been 3 weeks, the charge is still on my credit card (I have disputed with them), and I still can't get a supervisor on the phone about the outstanding charge. Absolutely ridiculous way to do business I would warn anyone and everyone away from this company for all of their services.
