Wes Reimneitz, the owner of Plumb Tech, has been proudly serving Windsor, Essex County and the Chatham area for over 16 years. Wes was born and raised in Windsor and has been an integral part of the community. He apprenticed with a local plumbing company then was eager to start his own business. Then Plumb Tech was formed.

Had a pinhole leak in a copper pipe above the furnace. It was on a Saturday during the Easter weekend. Called around on Good Friday trying to get a plumber who could come out the next day. I had to turn the water off as the leak was dripping into the furnace and knocked my furnace out. Couldn't get a commitment so called Plum Tech at 8:00 am on Saturday. Wouldn't quote me their rates (should have been my red flag) instead saying they would quote a price when they arrived. Said they would be about noon. At 1:00 I get a call telling me there by 3:00. At 4:00 pm he arrives, takes a quick look and tells me $400. Needed water back on for the family and since it was so late in the day I consented. Repair time was no more than 20 minutes! Job was done. Leak repaired, but $400 for 20 minute repair seems outrageous. I took their magnetic card and stuck it on my fridge so the next time I need a plumber I'll remember who not to call.

This company charges exorbitant prices. We live in a mobile home and had a water leak under the crawl space. They charged $550. to go under plus $95. for the service call plus tax. We ended up with a whopping $728 bill for an hours work. We had been out of water for three days, it was the end of the day when they came and we had an insurance inspector coming in the morning so we couldn't wait to shop around. The plumber told us all companies charge a base rate for going under crawl spaces and we wouldn't find anybody cheaper. This was not true. After the fact I called other companies and their plumbers charge by the hour, there is no base rate. So we were also lied to.

The WORST SERVICE YOU CAN SEE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD.
they charge almost 500 dollars for 20 minutes work which can be done within 50 dollars. They don't have free estimation, charging more than 100 dollars for checking. Outrageous!
They get a bug fat ZERO in their rating! Period!
called this company for leaking kitchen faucet and toilet bowls. The tech came, just looked at the faucet and he said he cant do anything since this faucet is not a brand name fauset and he doesnt know how to change it. so who the hell is going to do it if a plumber cant do it. he just wanted to fix the toilets because it is an easy job. he ended up fixing the toilets in 20 minutes for $400. I ended up removing the faucet and replacing it myself.
Horrible company way over priced! Called back after found out what others charged and was told that is the price and when I said I was calling the bbb and my lawyer he said good look forward to speaking to them so rude!!!
Wayyyy Overprice useless. Way more then the quote you. Call a COMPETENT PLUMPING COMPANY. I guess ripping people off is the only way to update their equipment from 1980's. Do yourself a favour CALL SOMEONE ELSE.
Ps - They don't even finish the job unless you pay 1000's extra... they don't tell you this till after.
