J & B's Plumbing Company

My wife and I just bought our first house. Just our luck that in the first month, there was a plumbing issue. We scrambled to find a plumber, and J & B was able to help. Brian from J & B stopped by and took care of everything. He was personable, knowledgeable, and he took the time to answer all my questions (even general questions about the plumbing systems in old houses).

Overall, we really got lucky by finding J & B. We will definitely call on them again next time there is an issue or if we decide to do some routine maintenance.

Commercial customer. We had one of our main wash sinks in our factory go out due to a previous plumber using cheap parts. Our usual plumber was not responding. We called J&B and they were able to come out and fix it on the same day. The gentleman who came by was courteous, professional, and did top-notch work with high-caliber all-brass parts, all done with minimal disruption to our business activities. While here, J&B also performed some additional upgrades to our other wash sinks to prevent similar problems before they occurred. We will definitely be calling J&B first for our future plumbing needs! Thanks!

The work they've done is solid BUT they are very hard to get a hold of. I usually have to call multiple times, each time being told they are sorry and that someone will call me back. Not sure why it's so hard to get service.

Water heater leaking at 7:00 am on Saturday - today. I called two companies; no one could do anything until Monday - or so. Found J&B, practically around the corner from my house, but knew nothing about them. J&B sent the technician over within two hours; the heater was replaced by 11:30 am. The service was excellent, the price reasonable and the technician was very pleasant and professional; a perfect installation.

I will use J&B for any plumbing work from now on.

The service I received from J&B's Plumbing was exceptional. The owner, Jerry, is honest and personable, and all of his employees that I dealt with directly were friendly and respectful. When I first inquired with Jerry, I called and left him a message on his office phone. I needed a plumber quickly and I called about six different companies aside from J&B's. Not only was Jerry the only plumber to get back to me immediately, but he was the only one who could do the work when I actually needed it done.

The estimate he gave me over the phone was reasonable and the job came out spot on - we didn't go a penny over budget, even with the few problems we ran into on the way. He and his team work quickly and efficiently, and all of the work he did was up-to-code. They were so good that even my other subcontractors that were simultaneously working in the unit with him and his team told me how great they were. I felt perfectly comfortable giving him a key to my property for him to access whenever he needed to go in for work, and you should too if you do business with him.

As a realtor, I work with many landlords as well as buyers and sellers who constantly ask me for contractor referrals. After my experience with Jerry, I have already started telling all of my clients with confidence to call J&B's Plumbing for all of their plumbing needs.

Jerry was very friendly and professional, and I felt comfortable having him in my home to work on our plumbing issue. He saved us a good amount of money, assuring me that he could fix our shower valve with a replacement part, instead of getting a whole new system installed (we returned that system to home depot). He came by at 3:30pm, called up a plumbing supply place, went and got the part, and got it all done by 5pm! Highly recommended, and I will be calling J&B's plumbing from now on whenever I need a plumber.

We needed our toilet replaced quickly following a klutzy accident that left part of our toilet rim cracked off, causing water to leak out with each toilet flush. My husband and I called at least 5 other companies, none of whom could fit us into their schedules for the next couple days. Then we called J&B's Plumbing - My husband called at 1:43pm and got a call back from Jerry 3 minutes later. He was super accommodating and moved us up in their call list due to our urgent situation. One of his employees (Brian I believe) showed up to the house quickly, assessed the situation, dismantled the broke throne, went out and purchased a new toilet, returned with a coworker and installed the new toilet quickly. The whole process beginning to end was under 3 hours (from 1:43pm to 4:25pm)! Amazing service! Brian was pleasant and professional throughout. Both of the men who were here were great workers, cleaned up after themselves (!!!) and we're very happy with the service we received. Price quote was upfront and reasonable, and nothing changed from the original quote my husband received from the first call. We paid by check but they were able to accommodate cash/card/check.
